Andromeda: Watched the other simply walk through the wall. She simply snorted and followed after. Amazingly, she too vanished into the interior.
The pathway was of mist and mire, a smell that billowed in her nostrils of an ancient celler. She turned to reach her way back out, when the changeling collided with the wall. Blinking she stumbled on all fours, wondering what was going on. Her right hoof scaping along the corridor.
She was trapped.
In a shrill panic, the young changling reared up and once again collided with a wall. A surface that seemed to be inevitably thick and unmanageable. She sighed in a grunt, her muzzle bruised by her actions of escape. Slowly, she turned around wondering where Rein was at this time. How foolish she was to follow her imagination.
A faint light tickled her eyes as she saw the other changling. He beconed for her to follow. Feeling remorsed by her uncertainy, she looked longingly at the baricade between her and Rein. With a small murmer that stretched from her lungs to her muzzle, she edged onward into the darkness. Once again Andromeda had been foolish and had paid the price.
~*~
Rein: Raised her head to Yami's glance, catching a glimpse of Andromeda disappearing into a thick ancient wall. The book was held in her soft fingers, seemingly flying when the elfling took off without warning.
Her breath was ragged as she chased after her beloved pet. As she reached the wall, it was evident there was no way in.
Tears streaked her tender cheeks, showing her own distraught as there was no way she could follow. Sitting by the wall she began to release her worries as she felt where her changling had gone. Closing her eyes she reached out and felt for where Andromeda did tread.

Yami reached for Rein as her tears roled own her cheeks. He checked the wall in frontof them where Andromeda had passed through.
"Is there nothing in the book about this? Or is this a test that she has to pass on her own."
His eyes scanned the wall while he knelt in front of it. He didn't seemd to find any sort of switch or gizmo or lever to open the wall.
"If any danger were to befall her, we might no even know. This is why we need you to reference that book to see if there is somethign we can do, or if this is indeed her own test."
He stood himself back up and started scannign the room and hall for any sort of clue.

Rein: Stood and listened lightly against the thickened stone. Softly as the sound carried to her fine set ears, she chanced upon hooves slowly gaining distance further away. There was a down trodden feel to her gait. A feeling of uncertainy seemed to persist over all.
~*~
Andromeda: Lifted her head for an instant, as if she felt someone reaching out to her. Pawing the ground she snorted and listened for the voice of one's heart. Her guardian, the one she protected was communicating to her.
The light of the other was defening to a flicker as he pulled further away. The changling female looked his way then back to Rein's. Which way- she pondered with a frustrated whinny.
~*~
Rein: Listed as the sound of confusion settled in her own heart.
"What to do???" she murmered in a panic, yet still composed, "We've come this far. Andromeda help me."she pleaded with a strange sense of forlorn. Pulling her hands to her chest she sighed and hung her head calling out with her mind- the gift she was bestowed by the elders.
~*~
Andromeda: heard Rein's voice in her head. A soft pleading voice that was calling outward. She whinnied to the other whom had vanished. Blowing a frustrated snort, she contemplated what to do. With no warning, the changling galloped back towards the wall. She listened to Rein once more.
~*~
Rein: Opened her crystaline blue eyes to a surprised expression. Andromeda could hear her. A message came through in her mind- thick wall... No passage...Trapped. But then another appeared. A vision of the starry sky then an eye.
The elfling looked about and looked at the book. "What if..." she pondered as she opened the book, "Yami you may be onto something."

Yami looked at Rein, as she flung the book pen, he could feel the tension from her so desperately trying to get to her foal again. The wall that Andromeda was so easy to pass through, was indeed sealed. Since he had not much knowledge of what the contents of said book were, he cou;dn't exactly suggest a course of action.
He placed a hand on her shoulder as she paged frantically through the book, the ring on his finger touched to her cool skin.
"Certainly, theremust be a way," he said to her as he gazed at the book she queried through, "Either there's a way to gwet through the wall, or there is a passage we can take meet up with her. I imagien the ook might have some sort of map for the tower, since this towers seems to be alot of the subject of said book."
He couldn't give much comfort to help her, and being as there was only one book, he could only wait on anything she might have found in it's pages. His eyes tried to skim the pages as she paged through them, but she was alot closer to the book and was able to page through faster.
"Is there much word on this, other changling that we had seen, Andromeda seemed to ahev followed it into the passage. The question is, is Andromeda suppsoe to keep following it, or are we to join her. Either way we'll have to join her along the way, it's onyl a amtter of gettign through this wall," he sighed a bit," If only the knowledges through the ages that your family carried could assist us now."

Andromeda: Checked the wall again and snorted. How thick was this mess anyway? So close to her guardian, yet so faraway. She thought on it abit and resent the image of the book yet again.
~*~
Rein: paged through the book, as she hit the torn pages at least three times. Breathing in an esperated huff, she closed it rather abruptly. The image of the book played over and over in her mind with Andromeda's persistence.
Looking at the cover, the elfling ran her fingers over the closed eye. She closed her own eyes and released more tears. Her changling filly was there- she could feel it. A light shined around the book as the tears dripped and absorbed into the velvety texture.
~*~
Andromeda: Felt strange as her coat began to shine as if the book were near her. The planets and stars on her being seemed alive. But how could this be? She looked upwards as a slight chill entered her own soul. There stood the other changling.
~A taller sort, he shined like the universe itself. Muscular and sleek, his build was absoluely amazing. His head was set upon his elongated neck and shoulders. Powerful muscles bulged from his whole form. His tail was sleek and soft looking, yet refined and not matted. Whilst his mane and forelock matched quite nicely of the blueish-purple hue. Only one eye was visable to the filly, as the forelock long and perfect, covered his left eye. Upon his head something gleamed, a spiral that was almost transparent. Upon his back he carroed massive feathered wings as well. His fetlocks also feathering into a pictureqse dream perhaps. ~
She opened her eyes and blinked yet again. His coat was moving and alive as hers was. Something was happening.

Yami stood back a little as Rein cried a little and the book began to glow. As far as he could tell, this onyl meant that something was happenign to Andromeda. He felt a bit helpless as Rein gave him no answers about the book. He got no answers form her, and he was runnig out of ideas. He couldn't stand to watch her cry like this, and he had few options on his mind, he had one thign in mind, but he had no idea whether it would work or not. He bowed his head down and took a look at his ring on his finger, and the hilt of his sword. He had to do somethig, so anything was worth a shot. Sighign briefly he slipped the ring off his finger and muttered to himself, "I'm the onyl one of us that rememebers those time, I do hope this works."
He took the ring from his finger and unsheathed the sword at his side. He ran his hand down the hilt till he openned a small indentation at the base. It was round with the inset of the indentation sliding a bit further back into a bit of a slit. Yami took the ring that he took from his finger and gently slipped the ring till it clicked into intot he indentation.
The elf held the sword out in front of him and he began to chant silently, he hoped the thoughts he had were passing to Andromeda. "If you're near the wal, please back away as far as you can," he tried passing tha message to Andromeda and the edge of his sword began to glow.

Rein: Looked up at Yami as her eyes shined in the glowing of the book. She felt the planets closer then before. Was this Andromeda's doing? The elfling looked at the eye once more and gasped.
~*~
Andromeda: Though a youth was in awe of the stallion before her. Absolutely stunning. But why did he return when her coat began to glow? Why was she and he looking identical? She snorted and seemed to stare at him as he turned to face the wall.
~The stallion seemed more transparent then ever as he lowered his head to touch the wall, his forelock never once swaying from his left eye.~
~*~
Rein: Gasped once again as the eye, once closed on the velvety universe, now stood open. It gazed at her own, almost entrancing her heart and emotions. Frozen by the image before her, Rein felt her soul being absorbed. The eye on the book was swirling faster and faster as she was being taken more into it. Images flashed of things Andromeda had seen throughout her life. Slowly she was disappearing into the book.
She called out to Yami and pleaded to think of Andromeda. Feel her very being, be one with the universe she stood within.
"Its the only way..............." she murmered as she slowly disappeared.

The elf stood there with his mouth gaping open ( surprised ) as Rein was disappearing before him, this broke the concentration he had just a moment ago and his chanting stopped. As she vanished out of sight, he rememebred the last words she had said, Think about Andromeda. He took a short bit to put his ring back on and sheath his sword once again. Momentarily after, Yami closed his eyes and started to focus his thoughts on the changling on the other side of the wall. His mind thought more of andromeda and he hoped that he was doign the right thing, when he too started to vanish. With his eyes still closed tight concentrating all he could muster, in time he too had vanished along with Rein.

Rein: Felt like she was falling, faster and faster as she kept her mind on her changling. As fleeting as a deer in the night she traved what seemed a millenium. Though the wind the rushed by her was merely a soft kiss as she carried on further.
After a blink of her eye she touched upon the cool damp ground. Her pale skin glowing from her changling's magick. Is that what it was? Was the horse type creature she was bound to as a guardian more so than any other steed she had come to recognize and love? Feeling her way about she realized she was in an underground catacomb.
She felt a cold chill as she noticed a changling though it glowed unearthly in its stance. Then as she started to follow it, Rein noticed the horse was not of this world, or was it? She felt a stirring consistancy of curiousity brewing within. Without realizing her feet moved for her, as the darkness swallowed her very being till she was but a memory to the corridor where she tread.
~*~
Andromeda: Felt the presence discipate as she closed her eyes then to re-open them. With a snort Rein's spirit had disappeared from Andromeda's security.
"Rein.....Rein......!"
She flailed almost turning hind so quicky to tear off through the old corridor. Her ears flicked this way and that searching once again. Her own memory traveling to the depths of ages when she was but a tiny creature. Curiousity that lingered in her challeging mind learning things everywhere. But not once did Rein's own heartbeat leave her own.

Yami had vanished through the gate that had been before them, his surroundings suddenly got much darker and colder than what it was outside. After he felt through the gate Yami dropped to one knee from the sudden drop. The ground felt a little damp and cold. The surroundings were very much stone, it felt much like a cave where he was. Wherever it was he ended up, it was very dark and damp.
Yami searched his pockets to see i he had a means of lighting his way. He felt around the area for a bit and suddenly placed his hand on wha seemed to be a torch hanging on the wall. The elf pulled a small packet of flint and stone from a small metal case that he pulle dout of his coat pocket. After creating a small spark he was able to get the torch to light. The torch, though lit, wasn't very bright compared to the dark surroundings.
He spun himself around in place to try and get an idea of his bearings, he couldn't see neither Rein nor Andromeda. He stopped a moment to listen to see if he could hear Rein's voice or any sort of sound that could be made by either of the two, but could only hear the sound of the damp walls dripping from the cold water that clung to it's very surface. Yami openned his mind a little and tried to reach his mental link with Andromeda, but she felt distant, like she was far off or distracted.
Yami started to move forward through the cavern where he was, making sure he still had the pack on his back and sword at his side. Everythign seemed ok with his supplies, but he had hoped he'dd better find Rein or Andromeda, he had been cautious about thinking whether to call out to either of them, but he didn't want to stir anything that might have been sleeping in the quite dampness of the cavern. Forward he pushed and found himself felt with splits in the path, and he wasn't quite sure where to go.
In his mind he felt lost and his thoughts raced with the idea of how long he could spend aimlessly wandering the corridors. He tried to reach Andromeda again, but to no avail. Yami stood in the midst of the intersection, holding his torch high above him. He glanced down one path right after another and there was a 3 way split besides the path he had come from.

Rein: Continued to follow the spectral image of a horse, one that carried wings upon its back. It never strayed from its path, never carried too far ahead. Simply striding in a waltz upon the lucid darkness. Everywhere the elfling tread seemed lightened by the image before her.
A gallant stallion she noticed now. Bearing a celestial coat like her own charge. Strangely, enough he was different in stature and size, yet he was identical. But not once did his hooves touch upon the ground, nor did they make a sound of him actually walking.
She blindly followed this steed though her mind tried to connect to Andromeda. And it possibly hit her like a punch to her subconscience. She knew where she was going.
~*~
Andromeda: Felt a shiver and she sped up faster in her stride. Trailing a gut feeling, if not a warning. She stretched out her head and advanced forward. As she kept her pace she was trying to bond with Rein's spirit as she passed Yami so swiftly, she looked like a blur.

As Yami stood int he intersection, he heard the sudden approach of hooves. He glanced down each of the passage ways to see if he could find which way they were coming from. Regardless of where, they were approaching fast, and before he knew it the elf was now sitting on his hind end. Yami had been knocked over by the owner of that sound, but as he fell all he could see move past him was a blur.
Yami stood himself up and brushed himself off while regaining his bearings. Though he did not see it, he could still hear the sound of the equine that had knocked him over relatively nearby. Moving down the corridor that the horse had taken Yami quickened his pace a bit, Unsure of what it really was, the fact still remained he had still at least not seen where Rein had come out at, In a moment of curiosity he called out forward while quickening into a light jog,"Andromeda," he shouted forth.
The young elf found his voice echoing down the cavern, he still couldn't get over the musty smell, it almost smelt like a dungeon to him. With only one lead or clue, Yami only had one choice and that was to follow whatever it was that had knocked him over.

Andromeda: Continued her stride not realizing Yami was a blur she passed not too far back. The bond was extremely tight knitted betwixt both the changeling and Rein. She snorted also sensing the other equine that wasn't too far from her guardian.
Rein: Stumbled in the corridor her heart aching as the darkness gnawed like a foreboding fear in her frightened heart. She kept reminding herself not to loose hope. Though her fear was more overwhelming that anything could take place down in this catacomb under the tower. Well, for that matter wherever she was being lead to.
The changeling that appeared of simple illusion continued to walk in a single paced gait. Never speeding up nor did it stop to make sure she was following. His ears swiveled as he could hear her presence trying to touch base with him or at least make some sort of contact. His large wings were neatly folded upon his back as he strode along whilst his horn that spiraled like an elven artifact gleamed brightly like a beacon. His coat seemed to move like the celestial body that Andromeda was named after.
