Man-Faye and Sailor Bubba (although there's debate that Sailor Bubba is actually multiple men who originally started it, not just one) are supposed to be the two most well known cross-dressing cosplayers (male atleast). Man-Faye actually has a special devoted to him on Comcasts' OnDemand network. Unfortunately its a channel I don't subscribe to, so I haven't seen it. Its supposed to be really interesting, though.

Man-Yuna is also FiaNari/Nakah at Anime North 2005. (I know him IRL, I'm pretty sure Mienai's met him. Maybe?) Fia as Yuna-- I don't know about multiple Sailor Bubbas. The real one has his own bobblehead doll and is volunteer staff at Anime Central. http://www.bpicollectibles.com/sailan1.html
