I don't know about you guys, but when Kishi finally decides to let Sakura join in the brawl, I'd be dancing in my seat. I mean, when was the last time she got to kick butt in the manga? Umm... that was Sai, and probably about 30 chapters ago. And she hasn't kicked major character butt yet (not counting the comical head bashing she gives Naruto), and Sasuke definitely fits the bill.
The fact is, Kishi has this sexist thing going on and he's not yet giving any opportunity for ANY girl in the series to rawk it out in a battle. Sure, there was that one battle with Tsunade, but what's all that jazz about Ino being told to stay back in the recent chappies? What about all those times a guy has jumped in to protect Sakura? What about Hinata (and her team) being a no-show? Heck, even Tsunade hasn't broken out one great punch since becoming Hokage. We seriously need female kickass-ism.

It all probably comes down to what's easier for him to characterize and how. Maybe even how difficult it is to draw the character. It's pretty obvious that female characters aren't Kishimoto's forte. While Tsunade's strength in fighting was evident, Kishimoto hasn't really touched her character since he made her Hokage. There is so much she could be doing. The same with Ino; she has so much potential in development that I bawl just thinking how her character is being wasted. What about the relationship between her and Sakura?! UGH. Yes, Kishimoto's forte isn't girls, but we're not too different from boys. If he can go into the relationship between Naruto and Sasuke, Gaara and Lee, Lee and Neji, Shikamaru and Chouji, then WHY not Ino and Sakura?! There's still something there to develop, something to help the characters grow emotionally and not JUST physically.

Agreed. Sheesh, if I was owner of Naruto then I'd make sure there was plenty of character development and girl kick-a** action!

Random: Everytime I get angry at Kishimoto for not letting the girls in on the spotlight, I think back to Madonna's "What it feels like for a girl." Not the best therapy, but it works for me. b;

i think sakura should punch him then his head would turn sorta thing his face would sorta build up cursed seals like on episode 33 and turn and look at sakura and smirk and she runs and he runs after her and he tackles her cursed seal goes away then they land in a awkquard position and kiss ^^

I so want Sakura to slap him but im seriously doubt that is what going to make him go back to Konoha. I don't get the reason why Naruto and Sasuke should fight again. To me that just pointless they fought like 2 times already. And if they do end up fighting and naruto wins i can only see sasuke being really pisss off about it cause this is kinda played a part in sasuke going to orchimaru... naruto was getting stronger and sasuke was getting jealous bc naruto was kinda like a leveling scale to him you know your strong but u need to be stronger than that other person( sorry about my rambling) anyways... I'm not saying that it naruto fault but Sasuke probably doesn't know why he was getting stronger. Naruto getting stronger because he was protecting someone who was precious to him( refering to the gaara arc thingy). I think if Sakura or Naruto ends up dieing proctecting Sasuke from Itachi or Orichimaru and almost defeating them that when i believe he will decide to go back to Konoha because he realizes true strength doesn't goes toward hatred and power but protecting important ppl!<333
But i still want Sakura and naruto... to slap some sense into him tho!
