She sat down next to him. "So how was your nap?" she asked him. She accidently kept bumping her foot against his. This day was getting quite awkward, but she liked it.

"Best. Sleep. Ever." He said. He laughed a bit, because it was true. He kept playfully kicking her back, and smiled. He looked over to her and said, "Hey, wanna come to my house after school? Y'know, for homework?"

"Sure! I really need some help on this project for French," she said and kicked him back again with a smile. She was enjoying her day.

After school, Damien waited for Amanda in front of school. There the principal was, and Damien was gonna hold true to his promise. He saw Amanda, "Hey! Amanda!" He waved to her.

Amanda ran up to him, not noticing the principal. "Hey! Are we still on for studying?" she asked.

"Yeah, but first I need to keep a promise." He walked up to her, kissed her right in front of the principal, and said, "Alright, promise kept." He turned around, and started to walk towards his house. "You still need help on that French?"

She was astonished. She then turned around and walked by his side. "Yeah, I do," she said. She was thinking of a different "French" though.

"I know you're most likely wanting to slap me, but while you were asleep, I promised that if you didn't wake up, I'd kiss you right in front of the principal. So I did." He turned away, embarassed and a little ashamed. "So, uh, where's the punch gonna be?"

Damien's eyes opened wide. "Uhh...huh. Alright, what did I just miss? I thought you 'didn't like anyone'." He smiled, "I knew you were lying."

"Me? Reject you? Amanda, I've liked you since before I can remember, and I can honestly say that I've fallen in love with you. I wouldn't reject you." He looked at her with caring eyes and kissed her. He took her hand and said, "C'mon, we should prolly finish this somewhere more...private." He smiled, amazed that the guy she fell for was him.

When they got to his house, he opened the door for Amanda, "After you."

She smiled. "Thank you," she said. His mom saw them walk in. "Hello, Amanda! Would you like anything to eat or drink?" she asked.
"No, that's okay," she replied.
