Colorfull.
It matches well.
If you could only put something green at the top... thank you. lol cant think of any green head items besides the leaf. Dont mean to intrude, but what about the green paper crown?

It matches well but the pink in the bottom of the avatar is much more lighter than the pink at the top.

Put on the pink bow that your dream avi in the sig has instead.It matches well.

The shades of the blue of the flowers, shades, and ice tiara don't match the flame shoes or the shirt.
Now, that's not the problem.
The problem is that they're all around the top.
It makes it unbalanced.
Wearing Blue Scott socks instead of those white ones fixes the problem because they match the light blue of the items in the top.
Ditch the aracnid chestplate.
Wear some Those 90s Black Gloves.
The white of the pants is darker than the other whites around the avatar.
You should wear the White Glamrock Jeans instead.
Anyways, you get a 6/10.
It is the #4 rate after all.
