wakusei I think the look north thing is kinda obvious in that it means Locke will journey north say "oh look, another island" and then get at least Kate and Sawyer back.
I don't know who Jacob is...but Jack not being on this apparent list makes me think the Others were only supposed to get Kate and Sawyer...not Jack, and that Ben just added Jack so that he could get him to save his life. I agree with you on the Locke will see the island. But whats kind of weird to me is on Mr. Eko's stick there is a scripture that says John 3:05 on it by there it says lift up your eyes and look north. The reason why i mentioned that is because everything else on the stick is written like 6:12, 3:2 etc. So there is a zero in here 3:05, so it must be significant because scriptures are not written like that. If we look at Lost, season 3 episode 5 is written like this 3x05 and it so happens that in that episode Mr. Eko dies. Interesting.

I have only managed to catch a summary of the episode which was on the ABC site, cos I am English and it hasnt aired here yet, but OMG
I'm not seriously worried about what will happen, because I don't think that Sawyer will die, not yet. I can't wait to see the whole thing though :O
@above That certainly is interesting. I think that Jack has a little more time to spend on the island with the others, and will become more integrated into what they do and stuff.
What was said about him before this season started? I remember them saying that Kate would get with someone in one of the early episodes, and that Jack would find a new love interest or something along those lines, am I right? The possibility that everyone will end up on the beach again is unlikely, but isnt there that new woman? MAybe Jack will fall in love with her or something. Or possible that blonde woman on the others' island. :S (Forgive me for my inaccuracies as I haven't seen the whole of everything... )

I thought this episode was great. Although I was surprised Jack actually did something to Ben...it just seems against his character. But then again, he does seem to plan on being able to fix him up again. Ben better live! (See my sig? I freakin' love Ben.)
Yeah...Ben pretty much got free porn on those security monitors of his. Kate, Sawyer, what were you thinking?!?
And this whole Alex mystery...who was her boyfriend? The Karl theory sounds about right, in my opinion. And what's her relantionship to Ben? She said "I want to see him" and then later, on the operating table, Ben asked "Did she ask about me?" and then that guy lied to him. Then Alex did call that Other at the worksite her father...
Curious, curious...
EDIT: Ben's no longer in my siggy, but I still love the man!

My thoery on Jacob:
Jacob is Ethan. Ethan was sent to the 815 survivors to infiltrate them and make a list, and Jack wasn't on it. Him lying about his name is hardly surprising. I'm pretty sure that the list is of, "good" people".

So your saying Jacob is Ethan's real name?
I thought they ment Jacob as in religously...
Because in the season 3 premire when Ben said Goodwin get the tail section and Ethan take the fuselage... the others use real names to each other. Ethan is definitally his real name.

Does anyone know where I can find it on the web to watch? I missed it becaues I was out at a Comedy show...It's the only episode I ever missed. Yeah so is there a site I can download it from or anything? Please PM me because i'm not going to be looking through this thread....Or you can post in the thread I'm going to make. Thank you!
