gdwhatsername9 wake me up when september ends, because when I was watching Storytellers on VH1 (a band/artist is on the show, plays an entire album, and comments on the songs and answers fan's questions), and when Billie Joe was talking about the song, he looked like he was gunna cry, and when he played the song, he looked even more like he was gunna cry, so it made me cry!!!!! crying Don't worry. We all know what Storytellers ish. :3

(warning, I'm gonna get a little corny with this) I think that it's a oxy-moron as far as what songs make you cry. There's a certain way that things effect the mind (including emotions) but the science of what makes this happen is practically non-existant. The way I see it is that a person cries because of a song due to the feeling they're given by the person who wrote/sang the song. There's a connection between the writer/performer and the listener that sparks emotional 'spasm' which incourages us to laugh, cry, or even get mad. It's a connection even when we don't like the song. It kinda makes you appreciate music, doesn't it?

I think I remember having to skip over Macy's Day Parade because I was about to cry, or maybe I'd already started, I can't remember.

I cried when I heard Wake Me Up... live. But I was super dehydrated and sorta spacy, so I dunno if that counts.

I cried once when i was like really tired and out of it and i heard wake me up when september ends, cuz it made me think of my uncle roger. he had hemophelia and almost bled to death when he cut himself shaving. he died of aids he contracted from a blood transfusion. crying

I cried when i heard Wake Me Up When September Ends because it was so horrible, that is the worst Green Day song ever. Seriously. It's even worse than Boulevard of Broken Dreams.
