Hero fell onto of the phoenix but the wind was so strong it made him roll backward before he grabbed onto the phoenix. "What was that for?"

She put her hand over Hero's mouth and dragged him behind a tree. "We have to get out of here without being loud."

He nodded as he looked at the land below. "How about that old building down..." he slipped and fell off the phoenix but grabbed onto its leg "That was close."

"There's a run down house near by, you said you saw. We can go there. We can't go near the city because the guards are looking for you. Hopefully this phoenix can help us while we're here." She crawled to the phoenix's head and patted him.

"No, I'm the one that they want...Best you don't get involve in my messy businesses. Farewell." Hero jumped off of the phoenix and dropped down to the city below. He landed on the roof and stood up to watch the phoenix and then disappeared down below the street.
