-bows to Milady Chikamio- thank you for those words of wisdom. Yes, I do know that people have better things to do with their life than sit and play on the computer. No offense is taken whatsoever, and I simply felt like asking that question. I was not trying to say that questioning me was more important than anything. And seeing as I have no job (I am, after all, only 15) and have nothing better to do than sit idly at the computer, I do believe I forgot the reality where people have jobs and things to do! And may I commend you on your use of complicated words. I pride myself on my extensive vocabulary skills, however, I must say, when faced with the word "amalgamation" it threw me for a loop and I was forced to look it up! I applaud you. That question was certainly the most difficult question I have ever been asked! However I do remember reading about it...I remember that if the jelly-legs jinx was used with...something...it resulted in tentacles being sprouted on the face. I think it also had something to do with boils...Conjunctivitis perhaps? No no...Densaugeo? No...that's large teeth...AH! I've got it. The furnunculis (sp?) spell is the spell that causes boils to appear on one's body, and when used simultaneously with the jelly-legs jinx it causes tentacles to sprout on one's face. Do I have it correct? Or am I sorely mistaken? Thank you for that extraordinarily challenging question! Your knowledge of Harry Potter must certainly be quite extensive.
Sincerely yours,
Aiden

-Curtsies to Sir Aiden- Thanks, Milord, for that wondrous compliment upon my vocabulary. I have worked very hard upon expanding my horizons of educational information. And as such, to inform your Lordship of what could be good news for him: You did indeed answer my inquiry correctly. I must applaud you, Good Sir. However, this battle may be done...but not this Intellectual's War!

Name the creature whose fur spawns the resource for Invisibility Cloaks, if you will?

That's a fair question. If you can answer it, this is for you. If not it's Chickamio's.

Who is Madame Rabnott's sister?

-bows to Chikamio- Congrats Milady, you have indeed succeeded in stumping the almighty fanatic. That question was quite a stroke of genious. For I do not have the faintest idea of the answer. Congrats milady, you have indeed become the Almighty Fanatic. -hands over crown to Chikamio- Milady, I believe this next question is yours. However, would you be so kind as to tell me the answer to your previous question?
Sincerely yours,
Sir Aiden

-graciously accepts Crown from Sir Aiden- My thanks, Good and Noble Sir. At last, the coveted title be mine! -evil laugh-….I applaud your excellent use of English. You have flattered me greatly, and I don’t get that much. So…yes. Gushing girly stuff out of the way, the answer to my previous inquiry was the Demiguise, a monkey-type creature who can become invisible at will. As such, few are ever seen and they have silverfish hair, if I remember correctly. In inference, my assumption would be that an Invisibility Cloak is silvery and light because of said creature’s tones.

In answer to your question, JayChambers. I believe the answer’s name is Prudence. I’ve only heard her mentioned once, but I remember the girls’ names in connection. (Modesty and Prudence are likely to go together for sisterly names, as they are related words.)

So…I will kindly await confirmation or denial with pensively bated breath.

Spot on. I had forgotten Madam Rabnott's first name.

What are the Abraxan and Granian?

-bows to JayChambers- I do believe that both of those are breeds of Winged Horses. The Granian is gray (I believe), whilst the Abraxan is palomino. We first saw the Abraxan species in GoF, as they were Beauxbaton’s carriage mounts. Madame Maxine insisted that her ‘horses’ drank only Single Malt Whiskey, though I highly doubt that ALL Abraxans are like that...

Thusly...I shall await confirmation....Or sad, sad, cruel denial.

Correct.

What does Mosag's name mean? (Mosag is Arogog's wife.)

Um..Something like "Beloved"...or maybe..."Fair born"???

Not sure.

It means "dirty woman" in some other language. Not latin, it was more like Gaelish.

Well, then...I suppose you had me stumped, seeing as my guesses were WAAAAAAAY off course...So..Do you become the Fanatic?
PostPosted: Sat Dec 30, 2006 8:07 am

I suppose so, since the first page bears your name. ^^;

Doesn't anyone have a question?

I feel alone.

You want a question, Friend? Very well...Name for me, if you will, Lady Jay…The creature who produces a highly explosive fluid in it’s horn that causes anything this fluid is injected with to explode.
