Seems like you're right on the changes for Rio and Melee. Long finally reveals his purpose (at least part of it. I'm sure he's still hiding something.)
SaidaiOh turned out to be a pretty cool mecha on it's own. It loses cool points for it's combination with Gekifire and Wolf though. I've nevered cared much for Carrier mechs, cept Revolver Mammoth from Hurricanger.

I didn't like revolver mammoth myself. I don't like this one either. I like how it was set up but it feels kind of like they tried to mimic dairanger with how Gekichopper stands on it. I still like gekitoujawolf the most, just wish they had more for Gou. He still feels left behind.
Rio and Mele should change more though, and Long I bet has a higher purpose but I think he does want Rio to become strong for whatever that purpose is.
Also, Byakko should be shown soon.

Hmm saw a picture of new Mele. She looks pretty cool I think. Can't wait to see her in action and what Rio's new look.

It was some sneak scan picture of it or something. I saw more pictures of it from the recentish episode that just recently came out, so expect to see it soon if you follow the subtitles (if TVN does it anytime soon anyways)

The new Mele looks awesome. Long just keeps getting creepier as each new episode passes. And the more I watch, the more I'm convinced that Jungle Fury is going to screw this all up.

Wow. Ep 45 was epic. So many cool moments happened all at once in this episode. Another series i'll be sad to see end, even if at first Gekirangers didn't really appeal to me much.
