Vincent: ... Something wrong? RavenFyre Crescent: *smirks and continues her nibbling on Gabby, ignoring the fidgets. She liked being in control like this* Jezel: *shakes her head* N-no... n-not really... I... I mean... *peeks up at him again* We're going to have babies... Liliya: *she fidgeted and looked around the huge room full of betas, wanting nothing more than to race back home, but her mother had insisted that she spend some time out of the family tanks today* [X]Natty-Chan[X] Gabby: -She continues to fidget, almost seeming to bounce. After a few more minutes, she 'broke' and swam a quick circle around Crescent- Hey lets do something. Wanna do something? I wanna do something. Can we do something?

Vincent: -Seeing how he made her feel, he looked away and remained silent. Oddly, he didn't let her go. Ah... ummm... well... sure! *he grined, trying to summon all the confidence he had seen his dad always have. He swam closer to Kyltie, wrapping one arm around her waist then stroking his other hand through the long tresses, smiling warmly* Haruhi: Yeah... That egg that dad was carrying around with him for a while... It hasn't hatched yet? Jezel: *she didn't know what Vincent's reactions really meant. He wasn't looking at her, he wasn't saying anything, though he usually didn't say anything anyways, but... he hadn't let her go... Vincent: -He simply nodded to her, many things running through his mind at the moment- Celestial Archer Klytie giggled a little when he put his hand around her waist, she then put one hand on his chest and started playing with his hair in he other hand. She looked at him and smiled "I have never been this close to anyone before and you have very strong arms and upper body" RavenFyre Liliya: *she looked surprised at first* Just... smile..? *is that really what he meant? She just had to smile and she'd be playing the princess? The more he rambled on the more she felt an infectious bubbling in her throat before it escaped her as a soft giggle* Y-you're so noble... *she said, her shy smile still playing on her lips. But still she was blushing* Y-your lady..? W-what does... W-what does that mean exactly..? A-and I don't know of any balls, either, but we could pretend that, I suppose... *she looked more thoughtful now, really getting into the game they weren't even playing yet* Oh, umm... H-here...! *fidgeting shyly, she removed her solar hat, pulling free the sun shaped pin at the front of it. She shyly swam up to Gaebor and pinned it onto his chest* W-will you please accept this as a token of my gratitude? *she started with the game already, still smiling shyly, a pink blush dusting her cheeks* Haruhi: Well I wanna meet him! Take me and introduce him to his big sister! X3 Jezel: *she sighed softly, contently that at least he seemed to accept this, tilting her head up to capture his lips in another kiss* Evan: *he chuckled with a soft blush* Ah, I'm learning martial arts like my father. That's sort of how he met my mom. He was her strong protector. He swept her off her fins and wooed her and the whole thing. Y-your hair really is so soft... *the next thing he knew he was running the tips of the silken strands across his cheeks and lips* [X]Natty-Chan[X] Blackberry: -Nods- Okay. -Swims away from the couple gleefully-
Vincent: -Once again, slowly, he returned the kiss. One hand moved from its place on her hips to grab his cloak and wrap it around her softly- RavenFyre Haruhi: Yay! *swims after her sister, wanting to meet the newest addition to the family* whee Jezel: *hums softly, contently between them, her fingertips stroking through Vincent's hair* [X]Natty-Chan[X] Blackberry: -Swims to her family tanks and stops not too far from them- Skully... come out, we got a visitor.
Skell: I'm not Skully! -The fry whined as he swam out-
Vincent: -He listens to her hum, barely moving, even when he noticed his two daughters swim off from the corner of his eyes- Malis Delnaria Mayhem swum around enegetically. He was on his way to practice with his sword-skills and had found the perfect place in amongst the kelp. His coat flowing out behind him the foxy fish hummed slightly to himself. Trelweny RosePhoenixWolf Gaebor: Your smile would launch a thousand ships! *said before he thought. That, her giggle, & calling him noble had him blushing like a youth. which in many ways he was for all he was evolved* Well... maybe we could get others to play with us to have the ball but...
*he went quiet, eyes wide as her straight-curly, blue-shiny hair tumbled free as she took off her hat & loosened them, his mouth opening and shutting like a -shot- fish. His eyes never left her as she swam towards him, heart racing with adrenaline he'd never felt when going off on any of his 'adventures', even when he fought that big mean fish with all those teeth...* Oh wow...
*taking her hand in both of his he caressed the back lightly with his right thumb before placing a kiss lightly on her knuckles. breathing over the spot he lifted only his eyes to hers, a happy, joyous sparkle within them, & smiled* My lady... Mayhem almost stumbled on the other fish and managed to right himself withough any undo harm to the other beta. "Heya there... How..." He took second look at the other fish and gaped slightly. His heart pounded. This was not how to play hero & princess! but... Still holding her hand he inched forward, bringing her hand held in his to his heart near where she had pinned her sun*
I don't know... *whispered, eyes never leaving hers* Because you're you Liliya. *he could not think what to say so simply let the words come. at least nothing would be a lie* I know we just met... but you're sparkle-y & sweet & pretty & nice & a natural at playing princess & you make me feel like I could take on the whole ocean just to get back to you & that's without playing a game ...
and I just.. I just... I've taken lots of chances but I don't want to run the risk of never seeing you again.

Anyone you like to throw out is fine, And most do like to make friends first. unless i make them you know twisted ) Chase *Puffing up* and swimming to the bigger tank.Trelweny ((*releases Peachylee* wink Her personality needs the most developing.)) Peachylee had managed to avoid her siblings and her parents for a swim away from her home. Sometimes she wondered what kind of fish she was. Oh, she loved her family, but sometimes... well it was hard to find one's self with all the love there. It didn't seem as hard for her baby sister Berrymae. Berry always loved doing whatever brought the biggest rush. when they were fry she had been the first to go down the big slide near their home. The first to take the portkey to mother's home tank by herself. Peachy was neither brave nor shy, active nor languid. In truth, she did not know what she was, other than loved.
But she was not unhappy. She bore the marks of both her parents on her scales -the only one of her siblings to do so. So far. A giggle escaped her. None of them fooled themselves thinking there would not be more siblings. Not with the strength of their parents love and how much they adored family. Her giggle grew and Peachy spun through the water with a flick of her confetti spotted fins. PoisonedPumpkin Chase:Swimming around looking at everything in the tank. He has never been out in the bigger tank. It was a lot nicer then his home tank.
As he swam around he remebered what the other betas would talk about. Like the reef beds and the pretty sand and sun shinny throw the water.
He was just happy to be out for once. That he did not notice someone else in with him. Trelweny The peach colored femme was not paying much attention either, unfortunately. Sure she had freedom to leave home whenever she wanted, but the vast open waters without other beta kind of... overwhelmed her a little. Now that she was swimming out here alone Peachylee had grown accustomed to having no one else around.
Then the sense in her that was similar to what kept schooled fish from running into each other et off a warning inside her. Too late. She had run into the male.
"Oh!" She exclaimed in surprise, blushing. Jodie was the klutz! Peachy never ran into things. "Oh I'm so sorry! Please forgive me!" PoisonedPumpkin Chase feeling someone bump him. he puffs up, And turnes around to notice a very pretty adult female."Ohh well hello there."Looking at the female.Not knowing what to do."Are you ok? I have a habbit of makeing fast stops."Smileing at her. As his tail flickers a little. Trelweny The female is almost intimidated by how he puffs up, never having seen anyone do so. Except maybe Aman when he was lecturing someone at the home tank. But she thought that was just him. Certainly Daddy never did so. But then the male's demeanor seemed to change. Peachy relaxed a little, though still looking sheepish and apologetic. "No. I mean, Yes. That is I'm all right." She giggled nervously. Was it so hard to talk to someone outside of her family? She had never tried it before. "That is... it's okay. I just... guess I got too used to being the only fish swimming out here." Gosh that sounded so lame~ "um... I'm normally not so klutzy..."
oh this was silly. Couldn't she talk normal? "But what about you? Are you okay?" Deep purple eyes widened in concern.

Conquering Hero Returns? Page 10814Trelweny  A beta swam through the waters looking quite beat up. his white jerkin vest was torn, nearly in shreds, and there were a good amount of wounds bandaged beneath it. Probably with strips from the shirt itself -and the hat that otherwise was missing from his golden hair. Just above his heart as a gold solar pin, shiny despite how bedraggled the rest of the male's appearance was.
Perhaps what was most striking however was the carcass of the creature he dragged, its bobbing tentacle with glowing tip still intact, huge razor-sharp teeth in an overly large mouth. The beta could have easily fit in the creature's mouth. He pressed on though, staggering under the weight. There was a look of determination in his light blue eyes. That, and a sense of pride likely from his accomplishment. Beyond that though, it seemed the beta's thoughts drifted to some unknown happy place from time to time, for he would smile lightly looking off as he took a quick break before continuing on.[X]Natty-Chan[X]  Idley swimming through the water, pressing random buttons on a phone, this slightly eccentric beta made her way. Her brown hair was combed neatly, a gold and silver clip kept most of it from falling into her face. A tattered red cloak billowed behind her, tucked within it was an unused gun.
More interested in the object in her hand, she had no idea of what may lay ahead of her... or who. Swimming further, she hadn't even noticed the other beta until her bi-colored eyes caught sight of a large shadow. Blinking, she looked up, only to gasp and leap back some. What is that? Was all she thought, unaware that the creature had already been felled as she clumsily reached for her weapon.Trelweny Baby blues flicked at the motion, the adventurer automatically shifting his hold on the stalk to one hand to reach for the sword belted at his side. Then he got a look at what had moved. A beta. His hand on his weapon relaxed but stayed put as he smiled. From his posture it looked like he would probably wave if his hands were not otherwise occupied. "Hello there!" [X]Natty-Chan[X] By the time she actually managed to get her gun, she had noticed what had been holding the creature. She rolled her eyes at her actions... now she felt foolish. She still kept her gun out though, as if the thing would move at anytime. At the beta's greeting, she sighed and replied. "... Hi." Trelweny He decided to pause instead of moving from his path to go meet this new beta. When he did that the extent of his tiredness seemed more apparent. As if keeping moving was giving him energy of itself. "You're quick on the draw! What kind of weapon is that?"
Gaebor sometimes used bows or slingshots or boomerangs, but the 'knight' of sorts had never seen a gun. No, not even through the glass of his home tank. [X]Natty-Chan[X] At his question, Megumi looked at him as if he was crazy. She then looked to her weapon which her father had given her, still thinking it was pretty useless. She soon figured that not everyone might have seen or heard of a gun. With that, she lifted it up so he could get a better look at it. "This... this is a gun. It shoots little rounds called bullets. It's much like a bow and arrow, just with less work." She explained, pushing her cloak out her way. Trelweny His eyes widened, impressed by the explanation, & he gave a low whistle. "Wow. That's impressive. Looks easier to carry than a bow." He readjusted his hold on the creature. It was pulling him down in the water a little bit. Clearly this was not a die and float type of creature. I like the challenge of the sword when I go out to slay something." Laughing a bit he patted the hilt of his sword then offered his hand to her with a boyish grin. "I'm Gaebor." He offered with the extended hand. [X]Natty-Chan[X] She didn't share his enthusiam for the gun, though she would respect her father's wishes and keep it on her at all times. Her eyes watched him as he shifted the creature for a minute, sort of wondering where he got it from. "I'm not too keen on weapons of any sort really. Why would one want to kill something else anyways?" She asked, rolling her eyes once again. When he offered his hand, she glanced at it for a moment before softly taking it. "Megumi Valentine... nice to meet you." Trelweny He shook her hand warmly. "Very nice to meet you, Megumi Valentine." This female was not a princess type. Besides... he had a lady, a princess, to go his brave & heroic deeds in the name of. His hand after releasing hers moved to run a finger over the solar pin on the remains of his shirt, a smile on his face. "As for killing something, sometimes it's a matter of you or them. A weapon or a protector is kind of crucial at that point. There's also for food to think about. Challenge. Honor. But I like to mix the food into those last too." Gaebor laughed easily, again readjusting the carcass. "That's why I'm bringing this home. Waste to let it rot in the deep crevice."
He tilted his head at her, blonde hair floating loose in the water without his hat to hold it away from his face. Now that he looked at it... the gun resembled a lot the handles of Seifers' gunblades. Was that where the name of the weapon came from? The beta had never seen any of the Seifers actually use their weapons from his vantage point in the tank. They trained where Gaebor could not see them. "But if you don't like weapons, shy do you have one? Why'd you learn it?" Because he could tell she knew how to use her weapon. It was something he trained himself to see in the path of becoming a 'knight' or 'hero'. [X]Natty-Chan[X] She huffed a bit at his explination for killing things. For honor, food and so on. It was still basically rubbish to her, pushing some of her auburn hair behind her ear. "If it's a matter of you or them, then it was your fault for getting yourself into that situation. As for food, why get it yourself when one's keeper feeds you?" She couldn't really say otherwise against what he did, it's what he believed and everyone was different... she just couldn't see herself doing it.
Sighing softly, she returned her gun to its original location in her cloak and hiding her phone as well. She wasn't interested in it at the moment, and it wasn't like she could get it to work in the first place. At Gaebor's words again, she shrugged. "It's not like I wanted it, my father gave it to me and taught me how to use it. Said that it was for protection or something like that. Though I'm sure he just wanted me to have it to shoot boys off of me." Trelweny Gaebor blinked at her reply then smiled a bit sheepishly. His hand went from the sun pin to his equally yellow hair. "Well... yea. One or the other where you have to fight usually got themselves into that situation. Some things just happen though, as I guess your father must think 'cause you don't seem the type to get yourself into that situation yet he said you need it for protection." He gave a shrug of his shoulders, wincing as one of his wounds rubbed uncomfortably. "Even with Trel feeding us though... well someone's gotta kill what we eat, sometime somewhere. We're always allowed to get our own though."
He eyed the gun now, curiously. "Would you want to shoot boys off with that?" Gaebor was very glad his lady faire, the sparkling Laliya, did not have such a weapon. Of course if she did, Laliya would probably not have been such a natural at 'princesses'. His blue gaze was a little far away. [X]Natty-Chan[X] "As much as I love my father, he has a weird sense of logic." She stated simply, glancing off in the distance for a moment. Upon hearing that someone has to kill what they eat, she got a slight look of disgust on her face. "Why don't they get already killed type food then? So no one has to go through the hassle of killing something?"
She paid no mind when he eyed her gun, she had actually eyed his sword for a moment. "... Of course not... I wouldn't want to shoot anyone with it." She exclaimed, giving her tail a light flick. Trelweny "Oh good... had me worried." A carefree laugh. "Heh. That's kinda funny. About your father's sense of humor." Gaebor looked thoughtfully, almost wishing he saw his parents more. At all really. After all, he had only run into his mother that one time. He had not even recognized her. It made him worry that he would not even know his own father when he did. He gave a confused look at her obvious disgust however. "Huh? Well most of the time they do. Get stuff pre-killed. Some had to kill it to make it that way though." Another shrug followed by another wince then a grin. "There can be a thrill to the hassle, though it's not for everyone. I mean... I'm the only one in my tank that'll do it. And I'm sure my lady wouldn't dream of it..." Gaebor became dreamy himself there for a while smiling. "Which is great, 'cause if everyone liked doing the same things it'd be boring." [X]Natty-Chan[X] She idley checked her nails for a moment before glancing back up at him. "Yeah... it would be funny if my father actually had a sense of humor. He doesn't even smile..." She said with a snort. She was surprised how he had even gotten together with her mother, he was just so... droll. Returning back to the topic of killing something, she huffed. "True, someone else still has to kill it, but it's someone else doing the work rather than yourself." She added, not being the type to do work if she didn't have to, "but, you are right about it being boring if everyone else did or didn't do it." Trelweny Now, Gaebor could be a little slow when it came to noticing things on a social level but he finally figured out that perhaps talking about killing things or hunting with Megumi was probably not the best idea. She clearly did not care for the idea. He shouldered the creature nervously. "So, um... what do you like to do?" Here was this beta, carrying around a weapon she did not like... It perplexed the straightforward thinking adventurer. [X]Natty-Chan[X] At his question, she let out a small shrug. "I like hanging out with my family mostly since there never seems to be anything else to do when I leave my family tanks really." She replied, letting out a small bored sigh. Now, she wasn't bored of him, it was actually nice to talk to someone not related to her. Just thinking of her every day life was just not too thrilling. Trelweny Now his eyes showed concern, no longer worried about if the thing he had killed upset her or something. On some strange level she had become a 'damsel in distress' to Gaebor. She was not his lady... but that was no reason not to care. "Why not find something you like to do? I mean, family's terrific. I'd like to see mine more actually. But it's always good to have something you like to do. Something to enjoy." [X]Natty-Chan[X] "But I enjoy my family. They're the greatest things in my life!" She exclaimed, perking up some. She honestly wouldn't know what she'd do if she didn't have her family... as odd as it was. The beta also believed that her and her brother were the best things that came to it too, but she wasn't going to say that. Trelweny His grin was wide and honest. Gaebor even laughed. "That's great! I just thought maybe you'd like something else to enjoy, but what do I know? We just met." Big grin. [X]Natty-Chan[X] Megumi smiled softly for the first time since meeting Gaebor. "Yeah, they're great. I'm sure over time, I'll find something else to occupy my time, but until them, they'll do." Trelweny "I'm sure you will!" Gaebor nodded agreeably. It was nice to see the female smile. "And it doesn't have to take away your time with them either.
Another wince this time as he shifted the creature on his back. "I apologize,Megumi Valentine but I must continue on." Unspoken was 'before I pass out from the weight of this beast' & evident that he was likely not at all near top form with the injuries he bore. "It's been an honor meeting you." Gaebor gave a small bow, best he could likely manage with his wounds and burden, smiled, and began swimming in the same direction as before.
