I see that question was alittle bit difficult but this next question will be alittle more challenging.
as pokemon evolve, sometimes they change there characteristic such as a charmander getting a more aggressive personality as it evolves into charmeleon and charizard.
the question is what pokemon changes it's characteristic/personality when it evolve to its 2nd form and then back to its original characteristic/personality at its 3rd form?

ok, not as hard as I imagine sweatdrop . since both Usagi and kune answer correctly at the same time, both will get the point but no bonus. next question.
this pokemon has a soft shell when it's first born. who is that pokemon?
