Xena and Gabrielle would be dead. Eve/Livia wouldn't have been born. All of the Olympian gods would still be alive, aside from Bacchus of course.

Well Xena dies anyway, so go figure.
But what if she didn't and they ended the series the same way anyway? (Gabby talking to a pot with Xena on her shoulder)

It would be an interesting twist if sometime during A Friend in Need it showed Gabrielle and Xena cremating a body after one of the large battles, and Gabrielle was holding the pot the whole time without us knowing whose body was in it. Then at the end they would both look at the pot sadly. Xena would then put her hand around it as Gabrielle disappeared instead of Xena.
That's not quite part of the What If question, but I thought it was interesting.

If Gabby died in a battle but they wouldn't tell you until way later?
That would be trippy for the first time you watch it.
But wouldn't Xena just find a way to bring her back?
I mean, Xena at least had her lame excuses for ditching Gabs.
