steamboat milly I don't have many self esteem issues any longer.
It's better to have curves than the build of a ten year old boy. wink
._. one time I made the mistake of calling myself ugly around my boyfriend while we were playing super mario world (00tz 00tz super nintendo) and he paused the game, stared at me, said my name then pinned me down kissed me and told me never to say that again.

I do have moments where I still feel like an ugly ducking, then I look back at pictures of me during my awkward years when people made fun of me (12-14) and I feel better. Looks aren't everything but it's nice to see how far your beauty has progressed throughout the years and how wrong those little cunts at school were. DONKEY PUNCH MILLY TO GET A STEAMBOAT WILLY *grin* I just had a similar experience with my boyfriend a few weeks ago.. Except it was while he was out of town. I got all dressed up to go out to a club with a friend, and I sent him a message that said "Your woman is all cute and smexy." Immediately, he sends one back that said "How is that different than any other day? Tell me something I didn't know." It made me all warm and fuzzy inside. Then just last week, we were talking about me wanting to lose weight so that I'd be more healthy for whenever I have children.. He just looked at me, agreed and then promptly said "Twigs are no fun." I burst out laughing because I think he thought I wanted to lose *all* my curves.. Which I don't . I just want to be healthier for the day when I become pregnant. It's so strange and wonderful to have a man that I love and that loves me for who I am, weight and all. And who understands that I willnever be a twig, and who doesn't want to have a twig. heart rofl

Also, thank you Fuzzy xp I've always wanted short hair, but my hair's a wild mess so it wouldn't be a very good idea. xP If I were to like, take a shower, and let it dry, [with short hair] , I would look like a very manly lion. xD My hair is baaad. whee

In all fairness, I am taller, so longer hair looks good on me, I just don't think it's full enough... It's probably because it's so smooth it just doesn't poof up enough.

Once I was ranting at my friend about how course my hair felt, and how it was just terrible and I couldn't stand it... then I had her feel it and she said it was softer than hers... and that was like the worst my hair has ever felt sweatdrop

If I want to feel good about myself and my body, I put on a really tight pair of jeans. Strange I know but two years ago I would'nt have been able to wear them.

so I just try and block those thoughts out and read a
book. I try and distract myself from reality. D: If I don't
read, I binge. Not a very good option, I too could use

if i'm feeling not-so-gorgeous, i wear cute underwear.
i know that no one will see it, but it makes me feel cute too, just knowing that i'm wearing 'em.
i also play around with make-up
and if i'm feeling really down in the dumps, i'll do the whole underwear and make-up thing, throw on a pair of my favorite jeans, my favorite top and some heels. then i'll go out somewhere, be it on a walk, go shopping, whateves.
i usually get hit on
and getting hit on when you're feeling blue is fun

I draw pictures of bigger women all the time, looking sexy and beautiful, and seek out other art that shows bigger women in that light. I also remind myself to listen when I am told I'm beautiful, and try to remain positive. Mental bitchslapping when I put myself down also works, replacing those put-downs with compliments, of course wink
