Spike managed to get his arms out in front, but his head did still hit the TitanTron a bit, causing him to start to bleed from the forehead.

As Spike lays on the entrance Ramp Finlay jumps off and grabs one of the tables on the side of the stage. Bringing it on the entrance ramp Finlay sets it up and Picks Spike Up. Finlay attempts a inverted suplex through the table.
