This may be your thread, but it is not your guild. Everyone here knows they must obey the rules to continue to be a positively constructive member of this guild.
1) "It's a dumb rule" is irrelevant. We the crew have made the rules in this guild for good reasons to the benefit of all and even though there are some so-called "rebels" in the guild, at least they have enough respect for their fellow members to read, acknowledge and follow the rules.
2) One word or emoticon posts do not contribute to a conversation and are annoying spam.
