The sun was setting on the horizon but life still flourished in the warmth the day had provided. Out stepped quite the effervescent flutter of random oddities. Shaylee flicked her wings so she glided toward the lake with an uplift combined in a warn breeze. Touching the water she skimmed playfully across the surface. Mane and tail whipping about flowing behind her. Her spirits were quite high this day. A mother she'd become not too long ago. This was something that rang outward in her giggles and chimed whinies. "Enjoy yourself her concious told her" indeed she'd follow that advice.

Looking downward she noticed a new Soquili leaning in gracefully for a drink. The other had a strangeness to her. More like curiousity the purple flutter commented to herself.

Below Shaylee a mare stopped to drink from the stream. Her coat a deep hued blue as the ocean sleeps with the velvet night sky. Her mane was pulled into a strange hair piece as was her tail. So long and flowing they mingled as the waves touch upon the shining beach. Raising her delicate head she looked around, taking in the beauty of the land she chanced to step upon. Everything she did was like poetry in motion. A simple breath. A turn of her head as she intook the scenery. She smiled softly, calm in her reaction to her thoughts. Her voice was foreign but carried a lovely ring to each word she spoke. "Such a beautiful place. I shall like to see more."

Prancing around in the tall grass, the small foal wandered. Everything amazed her to no end and she sniffed everything she could. It was an amazing curiousity for her as a small daisy appeared. Cautiously, Chitsa sniffs it and giggles wildly. Small wings emerged from the foal's back and she was quite the character.

All was quiet and Chitsa was still exploring. "Eee. What an odd scent." She spoke it a quiet voice but it sounded so excited and curious at the same time, if that was possible. Gazing through the tall grass, the small flutter's eyes wandered wondering what else this place could possibly give show her.

Shaylee was determined to make quite the introduction to this newcomer she spotted. Grinning with a flick of her tail speeding downward to see the other closer. Without realizing she had stretched out too far and dived head first into the lake itself. Grasping for a pinch of sanity she pulled herself to break the surface. Sputtering with a direct sneeze the purple mare waded herself to the shoreline. Now drenched she looked rather drab, fourelock slightly lagging now over her one eye. With a shake of her small head she tossed her lump of mane back to wence it came. Though it still looked quite the mess scattered in all directions.

"Hmm that was stupid... but so much fun!" she gleed with a combined giggle her voice gurgling with excess water as it drained out her nose. With another shake she approached the pretty mare only to realize she too was a flutter. Rapture strumed the hyper one's chest as she smiled with glee. "Helllo there... Heh sorry I made such entrance like that. You're pretty what's your name?"

The other seemed quite shocked to Shaylee's direct greeting. She stepped backward unbalanced with a small cry. Straightening herself she smiled shyly if only in good practice of upbringing. As she moved her head her hair piece made a strange chiming noise as if it were two.
She shook her head once more watching Shaylee. This little one was so much more reminded of a foal then an adult mare. Interesting.
She spoke in her foreign soft voice sounding like waves lapping along the shore. "Saissis. Lady Saissis. Forgive my fright for you gave me quite a fright just now. I did not mean to seem rude." she apoligized with a reserved smile as it curved her delicate muzzle. Fluttering her wings they made a simple "whoosh" sound... soft and light.

Quickly, the small foal, jumped a few times and spotted a lake. Her eyes went wide in excitement. "Ooh." What an adventure this could be. She was still a little clumsy after sitting in that basket for awhile but she moved with an adorable elegance.

Emerging from the grass panting softly, Chitsa spotted two other soquili. Flutter to put it specifically. Wide-eyed, she stared at her own wings and then gazed at the two older soquili in amazement. Never would she have guessed. But the foal couldn't help but tilt her head at Shaylee. Why... did she seem so... familiar... She couldn't quite touch on it but she would soon find out.

So curiousity overtook her and Chitsa moved over towards the older soquili. She was anything but cautious and had an excited expression on her face. "Hello there!"

Shaylee felt a tad ashamed she looked like a drowned creature soked in ignorance. Still though it seemed her spirit was high as her hapiness playing on a summer's day. She nodded her head, a bob now and then listening to the lyrical voice of Saissis. She also noticed the distinct entwined rings accompianied by a rising wave as it rested on the mare's flank. Her hair hung in two seperate yet thick strands beaded at the tips.
Upon her right foreleg hung a delicate yet interesting bracelet of seashells.

Perking her ears she caught sound of another Soquili yet young in her chirped greeting. A doubletake overtook the mare. "Azure?" she stutted noticing the foals features. So familiar she pronounced in her mind. So recognizable to Shaylee's gaze.

Saissis was quite taken with Shaylee in her hyperness. For herself was the opposite. The youth that caught the purple flutter's attention did the same with her. She raised her head her beads clinking together with a soft ring. Breathing softly she watched them. Something seemed the same yet what else was involved. She observed without as much as a whinny of greeting to the filly. Reunions it seemed were best when the said parties were in touch with one another.

Glory stretched her legs though they felt different now. She was older it seemed as her short puff of a tail had flowed towards the grown like purple silk. She trotted along with quite the urge to kick up her heels. Darkness would set in making her shine like a diamond. "Tori... hmm bet she'll be surprised."

"Oh I haven't been up to much lately Tori, I have met other soquilis, but other than that I've been a litle bored here" she said shaking her mane after Tori nipped at it.

Tori chuckled." yeah i been bored too." catching a bit of movement not too far Tori grined and turned back to Kanti." how about we go check out whats movign about over there,and i have a good idea who it is." grining Tori started off after the glint of white that was moving about, knowing it was most likey Glory.

The unicorn paused, her ears direct on the conversation. She knew that tori was about as her voice was very familiar. Feeling like a foal she pranced into view tossing her head. Mane and tail flowing like a silken river. The high moon in back of her caused her coat to glisten with the glittery star on her flank. She stood there smiling yet not a word escaped her lips.

Tori grined as she saw Glory come into veiw and saw she was all grown up. turning back to Kanti she niped playfully at her." come on lets meet up with Glory." prancign up to Glory she grined." hey Glory it seems you have grown!"

Glory grinned flicking her tail, letting it flow with the wind. She stood quite proudly feeling the adulthood set in. But truth be told Glory would always be a child in her mind. "Heyas Tori... And.... her friend." she corrected herself not remembering who was with Tori. She walked over quite gracefully to Kanti bowing her head. "Greeting to you."
Looking back at Tori she winked, "Betcha I can still fly."

Kanti nodded to Glory. "Greetings to you as well, I'm Kanti, and I don't think I have met you before" she said giving a cheefull smile.

Tori grined and chuckled." Glory your still as shilly as ever." almost forgeting to introduce them both to each other." ah yes Glory this is my Friend Kanti and Kanti this is Glory."

The powder white equine adorned with the shining spiral dipped her head in greeting once more. "Nice to meet you Kanti... hmm I've heard your name before. Lets see here... Oh yes Celly told me about you." she beamed quite proudly remembering her mother's stories and memories. She giggled though her baby voice trilled more into that of a lovely chime.

Tori chuckled in amusment at Glory. watching Kanti go, she wondered why she had to go so soon. turning back to Glory she wondred what they should do." shall we do something?"

Glory smirked holding her elegant head high. Her orbs of cyan humoring her thoughts that mingled together. "If it involves logs no way. Now I know how Shaylee felt after sticking her head in a log. Ewww." she paused to stick out her tongue in disgust, "Everly must have no sence of smell to sleep in there." She tilted her head to the bright object of radiance in the sky then back to Tori. "You pick this time. No worries if it gets dark either."

Tori chuckled in amusment." true enough and it was a pain geting you out of there too." thinking of something to do, she grined." how about a quick race before it gets dark?" she always loved a good run and was iching to get one in.

Glory flicked her tail and nodded. "Race sounds good to me. I'm dying to put these to use." she trilled with a toss of her head letting her mane settle. "When and where?" Stepping forward she carried a glint in her eye. Finally she could have a bit of fun unsupervised for a change.

Tori grined and winked." how about to the that tree over there in that field." chuckling at Glory she knew she most likey would want to try flying." oh and no trying to fly!" nipping Glory she grined again." on the count of three.....one....... two........three!!!!!!!!" she bolted off towards the three she had pointed out.

As the star falls from the sky the unicorn followed in tow. Unlike her baby urges and subtle thinking she was fully capable of knowing what to do. "No Flying? Hee hee." she said as she whirled after Tori. The shooting star feeling the wind play with her entire form. Tail flowing vibrantly, a purple river sleek and soft. Her legs were more adjusted to the ground as were her muscles. Powering her way she neared up to Tori with a wink.

Tori pushed herself faster as Glory caught up. grining she slowed alittle to be side by side with Glory and nipped at her playfully. she loved to run ever since her dad started this type of game with her. the wind rushing by her as she ran, she tryed to go faster.

Glory evauluated the tree's length to wence they were arriving. It was almost a complete rush running side by side as they were. So much to gain now that she was an adult. So much power that lied within that even a single tap of her horn couldn't grasp. The wind was magical, so enchanting as it whipped her mane and tail back and forth like a rattlesnake. Celendria always ran with her. Such vibrant memories that encased her very soul. Eyes bearing down, orbs of blue catching the hint of the target getting closer now.

Tori nipped once more at Glory as they ran. as they ran with the wind wipping through there manes, she thoguht of all the times she ran with her father and how often they did that. seeign the Tree close she pushed her legs and muscles to go faster and started to inch away from Glory.

Glory in turn nipped Tori back keeping note that Tori was advancing a little faster. Bearing her head downward she concentrated hard on her destination. Stretching outward she pounded the ground with her dark amethyest hooves. Pure deterination stitched with her ambition pulled her even closer. How she'd love this to never end. A sea of images sliding by they became inchoherent yet painted with a touch of creativity. Win or loose she was having the time of her life.

Tori grined and was enjoying this run more than anything. she tryed to up the pace of there run and tryed to pass up Glory but Glory was keepign on her tail.

The moon shone down in its captivating light. A hue of paleness shown upon the white mares. Two silver streaks flying like lightning bewitched in a shining display. Flying...yes that was it. It dawned on Glory as she knew but for a split second they were truly flying. Her legs moved so incredibly fast as they seemed to move in slow motion toward the tree. Perhaps the spirits wanted this to last forever. But to the unicorn of the star it didn't matter. She loved this more than anything. So close now.

Tori loved every minute as they ran and got closer to the tree. soon they would have to stop but Tori really did not want to. pushign her self faster , they came closer and closer to the three. knowing it must end soon, she tryed to keep going faster.

Glory giggled in spite she was a grown mare now. So much fun to be running so swift as the wind lifted you to sit upon its shoulders. Run little one. Push faster and don't look back. Reach out and feel what is guiding you toward your goal. Run little one run. She snorted as the tree was straight ahead. It was now or never....

Tori knew it was ether pass Glory up now or loss. she loved a good run but she also liked to win the race. pushign herself once more she tryed to pass up Glory. snorting she nipped at Glory again since they where still side by side.

Side by side. Reminicent of a peculiar song trilled along like a children's song hour. She wasn't going to loose. It was more of determination that stretched her even faster to compete with her friend. Neck and neck they were nearly on top of it. She bowed her head in closer to advance on her speed. Run little one run... She snorted and nipped Tori. "Not tonight... not this time." Run little one run... Snorting again she slid past Tori flying past the tree. Her legs still powering her way past.

Tori grined in amusment as Glory went right past her. after passing the tree right behind Glory she slowed down and started laughing." that was quite some fun!!!!" she was a little out of breath and laughing but enjoyed the run never the less." we shall have to do this again since you beat me!"

Glory slid inches from the streambed as she came to a halt. Flicking her long slender tail she smiled in a triumphant way. Slowly she walked back toward Tori, her chest heaving deeply from an excellent victory. Sadness though dwelled within for her ambition was finally placed to rest on that goal. Now it was the same as it had been before they began their race.

Though she had to agree that it was enjoyable as her races with Celly.
Prancing a bit more she neared Tori with a small n** in her shoulder. "That.. is what I would call fun. hee hee."

Tori grined at Glory." yeah it was." though there run was fun, Tori was now startign to get bored, which she usualy did and it made her slightly sad at this. nipign back at Glory she tryed to think of something else they could do to amuse themselfs.

Her chest still heaved with the exilaration from that outstanding performance. She returned the n** back to Tori searching for some sport to play in. The night was setting in its obsidian canopy as the moon shone through full. She observed night for the first time catching the bay of the wild dog once again in the distance. This time however the ivory white unicorn didn't mind. It made for a breathtaking view inhaling the scents of creatures among the shadows. "So.. now that we met our goal... whatelse did you have in mind?" she smiled tossing her mane about in a bit of childish nature.

*King saw the other horses, and was intrigued. He had never been the social type, but he did want a little attention now and then. He walked up to them, praying to god they didnt think of him as an intrusion. He needed friends badly..He was so alone in that department..The only one he really knew was Tetyana, and did he even really know her? He sighed*

The slender adult unicorn smilled mischeviously as she looked at the newcomer. "Hello there." she nodded her head with a sparkle in those blue orbs. She slowly walked toward him and stopped to observe the chocolate hues that ripped in his coat. Being an adult was so much different now. Her reactions and motions changed slightly when she was meeting others now. Her horn caught the moonlight quite nicely creating a shining allure to her entire form. Her deep purple mane and tail accented in contrast with the vivid white.

*King looked at Glory. She was beautiful. Her dark purple mane and tail, made him feel...happy. He knelt on his leg ina sort of bow and looked up at her* And what is your name? *he asked, standing and looking closer into her eyes. He realized that he did sort of lay it on pretty thick, but she was pretty, and he was always considered the 'Charmer' by Anusha..In fact, besides his name, he knew Charmer was his nickname from her*

Tori chuckled in amusment again." well king it is nice to meet you." she nodded and shook her mane." my names Tori and this is my best friend Glory." nodded towards Glory she wondered what they could do to have some fun. with a mischevious glint in her eye, she start to try and plot something.

Glory looked sideways at Tori for it was registering that her friend was indeed plotting something. Bide your time and let things flow. She smiled sweetly nodding her head to Tori's introduction. "Yes. My name is Glory. My mother.. well fosterer is Celendria. Perhaps you've met her?" she spoke in a very soft voice her hair playing within the coming spring breeze. She wondered what Tori was up to subtly watching her with one eye.

A night owl hooted in the distance as a flutter of wings broke the silence around them. A small creature padded its way into the silver hue of the moon's gaze as she blanketed the land. Her tongue lolled as piercing blue eyes shone back to the trio of horses.

"Beg pardon Glory but you are needed back at the clearing. Miss Celendria is worried since its almost hatching time. It is requested you be by her side." she stood quite still as her own furry lupine coat reflected dappling of the night's breath.

Glory whom was watching King looked downward at the wolf pup. Her appearence of happiness slowly slid into an undeniable frown. "Alright Amadahy. Celly does need support." she frowned again yet managed a smile looking at Tori and King, "time for me to depart. We'll have to do this again sometime Tori. Nice meeting you King."
She bowed her head watching them one last time before she walked off with the familiar Celendria counted as her own to watch over.

Tori smiled and nipped at Glory before she departed." see you Glory!" she turned to king and nodded." i too must depart before my father gets worried." after sayign good bye she too off into the nite to go back to her father.

So much had happened in the course of a day. Baskets pouring the contents of two rambuntious foals hilighted quite an interesting event. Celendria in her constant vigil now whinnied in highest regard to the babies nosing about. The winged however had taken off on his own while the other stayed behind. So was the law of soquili how heartbreaking it may be. Still though the one's ambition to remain was joy in itself to the ice mare. She decided in celebration of his arrival, "Kohana" would accompany her to greet Chepi...

Shariea

Chepi stood at the corner of the village, looking out upon the horizon as she had every night, looking for the icy mare that had befriended her. Her brow lightly furrowed as she looked out into the cool night. She'd become worried as the nights had passed and the winter began to give way to the thawing spring. Steping away from the village to the path she had walked night after night she sighed. Perhaps the mare was gone with the winter, would she ever return?

Lithe fingers brushed away her ebony tresses and she pulled her furs closer around her. Glancing off to the west two moving shapes caught her eye, Pale in the moon light she could clearly make out the blue sheen upon each. Her heart lept, could it be?

Rein_Carnation

Something moved on the lower horizon making her heart flutter with anticipation. Her clear teal orbs focusing with definite recognization. It had been weeks since she had stood this deliberate, calm yet energized.
Tossing her head she bellowed a whinny high with sharp accent as it carried over the crest where she stood.

The colt blinked watching the mare's movement become more interesting. She was waiting for something. But what? What moved so far away from them? He snorted keeping his query glued upon that of the mare. What exactly was she waiting for? He frowned slightly yet following in tow bellowed his own little marcrame of jumbled squeaks and snorts. His little chest trying its hardest to carry a tune like that of Celendria.

Shariea

Chepi's heart lept as she heard the cry of the mare echo into the night. A Smile broke upon her face like the crashing waves of an ebbing storm. All at once she ran, as fast as her legs could carry her. Long strides carried her over the bluff where the moon light shown clearly upon the mare and the young colt. The maiden slowed to a halt as she reached them, her eyes difting from the elgant grace of the mare to the inquisitive look of the small colt.

"Its been so Long, I feared I wouldnt see you again...and who's this.. he bears your colors..." she chuckled lightly. "Is this the reason you've been gone?" She couldnt stop smiling as she slowly approched the two soquili.

The mare chuckled at her son in his inquisitiveness of everything. Her attention pulled away slightly toward the advancing creature she called "friend". She nodded her head repeatedly toward Chepi in quite an array of giddyness. The winter was departing on fleetings wings as summer moved in in her place. The grass was so much greener, as the trees blossomed like happy children smiling upon the sleepy world.
She stepped on wings of grace, her gait soft and smooth gently nudging her delicate head into Chepi's hands. Her whickers were soft with harmony as she made sounds off and on gurgling from her deep chest.

Meanwhile, The colt was confuzzed beyond anything trying to guess what he was supposed to do. This creature looked funny to him. No. Quite the contrary she was just odd. Nothing like the others in the herd where he was hatched. Even his father looked nothing like... odd.
He did however have that tinge of curiousity that neared him closer to the fraile maiden. But he still didn't know what to think of her just yet.

Chepi smiled as sher ran her fingers under the silver white forlock of her compaion. The velvet fur was soft and supple under her finger tips as she calmly stroked down the mares nuzzling head. "He's a fine young colt." she whispered softly into the mare flicking ears. She turned, nesstling her body in against the mares neck, yet her brown eyes washed over her teal blue son. "he's still young, he'll get into plenty of mischief im sure." She chuckled softly and dug her hand into the pouch at her side, producing the last of her winter apples which she had been saving special for her dear friend.

Celendria was at peace in her heart and mind. She was not forgotten as winter fleeted into the mountains. That was refreshing to intake as she nodded in agreement. The touch upon her cool blue coat sent random shivers up her spine, though the caress was warm and affectionate.

Though human speech was strange to her, the mare felt sincerity and love echoed in Chepi's own words. Comfort. She rumbled a whinny in her own language of love. She was so worried that she was forgotten when her thoughts were mere oddities to what was acurate.

The colt tilted his head with a deliberate snort for attention. The mare was transfixed by this creature. What about him? He snorted a little louder this time. The apple however perked his ears and interest. Shiny red thing. He nosed in closer while keeping his guard up. Looks yummy. Scary creature. Yummy? Creature? Things were so intense to decide on right now. Again he stamped his little forefoot for attention.

Chepi wove her fingers into celendria's silver mane as her finger tips caressed her velvet blue coat. She smiled against as the mare made soothing sounds to her, sounds of understanding in the basic form. Blinking she looked to the colt. Tilting her head so that the hands of ebony graced her cheek bones. "what is it? You want attention too?" She chuckled a playful smirk dancing upon the corners of her lips. "He'll be a headstrong one." she said to the mare, while streching out her hand to the colt, sure he would shy away.

The mare regarded the silliness of the colt as basic nature. He was still new to the world yet he was demanding and attention seeking all in the same mannerism. She chuckled lightly speaking in her soft intelligent voice, "Kohana this creature is a human. She is very kind and thoughtful. Pay attention and do be polite." She knew the words would slip away like ice from the colt's subconcious.

Kohana narrowed his eyes at the soft hand reaching out to him. No way. No way was that touching him. He snorted and backed away thinking the ice mare was quite dillusional to be around this creature. No way. He backed up even more with an abrupt whinny.

Chepi watched as the mare seemed to turn and talk to her son. His ears went back as he shyed away from her hand. She chuckled softly and dropped her arm to the side. "No worries little one, I wont force you." She smiled and bit a chunk off the apple, tossing it to the ground in front of his small hoves. The rest she offered to the ice mare, for which it was orginally intended.

Out of the corner of her deep brown eyes she watched the colt with interest, he'd warm to her she knew in time. He was still learning the ways of the world and to him whom had only known horses she must look very strange indeed.

Celendria shook her head at her son's insolence. Perhaps as he grew he'd be more of a social type. So proud he played himself to be. A fine stallion someday he'd make. The moon danced on his dappled coat creating hues of ocean and sand as they weaved in and out in the tide's eternal rythem. He was indeed a handful... Sheridan's words playing in her contemplative mind. Samedi was quite the handful indeed. Glory wasn't too bad though her inspiration mingled with ambition to fly was sometimes overbearing. Now her son, flesh and blood of her own, was her next "handful". She chuckled in a soft whicker letting her memories play along like the opening of a favored tale.

Kohana pulled back his ears looking quite fiesty. Though when the human lowered her advance he simmered down slowly. Inching back in to inspect her a little more. He snorted blinking his eyes set directly on Chepi then swerving to lie upon the ice mare.

Chepi chuckled softly and wraped her arms around the mares neck, nuzzling in against her warm coat. "seeing you tonight has been the gift I have been waiting for. I had hoped you would come back, and now I see you had a very good reason for leaving. Please come back often now that your son is with you." She smiled and let go of the mare, giving her a friendly pat on the end of the nose. "I have to go, I left my fire unatteneded.." she sighed, of all the nights she could have let the fire burn to embers tonight would not due. She had a ketle on the fire, and surely the liquid would simmer completly away.

She cast a longing glance back at the mare and her son before slipping back into the inky darkness, back to the village and her home.

Celendria felt the maiden's grip loosen around her thick neck. The words seemed foreign but the tone was clear. Departure was inevitable.
She whickered with a brief sigh as Chepi released the bond between them. A sad wind swept past the mare as she watched the sweet girl return to the darkness leading her to her hearth.
She turned to look at her son who seemed perplexed that the "creature" was leaving. "Someday my son... you will understand."

Kohana flicked his ears to catch the mare's words. He knew not what she meant but held much trust for her. She was infact the same colors as him. Though the strangeness that flowed throughout his coat made him different then hers. No matter though she was like him. But still he trusted not that strange creature she so willingly opened herself to.
He snorted once more watching what she was doing. Mimicing her every movement the best way he could.

Introduction of Lady Saissis Part 2 Sat Mar 18

Tilting her head softly, Chitsa could help but just stare at her mother. How... odd. This older mare seemed so familiar but the poor little femme couldn't put her finger on where she had seen her before. "Um. Nope." That was all she could get out of her mouth.

The foal's tail flickers back and forth in the wind, it was a quiet day and all was good. Life was treating the little foal well so she couldn't complain.

Chitsa gazed at Saissis softly and nodded in acknowledgement, not forgetting her manners.

Rein_Carnation

Saissis stood further back, her eyes dazzling in her vigil of the mare and foal. She nodded to the filly regarding the politeness the little one exhibited toward her. The breeze tusled her long wavy strands of hair mirroring hues of the ocean's twilight reef. Her two single beaded strands met oneanother in a simple dance chiming with a soft ping. She blinked with a start finally wondering where Istas had wondered off to.

Shaylee puzzled as clueless can be looked at the filly with confusion. "Hrm.. well you look very much like Azure." she nodded with claification to her statement. "You sure?" The adult mare whose color marveled a ripe sugarplum tilted her head in wonderment. "If I dodn't say it before... I'm Shaylee. You look so much like Azure." She fluttered her large transparent wings that shimmered upon her well built back.
Who was this youth? She couldn't comprehend but somehow knew...

Chitsa nodded rapidly. She was quite sure her name wasn't Azure. That's what Sisika called her Chitsa so... she couldn't possibly be Azure... Right? Oh dear. The poor foal was quite confused now but that never stopped her before. "I'm called Sisika." She was so tongue-tied, now would probably be the only time in her life that she would not have anything to say.

As Shaylee fluttered her wings, Chitsa did the same with her smaller wings. She gazed up at Shaylee in admiration. Wow...

Saissis backed further away searching for Istas. She was worried her familiar had gotten left behind possibly. Frowing she turned to call out for her companion. "Istas? Please tell me you weren't left behind." She fluttered her own oceanic wings with a trifle thought. "Oh Istas where are you?" Her eyes were wide with embarrasment that Istas could not fly as she did.

Shaylee noticed the youth's admiration toward her. She puffed out her chest and winked. "Nah Azure is a boy.. you're a little girl." she nodded. Smiling with a grin she winked again tilting her head. "Say do you like sweets Chitsa? I knowe where there is a grove of sugarplums growing to the North of here." she strutted about feeling quite flamboyant. Someone actually was looking up to her like a higher status than she was. This was pure sweet sugar that course through her ego.

Chitsa smirked slightly, "Oh really now? Is he cuuuuuuute?" She couldn't help but ask. She would have never guessed that he was her father. "Of course I like sweets. Duh. Who doesn't?" The femme stuck her tongue at Shaylee playfully.

She jumped around gleefully, because there was... nothing to be sad about. So why not be happy? It was still odd that she had such an attraction to this particular soquili. Perhaps she would inquire about it later to Sisika. She seemed to know everything...

Saissis had looked distruaght that her familiar had vanished. She wished for help but didn't want to intrude on the two in conversation. Bending low on her knees pratically she looked under every rock, in hollow logs, everywhere. No avail in any of her searches. Depression was setting in for the small flutter. Without Istas she was forever lonely in this land.

Shaylee couldn't help but giggle at the filly's antics. She puffed herself up again strutting about like a peacock. Her wings shimmered as she fanned them vertical from the ground. "Well alright then. You'll love sugarplums.. I mean they are the best things in the entire world I tell you. Seriously." she stamped her foot and whirled to look at her other friend. "Umm Saissis? What are you doing may I ask"?

Watching her curiously, Chitsa attempted to mimic Shaylee in strutting but failed miserably. Not that she cared, it was fun to try and she couldn't help but giggle to herself. "Alright then! I want to try some of these... so called sugar plums." She giggled out loud this time.

She turned her attention to Saissis and tilted her small head. "Are you alright?" She looked like she had lost something but what?

Saissis had panic plastered on her pretty features. An irate feeling of loss with out her familiar. It seemed only yesterday when she had met her racoon friend. Swift as water yet willing to listen to one's heart and soul.
She turned to face them, her wings hung limp agaist her sides. Eyes shining with moistened tears as they would cascade down her cheeks.
"Yes?" she stammered trying to regain composure. "Lost? Well Istas is missing. She hasn't met up with me since we traveled here."
Her head hung low as she teared up even more, "Istas is the only friend I've ever had. What if something has happened to her?"

Shaylee frowned as her own delicate thin wings slowly drooped like a wilted plant. "Istas? What's an Istas?" she queried with a reassuring breath toward Saissis. Turning her head in question she looked at Chitsa for any other explanation. "Hey.. maybe she went to eat sugarplums?"
Nodd9ng her head in large movements she perked back up. "Lets go so isf she's there Saissis.. come on perk up a bit. Lets go see." Her wings shifted upwards and she smiled more determined now.

The foal's ears droop as she listens to what Saissis says. "Aww. I'm sorry about that. I bet you she'll show up soon! Like Shaylee said, she could be eating sugar plums!" Chitsa had never seen a familiar before and was curious to see what this little Istas looked like.

Chitsa nodded rapidly. "So which direction?" She didn't know much about the area yet as she was still exploring so perhaps going to eat sugar plums wouldn't be such a bad thing. Plus she was hungry.

Saissis looked up her face still riddled with guilt for Istas. "Well.. I suppose we could." she murmered flicking her ears upright. Straightening herself she smiled. "Istas has a knack for finding things. Sure I'll go with you." She stretched her elegant wings when catching the moonlight looked like water swaying back and forth.

Shaylee trilled in triumpth as she strutted herself around once more. "Okies then. Off to eat sugarplums...and find Istas. Sounds good to me! Onward we go... doot doot de o!"
She flicked her wings till the breeze caught her playfully rising in the clear sky. "You can fly Chitsa? If not let me know now."

Chitsa giggled as she strutted once more. "Whee. Alright!" She paused slightly. "No... I can't..." She felt a little ashamed that she couldn't fly yet but it really wasn't her fault. Her wings just couldn't support her yet. But that didn't stop her from feeling guilty. If Sisika was here right now, she'd probably smack her rump. Sisika was like that...

Shaylee dipped downward landing lightly on her feet. "No worries little one. I can walk as well as fly. Saissis that alright with you?" she asked with a pleading gesture as it appeared on her face. The flutter flicked her tail and strutted over to the youth. "All set then? Such pretty wings you have." she commented with a small play n** to the foals shoulder.

Saissis couldn't help but giggle at Shaylee and her childish nature. Though she was a flutter she reminded the oceanic mare of her own days as a filly. She nodded quietly fluttering her own translucent hues of blues swaying back and forth in the night's light. "Tis fine. I'm sure little Istas is there waiting for me... I hope." She walked slowly following the two a little behind. Her strands beaded clinked together in a soft ring. "Istas. Wait for me. I'm coming".

Rein_Carnation

As the sun lifted higher toward the horizon a snow white creature made way to the outskirts of the beach. Her soft cyan eyes dancing at the scenery around her. Wonderous scents mingled with the sea's ever changing rythem. "So beautiful..." she murmered with a nod of her head. Taking a step forward onto the sand her hooves sunk. Lowering her head to the ground she saw her reflected shadow which carried the horn that adorned her forehead.

Impotent One

Aine continued to lead Ari, her ears turned back to make sure she could hear her following. She stopped though, her eyes falling on something white, and she turned a bit to go investigate, looking back at the human to make sure she came. She was still taking her to Chayton.

Ari wondered where the horse was taking her. They had stopped to look at something on the beach. "Oh" Ari gasped. On the beach stood a white Soquili unicorn. Ari sighed.

((I can see your post, Rein. Both of them.))

Aine looked back as Ari sighed, stopping for a moment. She didn't know this Soquili, she hoped that it wasn't afraid of humans or anything...looking back at the unicorn, she snorted again, before continuing towards it hesitantly.

Arianna saw Aine hesitate and decided the mare didn't know this Soquili. So, she stooped behind a tree and swiftly climbed up the back of it, to flop down on a branch and wait.

Glory stood there watching with a curious eye. A pretty reddish hued mare and a human were advancing toward her. She was quite fond of humans in truth. They seemed so facinated about her horn for some reason. Chepi was Celendria's friend which accepted those in the Forest Clearing. Swishing her long silky tail she waited for them. Wonderment rushing through her mind what each would do when they finally reached her.

Aine was surprised when Ari disappeared up a tree, but figured she'd come down when she wanted to, and continued towards the unicorn, "Hello," she said, smiling and flicking her tail.

Glory smiled contently nodding her head to Aine. "Hello there. Oh where did your friend go?" she queried with a turn of her head. "I'm Glory by the way. Nice to meet you... say what's your name?" She giggled in spite of her graceful appearence. Though a mare she was still a child at heart.

Ari watched as Aine walked torwards the other mare. She stared in awe at the mares beauty, a white, satiny coat with a purple mane and tail and a purple shooting star on her flank. The mare was all in all beautiful. I wish I had a Soquili. Ari thought sadly to herself.

"She's up the tree," Aine said, nodding, then grinning, "Nice to meet you, Glory. I'm Aine," she said in her airy Irish accent.
Meanwhile, soft grumbling could be heard from a short distance away, as Chayton followed Aine's tracks in an attempt to find her. She'd been gone for hours. "Aine!" The tall, lanky boy stumbled through the underbush, leaves sticking in his long, pulled back and tied at the nape of his neck. "I hate tracking...I really do."

Glory picked up on a distant sound approaching. Though she kept attention on Aine, "You're not from around here are you? Your words sound different for some reason." She smiled and looked toward the tree.
Nodding to her to come visit with her and Aine. "I'm a current local we'll say... I hatched in the Forest clearing where my foster mother Celendria lives."

"Nope, I'm from Ireland," Aine said, smiling and glancing back at the tree aswell, "You hatched? What do you mean by that?" she asked curiously. Being reared by humans, she was never put into a basket.

Arianna watches curiously as the mares converse, only to be interupted by a tall lanky boys crashing through the trees and onto the beach, calling Aines name. This must be Chayton! She thought to herself. Ari looked down from the tree and called over to him, "Hello! Aine was just taking me to see you!" Ari called to him.

Chayton let out a startled cry and looked around frantically, before looking up in the tree and giving the girl an odd look, "Come again?" Taking her to see him? Aine was a soquili! Why would she do that? "...why are you in a tree?"

Glory heard the strangenerss of human language yet she couldn't comprehend what it meant. Soft murmerings and happiness were always a key element though in a peaceful creature whom did tread upon two legs than four. "Ireland..." she murmered for a moment to herself, "sounds pretty. Yes I hatched from a basket. Celly told me that I was once a star who fell from the heaven's down to earth." She chuckled to herself thinking about her mark that glittered upon her flank.

"A star? Well, you certainly do remind me of one," Aine said, giggling softly, "But...what do you mean, hatch from a basket. Didn't you, y'know, come from your mother?" Ah, being new was never easy, it seems, she understood almost nothing of this place.

Ari giggled at the boys sudden franticness. "I live in trees. And, since Aine is talking to another Soquili, I thought I should wait up here." She said. Arianna jumped down from her branch and glided down the trunk. "I'm Arianna. I just got here and Aine was taking me to meet you so I could figure out what the tribe here is." She said. Ari flipped her black hair out of her face and shifted from a standing position to lean back against the tree. "I suppose you're Chayton. Lovely mare you've got."

Glory chuckled to herself tossing her forelock and mane that they traveled in the breeze that weaved past them. "Well I saw Kohana emerge from a basket. So I guess its strange that some creatures must take newborn foals placing them in baskets. I never saw Kohana till he and his brother broke free of the basket. Celendria is not my birth mother, just a mare that kept me safe while I was very young." She turned her head sideways to gaze at the two humans in conversation. Blowing out softly she smiled trying to listen to their strange sounds they made.

Impotent One

Chayton raised an eyebrow, straightening his poncho and picking leaves out of his hair, "Well, I don't live with the tribe. Or any tribe, just incase they have more than one...I live on my own." He rubbed the back of his neck, "Lovely mare I'VE got? It's more like she owns me."

Aine took a moment to think about this, "Do you know why the infants get put into baskets?" It was more than obvious it wasn't for cruelty reasons, but she still didn't understand that part of it. "Wait, I think I've heard of Celendria...does she know Euphoria?"

Glory shook her head her head held high with a content disposistion. "Not that I can tell you. Its something I guess humans know more profoundly than we. Its strange they live in those things for a couple weeks though. I remember faintly yet its all a jumbled blur. Must of slept most of the time."

She smiled once more her profile appearing quite cute in the way she carried herself. "Euphoria? Why that's Celly's mate. Kohana and Sari are their sons." she nodded to her query, "Kohana is a fiesty little one though. But I think Samedi was much worse." She shuddered thinking of the bony faced mare with those glowing red orbs of wickedness.

Ari grinned at his comment. "Yes, thats what most animals do." Ari says. "Well, if you don't know anything about the tribe, then who does? I live on my own too, but I need to meet someone. You're the first though." She says. She looks over to the Soquili's and sees that they're deep in conversation. Ari turns around and climbs back into the tree, not wanting to be on the ground any longer. As she waited for a answer, she saw a squirrel in a nearby tree. She made a clucking sound and the animal came over to her. "Hello! How are you, my friend?" She asks.

Aine nodded understandingly. She couldn't remember much from when she was really young. She tossed her head and grinned, "I remember Euphoria telling me about his sons," she said, sounding a bit excited all of a sudden, "I love foals...who's Samedi?"
Chayton gave a one shouldered shrug, looking at Aine, "Nooo idea. I don't socialize much." Either he couldn't find the time, or he couldn't be bothered to go looking for people. He looked to the squirrel, and smiled slightly.

A small canine in the form of a wolf padded not too far from Glory. She blinked and yipped to grab the unicorn's attention. Glory Looked at Amadahy with a frown but nodded in agreement. Turning back to Aine she bowed her head. "I must return back to the clearing. I hope to chat with you on a less time based occasion. I'm truly sorry." she nodded once more sweeping herself into a 180 and follwed after the white wolf pup.

Ari smiled as the squirrel squeaked his feelings to her. She caught Chaytons smile to the squirrel and giggled again. She couldn't help herself. She loved to giggle. Ari said goodbye to the squirrel and hopped down from the tree. "Tell Aine goodbye for me." She said and smiled and waved as she walked off into the woods.

Aine turned and went to Chayton after Glory left, and the boy pulled himself up onto his back after having called out his 'bye' to Ari. "The girl said goodbye," he said, stroking her neck and urging her forward. He needed to get some fishing down, and finish some building.

Celendria takes Kohana out for a visit Wed Mar 22, 2006

Rein_Carnation

As the wind still carried a slight chill the ice mare known as Celendria stood grazing. Her head buried in the spring grass she croped a little at a time letting the flavor satisfy her contentment. She closed her eyes for a brief moment thinking how wonderful it was to have such a wonderful family. Save for Kahona that had a bit of wildness to him.

Kahona eyed his mother with a snort. He was bored, a stone sitting in the middle of a rushing stream. He pawed the ground then looked over at the serene mare as she grazed. "I'm bored. Can't we run or chase the squirrels like last time? Please?" he pleaded with her his eyes gleaming with a mischief filled contemplation.

Rein_Carnation

Celendria raised her head sharply snorting as the other colt announced his intent. Singe stems of grass still lingering between her muzzle. Her eyes settling on the kamikaze colt in hot pursuit of a smaller sixed mammal. A smile pursed her velvet mouth as her gaze stayed focused upon him. He looked vaguely familiar for some reason. But was it possible he could be?

Kahona blinked and turned quickly toward the other colt. He was having more fun than Celendria grazing. Snorting he looked at the ice mare then back at the other foal about his age. "Can I go play? Pleaseeeeeeeee?" he looked quite cute in the face he made but yet his eyes flickerd with a bit of mischief as well.

Celendria chuckled and tossed her head toward the other, "Very well. You may go play. But be polite this time around." she scolded lightly lowering her ears to her forehead.

Cajmera

Running as though the hound of hell was on his heels, the poor chipmunck tore onwards, not even glancing back to see if his assailant was still in pursuit. Which, of course, Safi still was; he hated losing races, and it seemed to happen all the time! Stupid slowness...

As if all at once heaven was smiling down, a hole suddenly appeared in the ground in front of the chipmunck, which seized the opportunity; down into the ground it went, and Safi immeadiatly voiced his dissapointment. "No! Stupid cheating...little thing!" Skittering to a stop, he stared down at the hole, attempting to fit his muzzle in and failing. Looks like that was one more race lost... "Darnit!" Life just wasn't fair sometimes!

Kohana whinied in glee at his mother's approval. With a toss of his head he followed into a gallop toward Safi. His eyes shimmered with playfullness though he was tempted to n** the other foal.

"Whatcha doing? Gonna crawl in that hole?" he queried with a silly grin. Ruffling his short poufy tail and mane he looked rather raggedy but still quite a little male. He leaned in to look at the hole wondering if he could scare whatever it is out of there.

Celendria stood quietly grazing once more though her eyes never left the colts. Though different they were the same. That's what her intuition was telling her.

Cajmera

Although surprised by the sudden appearance of another colt, it was the good kind of surprise, like when you find an apple when nosing in the leaves, not the bad kind like being bit by a bug. So it was with a grin that he turned to look at the newcomer, shaking his head so vigorously that his dreamcatcher looked ready to fly off.

"No, I'm not...although if I could fit, I sure would! We were racing, only he cheated, the little cheater." Making a face, Safi pawed at the hole, causing dirt to rain down on the inside; then, content with this final gesture of defiance, he turned his attention totally to the other foal. "How 'bout you? What're you doing out here?" Ever the social colt, he was delighted at meeting someone new, and the shine in his eyes was evidence of that.

Celendria remembers....

The ice colored mare stood thinking to herself of past events and time that wiped by like the seasons. She couldn't quite remember much as things melted and formed before she could remotely place a single thought upon anything. Her children both adopted and of blood grew into fine mares and stallions. It seems that its true time flies in the eyes of the beholders.

Kohana spiteful with a fiery snort once a burly young colt had grown into a sleek fine stallion. His coat like that of hers mingled with the escence of Euphoria. Glory the troublesome unicorn had stretched her long tiny legs into a graceful lady that shined as brightly as the shining star she'd fallen from.

Lady Saissis the flutter had joined the ranks with her familar. Then there was Kimimela the strange outlander whom chanced herself to arrive in the thicket during one of the hard rains from Spring leading up to summer. Things were fleeting by so quickly she never realized it. A smile curved her muzzle as she dozed lightly. Wondering where the future lie and what lay in store for her.

Glory and Kimimela go for a walk Part 1 Sat May 06, 2006

Rein_Carnation

Upon the hill stood two mares. One carried a horn whose coat was white as snow. The other one similar in height carrying a unique striped tail of black and white. Her wide eyes gleaming the deep orange as she gazed upon the world before her.

"So different... So very different. Not like the home I lived in. But still so open and beautiful. Though I'm new I will learn to accept."

The unicorn giggled and watched her companion.

"Kimi. You have a lot to learn don't you. Hmm why not in our little romp you tell me of the place you lived. Deal?"

The lemur colored mare smiled widely as her eyes shimmered a glowing orange.

"Sure. Though it will be a bit wierd. I want to see everything." she smiled with a nod and began the tour of Glory's homeland.

Rein_Carnation

Glory trotted on ahead over looking soquili in the distance. She paused with a flick of her silky tail. Kimi was so curious yet she seemed a tad nervous being in a new world.

Kimimela tossed her head and swished her stiped tail.

"Lets see... Home was the forest. So dense and full of green. But yet perfect from the rains and storms. You get yes? Hmm I mean understand." she blused with frowning ears.

Glory shook her own head and consoled her companion, "Nay. Kimi its okay. Really I know what you mean."

Rein_Carnation

Kimi tilted her head at the compassionate unicorn. Glory was very young in spirit but her form was indeed a mare. She always seemed so determined yet open to anyone whom felt they were at fault.

"Thank you. It will take me time to get used to all that is new."

Glory winked and nodded, "Kimi you know that I'm not a big meanie like some soquili. *cough* Kohana." she smirked as she scritched her horn on the thawing ground.

Rein_Carnation

A flitter of strange wings carried a small mare upon the blowing breeze. She landed softly next to the other two.

"Greetings Glory and Kimi. It is not often I see others from the clearing where we live. Beautiful night." she spoke with a quiet tone as her eyes shimmered her tranquil nature.

Glory whinied with happiness nipping Saissis on the flank lightly. The beautiful flutter always made things around her more relaxed and taken in stride.


"M'Lady.. hee hee. Is Istas with you this evening? And have you seen mom or Kohana lately?"

Kimi watched the two with caring eyes. So different in height yet the flutter and the unicorn were indeed equal in thought and happiness.

The dark stallion made his way through the forest and broke through the treeline. The silver moonlight washed over his dark pelt like rain water, bathing him in the etheral glow of night. His blue eyes glanced over the horrizon as he bent low to eat. The dew was fresh on the sweet grasses and he found great pleasure in partaking of this delightful treat. His ebony tail flicked across the downy greens and sent a spray of water up behind him. His ears flicked bacn and to the left, the distant murmering of a few females caought his attention. He couldnt make out their voices or what they where saying very clearly so he paid the dim no heed and continued to graze by the moonlight.

Rein_Carnation

Saissis shook her head. She had not seen Celendria nor Kohana recently. But there was no need for alarm for it was a parent sibling bond that kept them from being lost.

"Nay. Not since the other turn of the moon. Bonding is strong between them. They shall be fine." she nodded with a simple turn of her delicate head.

Glory frowned as her bond with her adoptive mother was strong as well. She was like the ice mare's shadow from youth to adulthood.

"Aww okay. Kimi you alright?" she blinked as her violet mane darkened over her cyan eyes.

Kimimela stood with a direct gaze toward the newcomer in the grasses. He wasn't that close to where they stood but she could see him. Her eyes like gleaming lights in orange escence flickered in her direct gaze.

Shariea

Waya felt eyes upon him and for awhile he tried to ignore them. But eventurally they burned into him and he raised his head to stare back at the female. He stood stalk still save for the wing that toyed with his obsidian locks. His blue eyes gleemed in the moonlight as he watched the shapes of the females in the distance and the Orange orbs that stared at him through the darkness.

Glory seemed perplexed as she looked at Kimi. The lemur colored mare seemed transfixed on something in which she craned her neck over to get a better look. The stranger was definitely a stallion. Her horn gleamed with the faintest touch of moonlight.

"Hmm he's new. I've met lots of Soquili but his scent is a little more wildlike. Erm maybe we should greet him, yes?" she glanced at Kimi yet again feeling creeped out by the glowing orange orbs.

Saissis withdrew herself from the other two. She was not prone to direct conversation; particualy a male. Backing further away she nodded her head and waited for the other two to advance toward him. It wasn't that she was afraid, more so not as social.

Kimi continued to gaze at him for she loved intaking others of her kind. Being a new soul in a world meant a lot of learning time. That she could handle.

Shariea

Waya's eyes never faltered or dropped their gaze while those orange orbs stayed locked on his. The flash of light beside the mare caused him to finally glance to the side. Another mare, pale as the moon and with a mane of deep purple and brillant blue. Another unicorn, He snorted softly. A smirk crossed his face and he wondered if for but a breif moment if this unicorn was as bubble and nieve to the world as Allure had been. Spirits only knew how much he hoped he'd taught her some good durning theirf breif encounter. His tail flicked again at the ground and he bowed his head, feeling now threat from these females he began to graze once more.

Kimi finally blinked out of her trance as she noticed the unicorn was already on her way over. Hesitant she felt but follwed the ambitious unicorn anyway. If there was one thing Glory was it was curious of new soquili. That in some regards could be a bit dangerous. Her own assumption of Shaylee talking to a Kalona. Not to mention thinking she was cool was a bit of an eye opener. Realy now such strange creatures who lived here.

Saissis was about to back away when she began to feel rude of not atleast saying hello. She strangely flitted her wings in a stretch reaching for an updraft of a breeze. Then heading over toward the other two.

Glory wasn't nieve but she was quite young in ther mind. She wondered what Tori was up to. Or anyone else she'd chanced upon as a friend. This new stallion seemed distant perhaps cold. She puffed her chest and walked firmly toward him. She always had ambition in her blood. So it was written in the stars waiting to fall from the heavens once more.

Waya raised his head again with a mouthfull of sweet grass as the mares approched him. Strangly enough one by air. He'd seen only one other flutter named Chitsa, but something about how this mare caried herself spoke loudly about her character, and in just that fleeting moment he began to respect her.

His blue eyes washed over the young Unicorn and strangly colored mare with the glwoing orange eyes. He nodded slowly and spoke at length. "Good eveing." he said softly, his bartone voice grumbling softly from within his chest.

Snorting at the sound of Soquili voices, Princess moved closer towards the source. She resolved to stay back unless there was someone she knew...and once she saw Waya, she figured she might as well see what her protector was up to. She walked out with an assured stride. "Hello Waya, strangers," she said with a cool nod, standing next to Waya.

Saissis landed a fair pace away from the others. She was quite unique and small to the rest of them. Two hanging locks entwined with strange clasps chimed toogether when they met. A soft ring could be herd by the faintest melody it chose. She smiled softly with a nod of her head towards the deep stallion.

Kimi was a bit taken by how strong this male looked. Her kind were meek and limber in most respects. She nodded at him though had a strange suspision her eyes were glowing. Once she had seen this in person as she gazed in a fine pool of the sweetest waters.

Glory was the first to start the greeting of the three. She was taught to be polite, that was Celendria's way. Which wasn't bad in her eyes.


"Greetings wayfarer. My friend here seemed to have been transfixed by you. She's not from these parts .. just to let you know."

She nodded and carried herself in grace noticing Princess had joined them.

Cyrille trotted along, ever so often she hopped, or spun around in wild circles. She stopped when she heard the other soquilis nearby for and looked around to see if she could see anyone near. " Hello??" she called out.

Waya nodded softly to Princess as she graced his side. He hadnt heard her approch, and with a smile he thought she probably wouldnt be heard unless she wanted to be. As was Princess' way. He nodded politely to the fan far of Strange mares that had approched him from a distance. "I havent any Idea why I would have transfixed your friend. Perhaps she saw something in the moonlight, It can play tricks. " he said after a moment. "I am Waya." he thought it fitting to say, and turning to his side he gestured towards Princess. "And This is Princess." he said simply, Having never been one for much talk.

This unicorn seemed to be a bit mor formal, perhaps more into adult hood than Allure had been. However she too bore that air of innocens that could never be matched. The Flutter that stayed off to the back caught his attention for a moment as he formally inclined his head to her. This flutter as well was differnt from the other he had met. Either maturity or Breeding had seen these mares through.. It was hard to say which. With Princess he knew it was her breeding and hertiage which had made her so.

His ears flicked and he turned to the call of yet another female. Waya's front hoove paws the ground as he made a slight coughing noise. Not only was he not very good in crowds...but here he was surounded by mares and feeling more than little out numbered.

Saissis backed away her ears swiveling to the sights of all the Soquili. Istas was foraging as usual. Now was not the time. The tranquil flutter tried to say alert and well placed but her footing on composure wasn't too great. She paused as her locks chimed once more. Her symbol glowed in the moon's gaze. Water highlighting her fine darkened sheen in her coat.

Kimi blinked with a shake of her head. Advancing forward she felt obligated to correct the misunderstanding. Her words still unfathomed and strange to the normals that dwelled here.

"If you please. I'm a far away. Trees to the home and um... what mean is I'm not trying to cause any.. well..." she paused feeling more stupid in every moment she tried to be more complacent in her speech. She knew the others were laughing at her words. But she was putting effort in her determined way to right things.

Glory on the otherhand was over joyed to see so many females that all met up in the same place. She was indeed quite joyous to see so many faces at once. Still though she scritched her horn on the ground yet again. Why was this thing so itchy most of the time.

Princess eyed the stripe-tailed mare suspiciously and scooted closer to Waya with a possessive air. She wasn't going to have any mare stealing the protector of her herd away...her mind firmly kicked any other thoughts back in the mental cave they'd come from, refusing to even admit the possibility of feelings for him...yet. He was a strong and more than tolerable male, but still. It was too soon. "Yes, I am Princess." She spoke no more than that, figuring to let the others speak first.

After a few minutes of listening, and seeing no one come towards her, Cyrille listened more carefully and pinpointed where the voices were caming from. She galloped towards it, and skidded to a stop right infront of several other soquili. "Well if I had know it was a party, I will have brought presents" she laughed out

Shariea

The large dark stallion nodded as he listened to the broken speach of the strange female with the orange eyed. "I see. " he said after she had finished speaking. "well, Welcome to our home." he said for lack of anything else. Princess' close proximity to him caused him to momentarily loose all train of thought. Was she being dominant over him? Showing her... ownership of him in front of the mares? He quirked his eyebrow an side steped her lightly, yes he was the protector of her heard but...she didnt own him. He Kept his toung and smiled lightly to the other mares.

The flutter in back caught his attemtion again and he chuckled softly as Glory stuck her horn down into the dirt with a powerful thrust of her head. As he had first though, the horn could be used as a weapon, which was all the better for these slender delicate mares.

With a turn of his head the final mare he'd heard off in the distance made her explosive entrance. Blinking he tilted hie had, the ebony locks falling in front of his blue eyes. He remained silent but the smirk on his face spoke volumes.

Saissis felt really out of place but held fast. She adressed all who would listen as her voice ran smooth as the calmest waters. "Heed Kimi no worries. She means no reason for agitation. Glory is a little highstrung but she is quite harmless. Please do forgive my manners as I do not hold well in large crowds." she murmered as her head bowed to all of them. She was indeed the smallest of the bunch lest a foal would be present as well.

Kimi eyed Princess feeling quite ashamed if her curiousity had prompted suspision. Her eyes were souls of their own it seemed. Glowing when they weren't suposed to. Her frown was present but the flutter eased her mind a bit. Unlike Shaylee and HighFlyer she was the most reserved. That in a sense brought tranquility to the entire setting. "Thank you." she simply said in a meek nod to the stallion and flutter.

Glory raised her head once more as her pearlized sparkle gleamed brightly. So many faces... so many voices. "Well okay then. I'm Glory whom Celendria fostered as a baby. I was said to be a falling star shooting through the sky. Maybe its true." she shrugged with a smile. "Its nice to meet all of you. Mother will be happy to hear of..." She frowned looking up at the moon and silenced her speech.

Princess nipped at Waya's mane, turning his sidestep into an apparently flirtatious maneuver. She did relax at the reassurance from the other mares, though. She'd beat the tar out of any mare that caused Waya to derelict his duty. "It's all right."

Cyrille looked around at the others, who took turns talking, but wasn't quiet sure of they were actually talking to her, or had even noticed that she was there. "Well that is very interesting, indeed" she stated to no one in particular

Waya's eyes went wide as Princess nipped as his mane as he moved away. He snorted a bit but said nothing, only shooting her a stare of utter disbeliefe. After the shock wore away he looked back at he others and quietly nodded. "You're welcome..." he said to the striped mare trying to relax after Princess' bold move. His tail flicked against the grass as he listened to Glory. "A falling Star? How could a foal survive such a thing?" he asked, and then began to mull over such a thing in his mind. She was another breed entirely, was her horn more than just a weapon? It certainly glowed as if it captured the power of the spirits. Perhaps she had been a falling star guided to the ground safely but the spirits of the sky. Such a thing was entirely possable. "Then again..." he said softly finally shrugging it away. Whether she did or didnt fall from the sky was really no matter, but did make for a fabulas tale.

His gaze turned to the new mare that had joined the ranks and he chuckled a bit. "Talking to yourself in a group full of others certainly cant be a healthy habbit."

Cyrille snorted and looked over at Waya. " I was not talking to myself. I was just saying what everyone was talking about was interesting. Of course I do tend to think aloud, but that is not talking to myself" she informed him, sounding a bit annoyed.

The flutter yawned as she stretched her odd shaped transparent wings. Night was setting in as the dew resided or the plants around her. While her own hidden world of birth was warm and inviting, these chilled nights of season were quite nice. Though a shiver sometimes inched down her spine tingling. This stallion was quite well mannered which made her feel more at ease as she noticed Kimi was simmering as well. She had made her introduction as she was prompted to. Her gaze turned upward to the hill where a mare and stallion stood silently. Both crystaline in the distance she revered them as a "welcome back". Bowing her head to the others she exited as her wings outstretched like gliders lifting her into the night sky.

Kimi nodded with a bow simmering a yawn threatening to escape her velvety muzzle. "Pardon to beg but night is high and well Glory we must return. Besides someone has stood in waiting for you." she smiled with a flick of her striped tail.

Glory was heading her conversation to Cyrille when Kimi's words warmed her heart. Her head turned to face the ice scupture on the hill. Though a gleaming gem she was known as mother in the unicorn mare's eyes. Turning back to the others she bowed quite nicely, "It is late and my heart is whole once more. Please come by again and we'll all have a big get together. Goodnight." she whinied as she entered a gallop heading up the hill toward Celendria whom did wait paiently. The other though she could of done without.

Princess nodded noncommitally. "Perhaps." With an impish grin, she nipped at Waya's mane again. "What's wrong, Waya?" She chuckled, pricking her ears. "Not used to female attention?"

Waya nodded his head tothe female trop as the headed off towards the others that awaited them. "Fae well, It was nice meeting you." he said before turning to look at Princess as she nipped at him again. "No, Im not." he said in that matter of fact tone he used when he wasnt sure how else to put something.

He looked to the other mare and snorted a bit. "I was only kidding, no need to get your dander up. Im afraide like them I myust depart, perhaps well meet again." he said with a bow of his head.

As he turned to move back into the shadows to return to the heard he looked back at princess. What had just happened? And why did she look so smug?

Rahu was in the clearing this night. he had become accustom to coming out only at night now, since he rather avod others. giving a small snort and a flick of his tail, he looked around for a moment to make sure no one was around. once statisfied no one was around, he muched on some grass.

Glory loved being with Kimi as a tour guide. The new mare was lacking the knowledge of things in this new place. What better way to become an excellent friend then help her out.

"Okies to your right is the human village. They have yummy food sometimes. Celendria likes one in particular."

The Lemur colored mare nodded and gazed at the flickering distant lights. She smelt the fires and strange food scents of dinners being made.

"Ah I see... food for them and us. Well nice as they are?" she murmered with a flick of her tail. Her orange eyes gleaming in the darkened night.

Rahu never knew the clearing was not too far off from the village. he dispised tow leggers with a passion and stayed clear of them. his ears twitched as he listened for anyone near by. scanning the area once more with his dark red eyes. he knew he was hard to see cause of his dark black red coat and always liked it.

Glory smiled as she knew the foriegn soquili was doing her best to try and say what it was she needed. The gray mare was quite charming yet was so awkward in the presence of others. Glory put it in her mind to rectify the situation catching a glimpse of another Soquili not to far off.

"Hello over there!" she called with a whinny that was soft and almost lyrical.

Kimimela's eyes shifted with their eerie glow of the orange light they gave in the night's canopy. She focused on the darker male, an identifying mark upon his forehead making him stand out in the darkness.

Rahu lifted his head where he heared someone say hello and saw two mares not far off. he gave a snort and then gave a nicker back as a way of saying come over here. not being one to walk over to someone else, he flicked his tail as he waited for these two mares to come over.

Glory as usual hed her head high trotting over. If he wasn't going to come to them they would go to where he stood. Though his aura seemed a bit strange to her. No matter it was good Kimi met the others that lived here just the same.

Kimimela walked slowly her eyes shining once more in the stallion's direction. She wondered why Glory always set to advance into spontaneous decisions. Perhaps it was just her way of doing things. Eventually she sided beside the unicorn and paused, her tail flicking back and forth.

Rahu watched the two as they came over. " whom might you two be. it seems a little late for two mares to be out by themselfs. " he eyed the mare with the horn, having only twice seen a unicorn. looking at the other, she almost reminded him of Helaku's raccoon marks but she was different.

Kimi tried to be strong at this point with her vocabulary. She knew that her speech was quite fefined just yet (but she would try anyway).

"Kimimela I am. From the forest I came to live here with others." she tried a slight smile and bowed her head trying to be quite respectable.

Glory was almost proud of the other mare for being so initiative. She nodded her gleaming spiral and spoke on her own, "I am Glory. And now kind sir whom might you me may I ask?

Rahu smirked and in turn bowed to the mare. this was the only time he was truly polite. " seems your not from around here with your accent Kimimela. " he turn to glory with the same smirk which showed he was only acting polite. " the names Rahu." these two are interesting he thought to himself. he found they where different than most mares he has met, though he was acting polite out of boredom.

Rahu found Kimimela's speech a bit hard to understand at first but caught on quick. he also noted Glory was a little uneasy and figured she know he might be different than he actualy was being. " i see, well im never around others much myself but i rather like being to myself." turning to Glory he grinned. " i see, i rather like the nite myself, sinc enot many come around and i tend to keep to myself."

Glory watched him feeling the deceptive enclosure slip away. She thought to herself of the kindness gesture knowing it was merely something he was just doing for the heck of it.

"Hmm I used to be afraid of the night when Tori and I would sneak out into the clearing. Always made my hair stand on end when those wild dogs bayed in the distance."

Kimi swiveled her ears picking up the converstation as she memorized the strange words they used. It still was jumbled and wierd.

"Night is the creatures. We all sing as the moon does. Dance and play in the moon."

Rahu listened to Kimimela's words, to try to understand what she ment. " right you are Kimimela, though there are some who do not like the night. " looking at Glory, he blinked for a moment. " Tori? you mean Dyami's daughter. i have yet to meet her, though i know her father. i also hate those blasted wild dogs that roam around. cant see why some become friends with them."

Glory pondered the wild canines or ones like her mother had that was loyal and sweet. She lifted her head to listen more of his query. "Tori is my best friend. Only Soquili I ever hung out with the most. It didn't matter if I was a unicorn or not. She was and always will be a great friend."

Kimi blinked in question at him wondering who. Her ears perked as her eyes glowed, "No like the night? But night is another happiness. Dance.. Dance for the moon we call yes."

Rahu chuckled at Kimimela, her strange way of talking made him think. " yes there are those who dont but then there are those like us who like the moon light and night." he then smirked at Glory. " i see, well i would say that is a good thing then."taking a moment to ponder and look at the moon. he wondered if he should keep up this act for a while longer or end it. grinning he awaited both of them to talk.

Kimi liked the way this night was turning out. She nodded at his words letting them sink in even more. Rising to her feet she lifted her head up to the glowing orb above her. "Yes dance... dance to the moon", she sang aloud as her voice carried upon the night breeze. "All us dance singing for the moon." she let out another cry as she spun on her two back legs whining joyously.

Glory giggled watching Kimi twirl for them. This was the most progress she had shown in a long time since she arrived. As the wild dogs bayed their routine, the unicorn knew it was night turning to dust. Soon it was time to depart. But for a moment more she'd let the gray mare with the striped tail dance... just a little more.

Rahu chuckled as Kimimila danced about. " you are quite the interesting one Kimimela." his ears twitched as he heare the wild dogs bay. and softly snorted. " seems it close to dust, which means i must depart, though i hope to meet you two again. your two are quite interesting." giveing a nod, he waited to hear there byes and then would leave.

Kimi twirled and caught the scent of the dogs that bayed the awakening of Dawn. Her fur on her withers and back bristled slipping her downward to all fours again. "Glory time is past moon. You hear them yes? Celendria will come if no return yes? Oh do not let the moon leave you to sun." she murmered, her eyes wide as saucers gleaming orange.

Glory blew outward knowing it was time. With a bow she nodded to him and agreed with Kimi. "Yes the sun is rising in hours to come. Fare thee well Rahu. If you are out here as tonight we'll meet yet again. Come Kimi its getting late."

Kimi nodded still tense from the dogs. "Yes meeting you thank you. Now bye."

Together they galloped off under the bright orb in the sky then disappeared into the darkness left remaining.

Glory had interested herself in the local berry patches letting Kimi wander for a bit. The lemur mare shook herself with a brisk toss of her head looking about. Leaning down in the grass on not so stable legs stood a colt. That which she realized was Takoda; Sheridan's son. She smiled happily and walked slowly toward him wondering what he was up to.

Takoda blinked as he watched a strange bettle make its way toward a rotten tree that lie adjacent from him. His nostrils filling in and pushing out trying to inhale the creature's scent. Rigidly the foal tried to follow his long slender legs still uneasy from his awakening.

Rahu shook his head to get his long mane out of his face. he was in one of those moods where it was not wise to cross him. wandering he looked around, to see kimi whom he remeber a few nights ago he met with glory. walking over to her, he then noticed a colt with her.

Kimi watched Takoda step forward thinking how determined he was in his curiousity. He was quite charming as he flicked his puff of a tail back and forth. Upon hearing hoofsteps upon the ground now fully thawed she looked upward to meet gaze with Rahu. Time was passing swiftly but yet her memories of this great stallion agreeing with her admiration of the moon was almost lyrical. How she remembered rearing on two feet and swaying as the ocean does. She smiled though she kept silent to not spook the foal.

Takoda heard two breths upon the wind knowing he was not alone. Still he didn't budge watching the bettle pull its treasure into the log and disappear. The colt tilted his head frowning. It had been so interesting to watch for that short while.

Rahu slowly made his way over. he did not wanna spook anyone, though normal he liked to. he eyed the foal, and wondered who's it was. turning to kimi, he asked in a low voice. " who's foal is that?" couriousity always got to him at times, though he had a nasty temper at times also.

Kimi thought for a moment and understood his query perfectly. "Ah Sheridan has Takoda yes? Son is Takoda from Ardia. Told me Glory did." she beamed with her eyes gleaming their distinct orange. "Rahu to you Hello." she nodded her head giggling in full understanding he didn't tease her silly way of talking.


Takoda looked behind him finally to see Kimi and Rahu. Though his own speech wasn't that proficiant the lemur mare's words were odd to him. He looked at his forelegs with a grunt and painfully in a wobble pulled himself completely around. Kimi was fun to listen to. He loved watching her eyes light up when she was happy.

Ascoscoi's eyes sparkled as she watched the huge,black stallion with such a beautiful handsome mane and a young foal like her age in the middle of the meadow.

" ah i see, and hello to you too Kimimela." looking at Takoda he nodded. not really knowing how to deal with foals , he decided to ignor Takoda unless he decided to talk. noticing then another foal, who seemed to be looking right at him, he gave a small snort.

Kimi smiled at Takoda whom finally had his front facing toward them. He in her agreement resembled the father most of all. The sisters were more like the mother in contrast. "Outing is nice yes Rahu? Berries important Glory says.. Hmm Wandering Kimi goes out Takoda she does find. Day of the lucky." she giggled with a silly grin. Noticing the other youngster she whinied a little hello.

Takoda watched the large stallion thinking he was bigger then dad. He snorted hearing the other foal tilting his head watching. A tiny pawing of the ground then a greeting in more of a strange sound that rumbled from his new lungs. She was like his little sisters.

Ascoscoi tossed her mane happily and without any hestitation,she whinned back at the foals.Her heart thumps like the thundering storm as she trots closer to the crowds.
"Helllllloooooooooo, I'm Ascoscoi!!! "

" i guess you could say that." watching Takoda and the filly. he wondered why that fillly was on her own. from what he knew most would not let there foals run around with out them and the filly seemed hyper which threw him off. " errrrr hi Ascoscoi."

Kimi puffed her checks out that her large orange eyes glowed happily accented by the black rings about them. "Hmm Ascoscoi to you a merry Hello." she beamed waiting for the moon to peek out of the clouds. Her long slender form rocked back and forth thinking of her homeland and th trees.

Takoda sneezed as he bowed his head. "Hello Ascoscoi. I'm Takoda." he announced fixing his legs into a more stronger posistion.Strangely no one else was having problems.

She blushed as everyone greeted her but quickly,she hid away the rosy cheeks of hers and jumped with glee.
"I'm from the nearby woods! Mama's away with my brothers and daddy suppose to look after me but I'm daddy's girl so he let me explore for a little!! Beautiful day,isn't it?"

Rahu shook his head. " i guess so." turning to kimi he nodded." i must be going. i tend to like to wander by myself. intil we meet again." he then nodded to the colt and flly. then went off to wander.

Kimi frowned but understood herself when other depart. She nodded sadly but yet smiled. Well thee fare Rahu. Journey safe yes?" she called back as he departed. She then looked at the filly. "Traveling alone Takoda is. Watch over him I will yes?" she nodded and looked to the colt.

Takoda smiled and finally found strength in those weak legs. Finally he felt much better. With a toss of his head he pranced a little to see if they'd buckle under him yet again. "Daddy Sherdan is not too far from here. I was exploring. Silly things in the thing over there." he motioned to the log with the dung bettles.

"ypu're leaving?! " as she watched the big stallion apart. Ascoscoi was amazed with the courage and spirit of that huge,black stallion.

She turn to the filly of her own age, " what's wrong with your hooves?!"

Kimimela watched the foals imersed in her own thoughts of happiness. The rains in the great jungle, the waterfalls and large trees. Though she loved to talk no others would listen. And now others did in fact listen. They agreed with her. She swayed once more noticing the moon high above her. "To see me you returned one so bright. Dance I shall for you light under the moon." she sang aloud as her eyes glazed with their glowing effect.

Takoda turned his head to watch the lemur mare a moment. She was an odd one sometimes. He looked back to Ascoscoi blinking. "Hooves? Something wrong?" he murmered picking one up to glance down at it. "Nope nothing wrong. In fact I can stand now." he celebrated with a toss of his head. "Dance too."

Ascoscoi listened to the mare's singing with her ears perked up high.She lifted her head up high,glancing at the unlimited sky above with eagles soaring high.
" So beautiful !"She then turned to Takoda and giggled..
" You sounds funny,oh,what shloud i call you?!

Kimi rose on her back legs and danced as she had the night beforehand. "Dance... Dance with me... Dance moon .. dance." she cried letting out a strange whinny that was not ever heard in this region.


Takoda blinked and looked at the filly. Puffing out his lightened chocolate chest he noted, "Takoda they call me. Because I'm friendly to everything. Well cept those things in the thing over there. They are funny looking."

"I like your name and funny things?! " she glanced towards where the foal was looking.
"what is it?!"
Ascoscoi looked at Kimi,
" I never knew that our kind can dance,it's so magical!" she flicked her tail and turn to Takoda,
"is she your sister?"

Kimi swayed back and forth continuing her call into the still of the night as it echoed off the farthest mountains. She giggled in a full twirl and continued to dance the night away.

Takoda shook his head. "Nope Kitara and Meena are. Kimi lives with the herd. Big herd." he noted on thev last two words. He watched Kimi spin and chuckled watching her. "Dad can dance. He like lifts his legs like this.." Lifting his long legs he tried imitating Sheridan's lucid steps.

Ascoscoi giggled at the foal's gesture when he posed,
" I would love to dance if i know how.
BIG HERD?!wow! Are you from the big herd too?
I lived with my granny and dad but they told me I had another family member,a pure and wise one..yet,someday i will meet her"

Takoda focused more on the filly then Kimi who danced like she was in a trance. "Umm lets here... Celly, Dad, Glory, Kohana, Kimi, and the flutters. Big Herd." He looked at her and smiled. "Sure you can dance.. like this." He picked up his feet again and threw them out in an attempt to look like a dancer like Sheridan. "Hmm maybe with practice you and I both can." He leaned in and nodded thinking she'd dance too.

Ascoscoi wass stunned as Takoda's B I G H E R D.her huge,round eyes stared at the foal with amazed as he talked about his big herd.
She picked up one of her hind leg,standing clumsly...
"whoooaaaaaaa..." shaking to balance herself on the ground.

Takoda leaned over supporting her lifting his leg to dance. "Like this see?" he noted with a smile that curved his muzzle. "Okay then you lift this one. And then this one." he nodded as he waited for her to try. Thinking to himself he noted how strong his legs were getting. "Hey this is fun!"

Ascoscoi took a deep breath as she try to balance herself.
"thank you! " as Takoda gave her a hand,helping her to stand in the right posture.

Tokada took a step forward. "Yep like this. Wow watching dad really helps." she noted aloud as he turned his head trying to get a rythem. Perhaps it was in his blood or he was just special but Takoda was learning to step as the graceful stallions do. A big stallion like dad. This made his head feel huge as he stepped outward again. "Hey Ascoscoi you can dance too."

" i can!? I need more practise though"
she tossed her mane,taking another deep breath.
" You're such a dance talent,Takoda!
you really are!"

Takoda's eyes brightened so much they sparkled. "Really? Hey dad will be happy then. Not sure if sisters dance or not. You're good too. Its not hard once you think bout it." he chuckled dancing again. His little mind raced with images of dancing and being so good at it. He liked dancing. And he was dancing like dad. Wow.

As the night opened like an opening bloom a form flitted lightly among the breeze. Her hair flowing behind her like a river deep yet wandering. Her coat as dark as the deepest depths shimmered as her wings flitted to keep her in balance. The mare glided her way towards the sure strtching her lyrical form to land smoothly among the grasses forming the glistening dew. Looking around Saissis closed her eyes and listened to the breeze as it slid by her in the opposite direction.

Guardian Yami

A white body stepped from over the mound in that distance. The moonlight glistened off of his mane as, the moon itself gave him almost a blue hue itself. The breeze fluttered his mane, as if forming a partnership dance betwixt the air itself and the hair in the mane. The figure stopped for a moment, swaying his head back and forth again, as if observing the scaping in front of him. He was silent and made his way down the small slope of the mound he was upon.

The flutter inched her way to the waterside her movements lyrical and calm. Lowering her head she drank deeply as her thirst had lead her to this pool of crystal wonder. The moon hun quite low in the sky reflecting the image of her perfection as she radiated off the blue mare. Eyes of softness scanned the land she was learning to love. Even on this night away from Istas she was at peace with everything around her.

Guardian Yami

The white figure looked as if he had traveled a long while. He felt the parch of thirst in his throat and needed to find a place to rest and drink for the night. He made his way down to the nearest body of water and began to slurp up the contents of the pool. It's taste was cool to him, he felt a bit refreshed even after his first drink. The white steed swayed his head around again to look about, before lowering his head once again to drink. It felt good to him, like he hadn't tasted water this good before. Only one of his eyes was visible as it seemed his hair covered the other, it dangled over the one side, moving in the breeze of the night.

The flutter heard movement near the other side of the pool. Her head slowly coming up from the water's edge to glimpse a stallion glowing his his majesty as he too drank from the stilled water. Her nostrils breathed in and out a little rapidly as she was alone without her familiar. Fluttering her wings she watched him from afar wondering where he was from .

She continued to watch him though she'd never budge. Lady Saisis was an observer whom intook feelings and dreams from what she gazed upon. Flitting her wings once more she stood there, her mane extensions meeting one another in a waltz as they chimed from the beads that held them together. Closing her eyes again she listened to the wind brush lightly over the water's surface.

The white figure stood there for a bit, then he started to feel as if he was being watched. Looking up at the moon again, and then once again at the water's surface, the stallion knelt himself down into layig position. He felt tired, more than just physically, he felt exhausted inside, but he did not show it upon his exterior. Laying himself on his stomach he stared up at the moon again, as if he had questions to ask that remained unanswered.

The mare watched the stallion as he went to his knees and lied upon the ground. Her ears swiveling in worry he might be injured. Feeling that moment of reaching outward she was corned with the thought of talking with him. Shaking off her inhibitions she stretched her thin wings and lifted in the breeze. Carrying her toward him landing but a few feet away. Caustiously she looked him over checking for anything that could be wrong.

The white figure noticed the mare flutter her way over to him. As she landed near him his eye bugged out a bit (like this eek ). He wondered what had brought the mare over to his direction, but he didn't know how to act at the moment, so he continued to stare upward at the moon. Her precense felt closer now, and his heart raced a bit in nervousness.

Saissis felt strange approaching the stallion. He looked fine with no injuries. She breathed in a bit of a worry before she spoke light and quiet that only he could hear her. "Are you injured?" she breathed outward in concern. "You look quite tired from your journey. So much bigger he was then her. It did not matter for she was wise to stand slightly back from him incase he motioned malcontent.

Glory makes a Mother's Day present for Celendria Sun May 14, 2006 PM

Rein_Carnation

Glory looked about the teepee nearest to where she lived. The two human girls she rarely seen always somehow had strange things lying around she could use. Today of all days was a special one. Because her siblings were either away or too young to understand she took it upon herself to give the best things she could to the mothers she respected and cherished. Setting to work she gathered scattered feathers, bits of string and a few other needed things she needed. Remembering the old dreamcatcher around her mother's neck the unicorn tried making her own. Touching upon it with her horn it glowed like the stars from high above. With a nod she stood in happiness her eyes dancing.



Quiety she placed it in a safe spot where her mother Celendria could find it. She wondered though what else she could find for her siblings to give. Ardia was such a good mother as was Shaylee (well when she was around). The teepee had been so empty lately when the others had gone off on their own quests and duties. The snowwhite unicorn mare giggled and headed off to leave. She had something else to give in respect to yet another mare whom was a great mother.
Calling Takoda into the clearing of trees from his practicing she tilted her head and spoke to him. "Takoda lets make something to give to your mommy", she nickered showing him all the stuff lying there she had found.

The foal scrunched his nose looking at the bits of string and feathers. The light icy blue ones caught his attention. Leaning down he picked up the items in his muzzle and placed them infront of Glory.

The mare thought a moment as she used her horn to place things together. It reminded her of Celly and she smiled happily. "Alright Takoda find your mom and give this to her. She'll love what you picked out for her."

Takoda, present in mouth, trotted along as he scented where his mother might have been. He held his head high swishing the puff he carried for a tail. Practicing as he went he danced in his steps. Concentrating he moved along happily thinking how much daddy would be proud of his limber determined son. Upon catching full scent of his mother's dwelling he trotted up neighing as he looked about. A small frown came to him as he noticed no one home.



Pausing the colt looked about searching for a place that she could find his gift. The little burly colt placed it quiety near her favorite spot making sure to let her know it was from him. He nodded his head and looked about wondering where she was. Dad talked so much about Ardia but he hadn't seen her but maybe once. After the item was placed he turned to head out, his little head facing the gift once more. Then he bolted outward still dancing to let Glory know his present was delivered.
