"Yes i am and i am quite surprised. You have a wonderful bloodline... I myself am of Hikari Blood. I have not heard of the Uchiha and Hyuuga in so long though so please forgive me if i have forgotten many things. Ive lived many years... To many for some. " Ishiras smile grew and she tried to think back to her younger years. That was so long ago that it was hard to think about and so many things had happened in that time. "Gil, how old are you if you dont mind me asking?"

Her sudden question caught him off guard for a brief moment, but he quickly recovered and answered her.........
"I'm 24,.........why do you ask?"

"Hmmm, just wondering..." Ishira giggled at the sight of Gil being startled at least for a small second. She had always seen him as a serious person and he seemed much older then what he had said. What ever the case, Ishira was curious. She leaned over to Gil and in front of him. Her eyes looked up at his and glistened a bright red. They narrowed and she smiled as if she had just found a hint of a deep secret. "Gil, has anyone in your family once run into a priestess in a Hikari Village? One, that is hidden until you run into its barrier? I believe it was destroy less then 100 years ago.. But still your ancestors could have been there. Right? Maybe your grandfather or great grandfather." Her eyes went a slightly deeper red as her smile grew and she insisted on getting some information. She wasnt 100% sure, but she wondered.

Gil's green eyes narrowed as he stared back at Ishira.........She was getting at something,.....he didn't know what but she was acting very odd all of a sudden,............
"Yes, in fact,........My grandfather Gabril once mentioned he stumbled upon such a village in his youth,........What exactly are you getting at, Ishi?"

"Your scent is sweet, did you know that? Its riddled with sweat, work, and hardship. But it also contains your kindness, and joy." Ishira moved away from Gil and went to a one of the cabinets off to the side. A chain and locked kept this cabinet save, keeping the outside world from knowing its knowledge. Ishira put her hand up to the lock and it broke. She opened the cabinet and search through the small books until she came to one. A small hand held, makeshift note book. She went back to Gil and then handed it to him. "I believe this belonged to your grandfather, its the only thing i could find in the rubble of the village."

Gil looked at her long and hard before gazing down at the book,......He had never seen it before, nor had he ever heard his grandfather mention anything of the sort,..............In all honesty, it was strange that such a book would survive the destruction of an entire village,........and furthermore, it appeared to still be in good condition, almost flawless, he noted,........
"My grandfather has never mentioned any such book,.........Is it a journal of some sort?"
He moved his hand along the leather binding of the book,.......He did not open it, just yet,........He never believed in rushing such things,.......

"Hmm.. No, sketches and little things, notes i guess. I could never understand what was written in there.... Im glad i found it though and that your grandfather lived." Ishira smiled and sat back down, remembering all sorts of things that had never truely left her mind. "That place was such a wreck and most of the people that lived there died. It's surprising that one person actually, let alone the other two." Again, she drifted slightly into memory once more and then looked towards Gil. He looked slightly puzzled and she wondered when he would start asking her questions. "You know, your grandfather probably didnt remember most of his stay in that village. I mean, with everything that happened there, its interesting to know he even remembers going there and meeting the priestess. Did he ever speak of her? Or of the other Priestess as well? There were two you know.." Again her eyes narrowed and she smiled a great, mysterious smile. She knew something, she had finished a puzzle that had started in her mind the moment they had met.

"I can't say he has,.........He didn't much like to speak of his past....... It was only in rare moments that I even heard him mention the village,........"
After that, Gil went silent for a long while,.....his mind was still pondering over the nature of the book,..........he dedicated the exterior to memory, before he turned the book over and began to pull it open,.........He moved slowly, not wanting to tear the book in any way,.........
Then, all of a sudden, his eyes went wide,.......Gil sprang from his chair,...........
"This book,........it is my grandfather's training guide,......He is the one who first perfected the Kurogan(Dark Eye)......This is the accounts of his experimentation.................I can't believe its remained in tact for so long,....."
As he spoke, his eyes never left the manual,......his fingers leafed through it slowly, his eyes darting across its ancient pages,.........

"Im glad its of use to you.." Ishira smiled and wondered when he would get to the single sketch that would explain why she knew so much. Ishira knew it was there, she had seen it many times. The two priestess's, one of which Gil should recognize. Fond memories, all of which lead to the destruction of that village... Such a painful memory... "Gil have you looked at the sketches in there?"

Gil's fingers had just reached the beginning of the sketches when he heard Ishi speak.......He stopped abruptly,......He looked at her for a brief moment then brought the book to eye level,.......He turned one page and stopped yet again,...........His eyes went wide as he looked at the sketch.....
It was a woman,......she was young and beautiful, but that was not what made him so surprised,........The name written onto the page, was what caught his attention,........ And as he looked back at the sketch, he began to get an understanding,.......
The sketch he was looking at was of his grandmother.........
"My God,.........how?"

"I was there, she was my sensei... im guessing you notices the pictures with her and myself. It was a surprise to me when you came to this dojo. You had both their senses.. And i was so happy..." Ishira smiled, her eyes welling up in tears. She had thought long ago that she had killed her teacher and yet here was her grandson. She began to wonder how her life had been and if she were still alive. "Your grandmother was part of the Hikari line. She took me in when i was being hunted and taught me a lot about the light element... Im not sure if you know, but i am a Fox Demon... I have lived for over four hundred years now.... And i have to say. Im very pleased to know she lived through that destruction and that she was able to live with the man she loved."

As she spoke, Gil thumbed through the pages, stopping finally on a picture of his grandmother, and Ishira, looking much the same as she did today........He looked with constantly moving eyes,......The shock of the entire situation was beginning to become a bit overwhelming...........
Finally he looked up,......He closed the small book, and held it in the palm of his hand.......He looked directly at Ishira,.... He had regained his composure, and was staring at her with a serious expression,........
"I've never in my life believed in coincidences....But it seems we were fated to meet,.....and I must say, I'm glad we did,....."
He smiled at her,......and handed her the book,......He was in no way ready for the secrets it held,......and he trusted she would keep it safe until the time was right, for it to be returned to its rightful owner........

Ishira entered the dojo and quickly went to her library. She smiled pleasantly and then turned around. She started to remember the conversation that she was having with Gil before they had gotten the message.. Ah Coincidences!! She remembered now. Takki came out from under the table and stayed promptly by Ishiras side. Ishira waited for Gil to return before commenting on his remark.

Gil entered the dojo not far behind Ishira....... the events that had taken place in the forest were still fresh on his mind, but he tried to push them aside as he looked up at Ishi.........he smiled......
"Well, that was an eventful night, wasn't it?"
