Collun Because, Jesus was baptized. Catholics do lent because Jesus did. We don't need to Lent, do we? But they do Lent and aren't fully submersed, like Jesus. This contradicts what they teach. Baptism comes from Baptismo meaning "to submerse". Baptism is needed. The Spirit baptizes us through water. Water is a burial, because Christ was buried and rose again. When Christ was buried, he had all the sins of the world upon him. When he rose he was pure again. When we go under, we have all our sins on us, when we raise we're pure. While we're under, the Spirit baptizes us. But we must be buried like Christ. the. water. is. a. symbolic. thing. we do not need to be baptised with water to be baptised by the holy spirit.

Collun No. We need it. Peter said so. God said so. Jesus said so. We have to be buried under the water. I have never been baptized I know in my heart that I am not going to Hell. When I repented and accepted Christ into my heart, My heart changed. I can feel His love, and grace, I've seeen how He has changed me. hy would God change me and put my heart at peace if I am not truly saved?

Yes we SHOULD be baptized. We SHOULD go to church. We SHOULD help others. But those are WORKS and we are saved by faith through grace. NOT works.

JESUS WAS SUBMERSED, AND BAPTIZED WITH WATER. IF EVERYONE IN THE WORLD GOT POURED ON OR SPRINKLED I WOULD STILL BE SUBMERSED!!!!!!!

Okay, this is the story of me and the kamikaze watermelons
Me: AHHH!!!! THE KAMIKAZE WATERMELONS ARE ATTACKING!!! WE MUST RETALIATE!!!!! :Chibi me with combat boots, camoflage clothes, little helmet thing, and rifle running across a battlefield firing at the kamikaze watermelons:
Kamikaze commander: ATTACK!!!!
Kamikaze minions: YAAAA!!!!!!!!
Me: Haha! Take this, melon scum! :throws banana peels at the minions:
Minions: NO!!!!!!!!!!
Me: and now for you, commander! :throws giant papaya at him:
