"Do tell im not to launch out of the hangar." Epyon started as the link opened actually showing him, though the helmet blocked the sight of his face. "I have only come to warn you that i am attacking the orbital Command center for the Preventors. That pilot intrigues me, i wish to spare him from unnecessary battles and more importantly death. So... I suggest that you and this ship stay put. I'll even send for some ships to tow you to the nearest colony. What say you?" Several squads of space equiped Virgo mobile dolls flanked the ship and poised to strike anything that left any of the hangars.

"Good, glad to hear it." Epyon replied kindly. "The ships will be here in ten minutes." Epyon turned around and boosted off of the ship, rocking it once more. The suit sped off towards the orbital command center. The mobile dolls stayed with the ship. After about ten minutes the tow ships arrived and proceeded to pull them to Colony 18999.

Epyon arrived at the battlefield, the siege was well underway. The dolls had the advantage of reaction time, but they were also being manipulated manually by pilots abort the Peacemillion, so there was room for error.
Epyon began to engage some of the suits along his way towards the main satillite. Eventually he was all alone in the area, because he broke the defense line and made a b-line for the command center, intent on forcing a surrender.

The ranking officer on the defence center was raging through the halls. Soldier after soldier ran past in an attempt to get out of his range before he could grasp them and toss them into a nearby wall in anger. " Get yer asses out there and fight! This base can't be lost! This Ain't no game! "

The defense lines of the base were beginning to break, but thanks to a new homing system that the Preventors had developed for taking out mass moving targets,. originaly developed for intercepting chunks of falling junk from junk before it could reach earth's atmosphere, the soldiers were holding their own.

" Move the entire left flank to build a stronger defense against the cntral enemy line! We're going to force them to break in half! " The Commander barked as he slammed his hands on the control panel in the bridge once he had made it to his station. "

==On the ship==

Seig had stopped just before the airlock with his teeth gritted. He could feel it pulsing through his veins, yet he knew that he had to control it. It wasn't the time for mankind to learn of the dark past which he knew about, they wouldn't understand.

Captain Elaine was beside herself as they reached the colony and were left to drif towards it's loading dock. They had already confirmed their identity with the colony which was genrous enough to let them dock within it's bay. As she watched everything progress, she felt the same pulsing through her veins which she knew Seig was feeling at the exact moment. " I know it's hard, but you're just not strong enough to do anything yet, at least not in your current condition. " .......She sat silently for a moment in her seat above the other opperatives in the room.

Seig lowered his head a bit as he leaned against the airlock. " I know I'm not...."

==Unknown Room==

A shaded figure sat at the head of a large table which was surrounded by equaly shaded figures. The person at the head of the table leaned forward and placed their chin on a set of clentched hands. " So, it seems that there's a new obstical standing in our way. How are we going to handle this? " The voice edged out with a smooth, almost flesh piercing tone.

A person from the opposite end of the table answered the question with one of their own. " Why should we be held responsible? Isn't this your plan? " He silenced for a moment before continuing on. " The Psy project is in your control. Using the Preventors in this was your own mistake and now that your two subjects are in danger, you think that we should be the ones to fi- " He was cut off by an audible choking noise. After a moment, he fell back in his chair, dead.

The figure laughed slowly as they turned to face a giant screen behind them, their body being shadowed to everyone behind them. " If anyone else has a notion to speak their minds, you may join Mr. Nealon."

==Back on the Cruiser==

Elaine watched on as the command station was attacked. She simlpy began running scenearios through her head, each ending the same way. " Who would have thought that there was an organization which held this many mobile suits? The station doesn't have the resources to fight that many mobile suits." She turned and looked at the helm. " If only the Gundams hadn't been destroyed."

Seig's voice echoed through her head after a moment. " Something tells me that we'll see more mobile suits like Mine and the Epyon. If they could be hidden for this long, then there has to be more. " She felt her mind chill, something like a cube of ice melting on one's skin raced through the back of her mind as the link between her and her brother broke. " Hmm.."

" Captain Elaine Arlion. Respond. " An unknown voice echoed through the bridge as the ship began to empty in the dock of the colony to begin repairs. Captain Elaine just happened to be in the command room and thus was able to respond. " This is Captain Elaine. Identify yourself. "

The voice was silent for a moment before a full view of the person came onto the visual screen. The figure was helmeted save for his eyes which caught her attention instantly with their two various colors. " Captain Elaine. I have come to partake in this fight. Please allow me to show you and your brother our strength. "

Elaine was confused at the request. Something so random just didn't fit into her everyady protocal. Seig entered the room and looked at the screen with puzzled eyes. " What..." The link broke off as Elaine quickly switched for a view to watch the unknown mech. As the mech came into view, sheer shock was formed over Seig. " Th-.. That's."

==In the Fight==

The Pilot made his way through the battlefield with such speed and grace that it showed his piloting abilities to be beyond that of scaled. " Epyon." The mech came into view of the Epyon before haulting. It's full body was shown as the sun broke over the edge of the earth, reflecting from it's darkly colored surface. Dull green eyes and a look that suggested that it, itself, was the Epyon stunned those who looked. " Eypon, I challenge you to take on this Shadowen. "

Twin retractable heat rods came into view and charged to max power, pyro-kenetics dancing about their chained surfaces. Twin bi-folded wings spread across the mech's back as a set of oversized thrusters pulsed along it's back. " Allow me to see the power of the only Gundam left in full operation. "

The pilot showed no hesitant emotion. " This is not a copy." The pilot darted forth with such speed that a sort of impulse formed around it's frame. The shading of the mech shifted and faded from sight inclining to that of a sort of active cloaking. Rapidly, the twin heat rods came into view a short distance in the opposite direction of the Epyon. The mech instantly regained a visual form only meters before the Epyon as a series of other enemy mechs exploded behind the Epyon. Suggesting such unimaginable speed, the pilot maintained a calm exterior as a visual link opened with the Epyon. " I find this fight as too much of a privelage for your men to watch, so I liberated them of their undeserving rights."

==On the Ship==

Elaine watched on at the speed of the new mech as Seig hesitated. " That's the Shadowen. " She turned to face him with a look of surprise on her face. " You mean that mech that you couldn't pilot? " Seig nodded slowly. " I thought they destroyed it. If he can pilot that thing, he's one hell of a guy. Even the Epyon can't stand up to it. It was formed with a casual likeness of the Epyon, but was internaly designed as something else. That mech is Alive. "

The mech's pilot smirked a bit as he came into view of the approaching Epyon. Somehow, he had shifted positions between his previous position to that of an intercept course. He slammed head-on into the Epyon, a single heatrod peircing the left hip area of the Epyon as it protruded through the opposite side.

-=On the Ship=-
Seig narrowed his eyes and shook his head. " Armor shedding. It's able to reduce heat from it's impulse thrusters by shedding it's outermost layer of armor, leaving what seems to be an after-image of sorts. As long as he's moving, he can use that to his advantage." Elaine looked at Seig and felt her heart drop. " So you're telling me that it's untouchable? "

Seig shook his head. " No, it's touchable. It's just that it's very hard. As long as he sheds it's outer layer of armor, he can move around while the afterimage takes the hit. The Shadowen was built to be the perfect assassin mobile suit. "
