Aki waved lightly to Genma before stepping out the door. Standing close to Ryu, she whispered quietly, "I don't know how much I can stand of him, Ryu... if I start to loose my temper with him, let me know."

"Of course." she reached into her holster and pulled out a kunai, twirling it around her fingers.

"Alright, let's get this show on the road, shall we?"

Aki stood next to him, arms folded over her chest. Nobilis was perched on a streetlamp above them, boldly singing his song.

"Look at these tracks..." Aki murmured, crouched down. Her fingers brushed the markings gently. "They look like they were made by bare feet..." she lifted her gaze to follow them, spotting how they moved into a building.

"Stay here, I'm going to question someone..." she said, quickly moving down the street.

Aki stepped lightly into the shop, glancing around for customers before approching the counter.

"Yamanaka Ino?" she said quietly, leaning on the counter, "Have you heard anything about the incident that happened just outside your house last night...?"

Yuki followed the group, still hiding. The best observations were taken by the fly on the wall. Fine tuned ears picked up the bits of conversation from Yamanako Ino and Aki's conversation, as well as piercing blue eyes that scanned the thread.

Ino looked up from what she was doing, slightly surpised.

"Oh, you're Kakashi-sensei's friend..." she mumbled, "I didn't hear much, but from what I saw, the man was tall... he came silently, then took out Genma-san with a pressure-point, then kicked him hard in the side."

Aki growled lightly, but allowed Ino to continue.

"After that, he took off towards the south... Sakura also said she overheard two strange shinobi talking about the Tea country..."

Aki nodded as she took this all in. Laying down some money on the counter, she turned to go.

"Thank you... please send a daffodil to Genma for me." she said, waving as she left. She quickly moved back to Ryu, crouching down next to him.

"They left to the south... another rumor says that they're headed for the Tea country." she murmured, looking absently at the thread, "I say we stop by Tsunade-sama's to get the okay to leave."

Aki bounded down the street, leaping from rooftop to rooftop, heading for the Hokage's mansion. She landed at Tsunade's window, tapping lightly to wake the sleeping sanin.

"Wha- oh, sorry, Aki." she grumbled, pulling a piece of paper from her face. She slid the window open. "What is it?"

"Requesting permission to leave Konoha in search of codename "Sagara", Tsunade-sama." she said, bowing her head, "We have a lead that he's heading to the Tea country."

Her face furrowed in thought for a moment.

"Permission granted." she replied, scribbling something on a sheet of paper, "Show this to those who question your reasons for being in the country- it's a letter stating your reasons."

"Arigato, Tsunade-sama." Aki said, smiling beneath her mask, "We will return as soon as we can."

With that, she leapt backwards off the roof, heading to the gates of Konoha.

"So whats this mission about?" he asked, fiddling around with his hands.
