...It'll be done when it's done. I've got the chapter planned out, I just need to write it. Much as I wish it weren't so, my world doesn't revolve around my writing.

...My Muses partly give me ideas, and otherwise annoy me. Would you LIKE having 20 different people jabbering away about what they think of every little line? Or demanding that they get an appearance in the story, RIGHT NOW?

A girl that has known Rai for a couple years, perhaps childhood, and she has had one of the biggest crushes on him since a particular event, or since she first saw him, and he doesn't like her and she won't leave him alone. Or he does like her, and the fact that Mina appeared has led to some catostrophic event.
Unless she's a relative. That just destroys my whole theory. sweatdrop

*Is roaring with laughter* Rai doesn't know who she is personally. Yet. What? She's been described, that's a clear indicator they'll meet. Now I want to write the next chapter for you. Just to show you where you went wrong.
Tip: Don't formulate anymore theories. Although I just MIGHT put in a character like that, if I get the urge to. twisted
