Zon Matsukai chaoticfreak Zon Matsukai chaoticfreak I know! This is a little weird, but here goes! *ahem* Buy the Impala, fix up the engine, steam clean it, get super-dark tinted windows, and get the lettering. Get an EBay account, sell the Impala with the reserve at 6K, then, after you get that done, here is what else you should do: Get super dark tinted windows, shoot it at an angle so people could see the rust (hey, you have to be truthful, y'know, or you could get a picture at an angle so it wouldn't show any rust), and say lots of positive things about it. Well, was that wierd or what? After that, THEN you have even more money to drop the engine into the civic. xP There's one problem with that though. I don't have the money. Just to buy it, I'd have to take a loan out. What I've pretty much decided to do is to keep my car and fix it up. Or I might look at getting another Civic that's a manual and buy that. Then do the same thing with the civic, then. xP Still the money problem though. Oh. Without the touch ups on the civic?

Heh, yea. Hehehe, but, now I'm looking at a 2000 Nissan Frontier with 81k miles on it. It's got the V6, it's extended cab, and 4WD. Plus, it'll only be about $256 a month for a 60 month loan.

They offer different payment lengths. Plus, a 36 month loan is about 380 a month, which I don't wanna pay.

Well, it looks like now I'm getting an 05 Chevy Colorado. Sadly, it's the base model, which means only an AM/FM radio, manual windows and locks, the 2.8L I4 engine, regular cab, and it's only RWD. But, hey, it's only got about 50k miles on it, which is about 6 times less miles than my Civic.

Edit to above post. It has the 3.5L Inline-5 engine, and a little over 55k miles. I'm buying it for $8.7k, and I'm picking it up on Monday.
Now I just need to sell my Civic...

It's not bad looking. But, I do know that they take a lot of work to rebuild. My advise for you, spend the extra green and convert it to full fuel injection. It'll be worth it in the end, plus, it'll save you at the pump. >.<
