I think Juria-San could be the CK. She fits the rest of the clues, and she LOVES Halloween. Why? Because it's her birthday.

Not showing us this list of yours is rather suspicious Phoenicia. Why can't we see who is marked off and who isn't?

I fail to see how killing Phoe would solve their problems. She could still manage the list and would do so with increased fervor out of revenge. And plus, if she did get killed that would mean we were on to them.

Nantooski 114. Sweetnessfairy 120. Timetripper Of course, I was extra harsh on one of the Sniper's clues and took out everyone with a space in their name. Based on me logic again and from cheery's list.
Here's the shortened list of sniper possibilies.
54. Marly-chan
85. Naturegirl
99. Monotone
111. Nantooski
120. Timetripper
Because of the clue no more then two syllables.
It's logic they were thinking they're name (three-syllables)
And picked the next number (two).
Unless they thought this super`head of time. sweatdrop
But this is just my view.

Looks like I was wrong about the CK sweatdrop . Oh, well. I tried. But most of the CK clue meanings were almost dead-on. In any case, it's time to go sniper-hunting.
