I could never tell my parents that I am bi...
My father has said once that being bi is worse than being gay. He constantly makes fun of Freddy Mercury, and even people with AIDS because it's associated with gay people. My Mother on the other hand, is all for gay rights and says people should be with the one they love. But if I came out to her, she'd probably kick me out.

`Roguey ... That i was dating a girl! Woooo. Well she kind of figured after a few weeks of guessing who the flowers were from... then after finding the card. Hehe, but anyways im thrilled she took it so well. Yay! I havnt told her about my orientation though, to be honest im not sure. Although i figured out im not straight. xd sweatdrop Sorry i just felt the need to get that out, i know theres probably a heap of other threads like this one. Sorry. 3nodding
When I told my mom she was like "Oh. That's great....So chicken for dinner?"
Whatever, she'll get used to it. My dad refuses to acknowledge it. He says "Oh you off for a play-date?" I got so mad.

Wow some of yo peopel are brave, my moms homophobic, she is abusolutly disgusted by us not strsight or half straight humans, so I'm scared to tell her, cause she would literly put me up for adoption, or send me to live with another family memeber, and thats after she tell me "its a sin to be gay, your going to hell, god hates peoepl like you" she did that with my older brother, and now we(she doesn't talk to him at all

Alison-Wonderland Scipii_Triarii 90% of the people who come out to there parents are treated with disrepect or hate. Consider yourself lucky and dont ask us to tell you our storys. Yes, and 78% of people who quote percentages just make them up on the spot. Can't you try to be less mean, sometimes?
and that is so cool that your mum accepted it! hehe, and that's cool about the flowers... my mum would go crasy insane... i'm glad to see other parents are happy about it, though. it let's you know that not all parents are like that. a friend of mine is bi, and he told his mum, and she's like, really cool about it. he even said that she'd let me stay with em if i got kikd out of my house. she's cool.
