What we've written so far really does a good job of introducing the characters but I don't know how much more we can do with rain on the cot. Be thinking about that special ability of Rain's. I don't know what it is but I'm sure it will be cool)

"So," Commander Lee began," this is the UF spy you found in the road."

"Yessir. He claims to have defected 4 months ago, and says he is in possesion of a potential threat to the world" JD replied," however, there is something we must discuss....in private"

"What's your name boy?" Kurodashi remained silent.
"Listen maggot," spat JD," when I said ' You will not speak unless spoken to' that meant when you are spoken to you speak" With the final words he shoved Kurodashi.

"Enough, all your threats are just hardening his resolve to remain quiet. Take him to the interrogation room and let him soften up a little"

“Good work men… the action is complete. You are off duty for now.” Xellien announced with pleasant satisfactory. All the scientist nodded in approval and left the room. After all the men had left the room, Xellien started to leave himself, but as he passed Kayako he suddenly stopped.

“That’s right…” He muttered and frowned. His head smoothly tilted to look at Kayako. “I was going to say arrogance.” A smooth chuckle emitted deep within his throat. “You have no idea what you’re in Kayako.” Simply he said and pulled off his gloves, “The world is full of secrets you don’t know about.” His eyes glanced at over at monitor to the side. The site of it caused a curl at his lips, “You’re not fooling any one. We’ll be watching, no matter where you are… Because now you have apart of us within you.” His mouth opened only slightly, as if he were about to laugh once more, but his smile quickly dropped.

“Professor Xellien?” A male voice called from the door. Xellien turned as his face settled into a firm serious gaze.

“Yes?” He answered and stepped over next to the man.

“Take a look at this.” The other raised a small board, “We compiled some of the data from object two. The Inverse drive spikes here… and here.” Xellien paused and frowned. He opened his mouth to say something, but not before glancing at Kayako.

“Information is a valuable thing Jackob.” Was all he answered with. The man frowned, utterly confused with the comment, “Those are the attempts of realization, deciding whether your feelings are yours or not. And yet…” He stopped mid sentence and glanced around the room. Three red lights burst to life, and a loud wailing sound pressured their ears.

“Attention, unidentified unit with registry number 100105 is charging in. All KLF pilots report to their stations.” Another’s voice came through the speakers.

“Unit… 100105.” Jackob repeated and shot his head in Xellien’s direction, “That’s the Prototype unit.” Xellien nodded.

“I know. Go ahead and wake up Kayako.” He waved his hand back at the girl and started for the door. Jackob turned around abruptly.

“But the drugs should still be in effect.” Xellien stopped and glanced over at the same monitor. He smirked and brushed his hair back.

“Don’t worry, just do. Take Kayako to the heavy transport shuttle. Make sure to load her LFO in there as well.” He finished and started to leave again.

“But wait, why, and where are you going?”

“Our subject has been showing potential signs of insanity and negative reaction to the Inverse Drive. I’m going to insert the new program. I can only hope it will stabilize the Drive’s waver.” He turned and left before the man could ask another word.

“Dang it Xellien…” Jackob shook his head and pulled a pistol out form under his lab coat. “I’ll trust what Xellien was saying, but why did he…” He turned and glanced at the same monitor Xellien had. A laugh suddenly burst from his mouth. “I get it… right. Ok girl, get up.” He waved his gun, but stood far enough away to not be within reach of her.

((I’m not going to bother checking for mistakes, to tired.))

(I promised a post people so here it is. I hope it makes sense. By the way Rain needs to walk out into a hallway. I've got a surprise.

Quick piece of info. The story is taking place while Renton is away from the Gekkostate. There hasn't been enough time pasted in the story for him to have come back to them. With that said, I'm going to pull a little bs magic. I hope it doesn't come off weak. I so rarely involved real characters from the show that this one should be fun)

On the bridge of the Lonjinus Captain Incarte stared out in silence. His hands had been tied and the Foundations scientists seemed to be more in control of his ship than ever before.

"It was a mistake to agree to this mission," he thought. All the mistakes, all the deaths seemed to have started with his choice to let the Professor known as Xellien on board. From the destruction of the cyborg installation in in the pacific states, to the attack on the pirate ship near Del Ceilo. Nothing seemed to go right. With any luck though Incarte knew that would all be coming to a close. The one known as Kayako was already released to be taken to the Novak Foundation and the defective Cyborgs would soon be off his ship.

Incarte let out a deep sigh. So much to answer for, so much to bear. Opening a channel in the ship he signaled the main launch bay.
"This is the captain. Has the LFO been loaded into the transport vessel?" he asked.

From the captains chair a voice responded, "This is main bay captain. We have the package loaded and ready for launch. We're just waiting on the prisoner to be loaded."

"Understood." the captain replied and closed the transmission. Leaning back in his chair he steepled his fingers and motioned to his comm officer. "Lieutenant Alpine, notify the Foundation that there delivery will be arriving within the-"

"Sir," Alpine interrupted, "I'm sorry sir but we have an LFO on radar. The wave signature seems to match that of one from Del Ceilo's air space."

"Damn!" Incarte yelled and slammed his fist on the chairs arm. "So close," he thought, "I can't let this go sour!"

"Lieutenant scramble all remaining KLF's and get me a secure link to the Novak Foundation! NOW!"

Within seconds the link was opened. "We have audio only sir." Alpine spoke.

Incarte listened quietly as an oily voice spoke over the speakers of his console. "This is Professor Argent of the Novak Foundation. We have been expecting your transmission Lonjinus. We will send the landing co-ordinates -"

"There's been a change of plans Professor" Incarte interrupted, "He have a lethal factor following us on an intercept mission to stop the delivery of said package. All forces are being activated for maximum response. However, the situation does not look good. We will contact you as soon-" Incarte was surprised to here the scientist on the line interrupt in return.

"Hold on Captain! Yes, we see it. The cities long range radar is picking up your uninvited guest." The voice was almost happy. "Don't fret. We were expecting this. Hold them off and send the transport as planned. We are sending support to deal with your problem. The co-ordinates are being transfered to you now."

Incarte knew such boisterous attitudes were only the over-inflated egos of scientists, however with the commands given it relieved him of any responsibility if the situation went any more sour. "Understood," he said and closed the signal.

((Ooh!! I like surprises!! ^__^ But not yours, I'm scared. O__O))

Rain finished the song with a gradual fading off. When she looked up, she noticed almost everyone looking at her. Feeling a little embarrased, she put the guitar down and got off the chair. Not wanting to be in the room at the moment until the moment passed, she headed for the door.

She was surprised that no one stopped her when she opened the door and exited. Her bare feet padded against the linolium as she walked out into the hallway. Turning around, her eyes widened to see something she did not expect.

((Well.. I hope that leads well into your surprise. razz ))

(PS: Rain, the building has areas that you can't go into but the character is allowed to move around. Not outside for some reason. Although I haven't figured that one out yet, but you can move in the halls and go to other rooms as you want)
