Finally finding herself at this most beautiful place, the water was shinny softly back at her, the moonlight reflecting across her face and the thin layar of ice that packed itself around the edges where water was shallow, then got thinner and thinger the closer you would get to the water. Staring this would be the perfect way to knock someone out, possibly leave them stunned for a few days. No doubt her body would heat the water around her if she stayed in to long. Sighing she pulled her hair out of the pony tail and it flowed down around her shoulders. Eyes staring into the crystle like color she slowly, and shakly took a step onto the ice.

It hasen't cracked and didn't faulter as she leaned onto the ice with hesitation. Unsure of herself again she took another step, gulping."..Oh..Hell please freeze.." He said softly taking another step out into the ice, slowly, then the loud cracking noise sounded. This scared her highly and her heart raced as she froze in her spot."..Do...it..river come on.." She willed herself stepping further then she felt it breaking under her feet and smiled faintly before her body gave way and started to prepare itself to save everything River needed to survive, like she was getting ready for shut down, like when she was home."...Home.." She whispered softly and took another step, everything went blank as her body crashed into the freazing water, she wouldn't remember doing this later. Her body took the hit though, saving everything she needed to survive as her paler then hell skin froze over in contact with the water.

[[-sigh] Finally time to put this old bird to rest..]]
Her body stopped her breathing, or urge to breath replacing many things closing many things but not her eyes as they opened, adapting the color of the water, turning blue. her skin earning a tinge of pale blue as well, as she hit the bottom her hair, slowly changing to a lighter color so she wasn't found. It looked as though, she was staring at the surface, waiting to be let out of this, shell of a coffin. Her hair finally settled and flowed around before finding a place it would rest, every now and then the small fish that lingered, came by to see, what she was, not coming too close, because the water around her was very warm as the rest of her became very dorment.
Inside her mind River sat in a chair and watched out of her eyes, seeing everything the water the fish, hopfuly not remembering any of it later. Her eyes seem to just be stale, as stale as her glare was when she last looked at Ukaia. Sinking down, to the floor of her memories she at last, fell into a peacful silence..

Her cold pale fingers twitched as her eyes closed in a frustrated and painful look as she opened her mouth, bubbles coming up from her lungs. She began to hold her breath as she reached up a cold hand and held her neck for a moment, opening an eye before sitting up, hair and eye color going black, as she kicked off the ground and swam to the surface. it was slightly frozen over still, which made her mad. She punched the ice and it broke easily as she pulled herself up and surfaced, taking a deep breath. Her timer went off she was finished with water, besides she didn't know how much she missed in the towns whose where and so on. Reaching up a hand into the air, it quickly took the cold condition she expected and started for, shallow waters. Standing up now, half her body out of the water, after a few minutes of swimming of course. She stared at the trees then looked down at the ice, her body was freazing lacking human blood, warm tempuratures and other nice things peoples living breathing bodys needed at the moment. She trembled Hard her expression sincer but her voice cracked as she spoke to herself."..T-town.." She managed and stepped out, her shoes crunching into the icy snowy edge of the lake as she fully came out and wind blew against her form.

Shaking Violently she held her body and started the annoyingly long-and very drawn out walk towards the Town, not to happy at all. She looked up and hoped someone was taking care of Ukaia. She was worried but would never show her face again, from what she gathered Ukaia was pretty distraught. More wind- more shivering, this was starting to Annoy the hell out of her, her body was slowly trying to dry itself, inside out and it apperently takes a while. Sighing in greif she stared at anything that was amusing, which was hardly anything. Maybe an owl after it scared the s**t out of her but nothing more.
....It was later and she seemed to be lingering close to the path to town too afraid to take it so she decided the long way was best...

((Old story...))
It was morning and the water was clear and beautiful in the waterfall. Tali walked to the waterfall, his long, soft, black hair covered his face as he looked down at his shoulder, which he grasped because of the pain. He looked up to the sky, his beaming eyes the same color of it, seeing the sun rise up slowly. He got to the waterfall and he removed his armor, the side of his shoulder with blood. He threw the sword to the ground next to him and pushed his hair back.
"Please don't let it be my blood but the blood of that demon that attacked me please..." removing his shirt he saw no blood but a big bruise. He knelt down and made a small stream of water flow towards him and fused light to it, healing light. He heard rustling behind him and when he looked it was the crazy Kitsune that medled in the forrest. Tali stayed still for the longest time as the kitsune stared. After a while the kitsune left and Tali fell back, relieved that the kitsune didn't rip his head off.

"This will do much better," Master Guan said as he looked around the clearing, ignoring the rain all together. "Well then, lets get started." He pulled the iron staff from where he had stuck it into the slightly muddy ground and began to spin it rapidly as he approached Arlen.
"I don't get a weapon to defend myself with?" Arlen asked, backing away from the staff that he was certain weighed more than he did. He just barely blocked the answering strike before it could smash into his head. He felt the force of the blow crack a bone or two in his arms and though they were healed almost instantly it still hurt like hell.
"Not bad," Guan said, pulling back rather than pressing the attack. "But if you are going to be any good in a real fight you need to use the weapons already at your disposal."
Arlen grimaced and braced himself for their training to continue.

Arlen moved to block the thrusting staff, but only succeeded in diverting it away from his heart. While it had saved his life the staff still broke a few ribs by the sternum and sent him tumbling backwards into the lake. Arlen thrashed about wildly as he was submerged in the cold water, desperately trying to get back to the shore.
Guan wadded into the lake and grabbed Arlen by the arm. Dragging the boy into shallower waters, he then hoisted him up and onto his feet. "Go home, we're done for today," he said, giving Arlen a shove towards the Muffin.
Arlen nodded and staggered off towards the inn, shivering and chattering his teeth.

"Your speed will be your greatest ally."
Master Guan's words rang through his head as he struggled to stave off the barrage of the staff. He didn't feel very fast at all. His thoughts were interrupted by the now familiar sensation of his arm breaking under the strike and healing again. Did it just slow down? he wondered as he blocked the staff again and for once did not break his arms in the process.

"Get ready," Tynan said to his companion as he waited in the shadows of the trees. Glancing upwards he could almost feel the eclipse encroaching upon them.
"How much longer do I have to wait?" The scruffy looking man in a beat up leather jacket and dirt covered cargo pants asked, leaning against a tree in an all too conspicuous manner.
"You're here to take care of the dragon, remember?" Tynan reminded him. He could be so dense sometimes.
"Yeah, I got it. Stay out of it until the dragon comes." he said, sounding bored as he slipped back into hiding.

It wasn't too long before 'Josh' approached; as he got closer to the clearing, his entire demeanor shifted slightly, and he began to mutter quietly to himself. Darting looks up to the sky, he nodded; they were just in time, it appeared. "Almost there!" he called over his shoulder, giving Lily and Arlen an encouraging smile.

Arlen nodded, following Josh still and starting to feel the effects of carrying Lily all this way.
Tynan and his companion shifted slightly, waiting for their signal.

Baizou sniffed the air, but despite his creation, he was essentially human. He shook his head and shrugged, trusting her instinct. He stood a little closer in a protective stance. He sensed a sudden rush of anticipation and tightened his grip on Ukaia's hand.

"I'll walk from here." Lily offered to Arlen, squirming out of his arms, slipping rather heavily to the ground, but staying on her feet. "I'll be up there." she added, kissing his cheek before hurrying to Josh, wanting to just keep him company.
"I was hoping you'd do that." Xaldin murmured, voice deeper and lacking the grieving quality it had held only moments ago. Calling his staff to him magically, he cracked her in the temple, dealing her a rather heavy blow, and she crumpled to the ground.
