Isabell smiled warmly. "Your in the vampire mansion. Your a guest here, your friend...Haseo, i think his name was. You were both on the front step, you were asleep at the time. He said i should ask you to 'Take it easy'," she explained. Obviously a little unsure about the phrase. "Come this way, you can rest over here," she said softly. Shutting the main door she walked through to the main hall and went behind the drinks bar. Sipping her- now cold- tea, she surveyed the people around her.

"Did you say Vampire mansion?" Luna said happily as she followed the girl, "You mean there are vampires here?" Luna was so happy, since she left her village she had always wanted to be with vampires.

Haseo was almost bored to death as he got out of his bed and walked around the mansion. He wandered around until he saw Isabell and Luna. "Hey, you feeling better?" Haseo asked Luna with a straight face.

Joran had fallen asleep in his seat, no doubt after a long trip but to tire a vampire out this much how long could he possibly travel for? He was dreaming now, dreaming of his haunted past, the pain, the anger, the hate and even love. But it was all gone now, he destroyed it, because he had to. Though it was not these hardships that gave his voice such a liquid quality.

There was smoke, fire, lots of it; she was terrified. But where was her love? Where was Joran, she cried out for him but she couldn't stand the pain, the smoke had ripped her voice from her and now burned her lungs.

Crawling along the wooden floor Lillith tried to find a way out but try as she might she made no progress; the doors were barred by heavy wooden planks that had fallen when the fire burned through the support beams. She also knew that Joran couldn't save her because of him being a vampire, the fire would kill him.

Tears began to flow freely from her green eyes as she finally gave up and just lay there to die in the fire. It didn't matter to her anymore, either she was going to burn to death or the soldiers sent to kill Joran would take her to the barracks where she would be raped and then murdered to draw Joran out if they didn't get him now.

The four of them rushed down the stairs and looked about for an exit, though the first thing they saw was Lillith's petite yet curvacious form laying there on the floor, shaking with her sobs. A wicked grin split the captain's features as he said, "Hey boys... Looks like we got a prize, John, help me get her. Daren and Charlie open up the back door", sheathing his sword him and John moved up behind Lillith only to be distracted by the sound of a loud crash and two brief screams.

Looking back to his other two men he saw that the door had been blasted off it's hinges and the heavy beam blocking the way had been snapped in half like a twig. Standing there was Joran with the spines of both his men in hand with the skulls still attached. The captain blanched at the sight, Joran had torn their spines with the skulls still attatched out of their stomachs.

With a scream of rage him and John charged forwards with swords raised in the air, as they met Joran in battle they quickly realized the hopelessness as John's head was removed with a deft swipe of Joran's claws. The captain had been run through on Joran's free arm, his eyes opened wide in a look of shock but he couldn't make any noise, soon everything faded away and he was enveloped in eternal blackness.

As Joran walked towards his love Lillith he saw he look up at him with a loving smile. He didn't smile, soon his intentions became clear to her and he saw her eyes become fresh with tears at the sudden realization. Stopping before her Joran looked up at a burning beam that was about to break. Looking down into his wife's eyes he reached up and snapped the one end of the support beam and watched it crash down on Lillith with a sickening crunch.

Staring at the beam that had ended his wife for a moment he mouthed the words, "I love you", before turning on his heel and walking away, leaving the town and the memories of the world. Not a tear shed Joran was forgotten by the world.

Joran sit there asleep looking only slightly disturbed, as though he were having a bad dream. Though little did they know that this dream had haunted him for the past four thousand years.

Luna turned to look at Haseo. "Yes, I'm feeling much better. Thank you." She looked down at her feet. "I'm sorry to be such trouble."

"It doesn't bother me. Not at all." said Luna shaking her head, "In fact, I'm quite happy." She smiled to prove that she had no problem staying with vampires.

She sighed with relief and grinned, something she rarely did infront of strangers. "I can't tell you hwo strange that is, most people run in terror or chase us away," she said quietly, reverting back to her polite self.

Luna looked down at the ground. "I know." she said, remembering Kaichirou. "I don't see any reason to fear vampires. They only do what they must to survive. I find humans a lot more terrifying." she chuckled.

Isabell agreed. "Try being 17 and alone in a victorian city. Its hell on earth," she said grimly. Shaking her hair behind her she walked through to the bar and made herself another stronger, cup of tea.

Joran lifted his head and said, "Vampires only do what they can to survive much like humans. You can't call them more dangerous or terrifying than us because they aren't. Humans fear what they don't understand or can't make sense of. That would be our nature, our nature is to kill and hunt human... To drink their blood. The only reason they chase few of us away is because they fear for their lives, and rightly so. Those humans who don't fear us or respect us are foolish and will one day end up dead because of such thoughts. So take note never to let your guard down around any vampire. Because even if we don't want to drink your blood we will if we're hungry enough", his voice had taken on a grim edge. Though he quickly regained his lighter mood and went upstairs to find a room.

"To me, hell on earth is being betrayed by the one person you thought you could trust." Luna said, thinking of her twin sister.

Alania looked around the Mansion and smiled gently. It was a absoultly lovely place. She had never been in a place like this, not in her 200 years on this earth. She looked at Luna and Haseo, then looked to Isabelle. She walked through the main hall, thinking to herself.

Luna thought of what Joran had said. It is true that vampires would atack if they were hungry enough. Kaichirou had once told her that, telling her only to enter the house when he unlocked the door. He hadn't wanted to attack her, but she was sure that if she had disobeyed him, he probably would have.

Alania searched around, looking for Joran, since he was the only one she knew. When she couldnt find him she sighed and walked over to the young human girl.
"Hello, Hello. My name is Alania."
She bowed slightly.
"May I ask yours?"
