When she did not say anything he decided to tell her "Topanga..." still breathless, "You are the first person to take my breath away..." he looked he in the eyes dead searious when he said it.
though now that he did say it his heart, to hi at least, was racing faster. he did not want to, nor did he know if he could let her go. at least not yet.

Her face practically glowed with the brightness of her smile. Topanga felt like she wanted to swoon & was glad that she was held tightly in his embrace. She found herself clinging tighter, her heart racing.
"oh! Aki! I..." She blushed brightly, her scales easily taking on the hue. "I can't seem to breathe well either..." In fact she was breathing even heavier now, and they were not moving to cause any exertion. She giggled. "And I'm a little light headed too... but I like it." Adding the last bit Topanga looked just as serious, if a little giddy.

Her words brought the warmest gentalist smile to Aki's mouth. A smile he had worried he would never get th chance to share with anyone. he reasted his head on her forhead, half hoping he could calm down and half knowing that he did not want this feeling to stop. Aki could not think of a respons to Topanga. he was to busy thinking about her, about how much he liked her and how pretty she was.
after a moment when resting his head on her did nothing he did something that supried him. he bent and kissed her.

Topanga had closed her eyes, resting against the male as his head leaned upon hers. Her eyes opened only slightly for the briefest fraction of an instant when Aki shifted, and then his mouth was on hers. Shocked but pleasantly surprised, the clownfish tensed at first not quite sure what to do. It did not last, and her eyelids fluttered shut with a sigh as Topanga found herself melting into that kiss.
well, she had wanted to be swept off her fins...

When Aki broke the kiss he was still breathless. breathing heavly. He hoped he did not over step the boundries, but he would never say he was sorry for kissing her. she was beautiful and sweet. Aki did know she did relax and let him finish kissing her, but you never know about the out come. Aki held her in his arms, not wanting to lost this one, ever.

Topanga slowly opened her eyes with a flutter like one not quite able to wake from a dream. "wow..."
The clownfish neither moved closer nor attempted to move away. Her only motion was the subtle flick of the tail fin & the rise & fall of her chest from excited breathing. She wanted to say something more... something that might express the way she was feeling. But eloquence was Elanorriel's field, not Topanga's. What came out was a slightly teasing, "wow. If that's what you do when you first meet someone..."
Her eyes shone brightly & Topanga blushed. How should she tell Aki that she would not mind another one? She brushed her mouth lightly upon his cheek.

Aki did not know how to take her comment. but the light kiss on his cheak told him better. He smiled and layed his hand against her face. "it is not what i do with everyone, just you" his voice was a pur-ful whisper. and stright at her. He did not have a blush but hers did not go unnoitced by him. his hand that layed on her face he used to brush her face. in a very loving way.

Okay. That did it. She was on Coral Nine. Topanga found she was leaning into his touch on her face, her eyelids closing most of the way. She felt warm all over from Aki's words & touch. "mmm... I suppose I can't see how there'd be anything special about me but...
... Aki, I... I'm glad for it." She finished lamely.

"nothing special? nothing at all? really? yu do not see your sweetness, your beauity, how you get a light blush? how cute your giggle is? you do not see any of that? becasue i do. i see all of it. when i look at you i see how wonderful you are." his words where not put in a mean way, more of an information way. Aki wanted her to know that she was special, most of all to him. He left his hand on her cheak and kissed her again. showing her haw soecial she was to him.

She was about to say that no she did not see those things... that they were just who she was. But she did not get a chance. Not with Aki kissing her again. It seemed... different this time. As if before he had been tentative and now... now he was definitely getting a point across.
Topang kissed him back, loving it. A comfortable warmth grew within her. "A... Aki!" She gasped with a little thrill from within their kiss. Her face was flushed & her blue eyes were overly bright.
When she could speak again she ducked her head almost shyly but not quite. "I... I'm glad you've not gotten out much before, Aki. A guy like you... well, someone would've snatched you up before I'd've gotten a chance to meet you."

t was Aki's turn to be shocked. she wanted him, like wnated, like all to herself. A blush spread accrost his face. he was stuned for a bit. he just head her for a moment lefting her head where it lay. it seemed she did not know what to do with her emotions, as he was unsure of what to do with his.
when he could speak again he said in a fluttered voice, "i do not think anyone could have taken my heart they way you have."

If asked directly, Topanga would be hard pressed to say what it was she wanted. She was being romanced... and she loved it. There was something in Aki's voice that rang of the truth & that thrilled her to no end.
Neither did she know what to do or say. With a little sound of happiness Topanga leaned into the male sideways in an attempt to turn their embrace into a spinning "dance" of sorts. She was just too excited & there did not seem to be any words.

Aki moved thinking topanga wanted out of his arms. but when she did not let go he just moved with her letting her lead what turned in to a spin. Aki stared to laugh a heartful laugh. He resuming his hold on topanga. flowing with the motion she set.
He smiled and laughed enjoying this time with this wonderful beautiful fish.

The last time she had "danced" like this it had been with her brother. And the way she felt, there was nothing truly "like this" at all.
Hearing Aki's laugh caused her to laugh as well. It made her feel free --& if possible even more giddy. Topanga snuggled into his embrace even as she kept the dance going. "You're fun, Aki!"
Then using their own momentum as a push, she tilted her head to kiss him lightly.

Aki pulled her closer and deepened the kiss. still turning but kissing at the same time. After the kiss he looked down at her trying to catch her eyes. The moment he did he whispered, "though i like that answer i was looking for a more real one." though he had a smile on his lips and a twinkle in his eye. He di want a real answer but he did not mind playing this game with her.
