Question~!
World Tree - it got mentioned a few times, and according to (Norse and other) mythology it's what connects the Heavens, Earth and Underworld, so naturally I'm curious about anything you might have to tell about its incarnation in the Edelverse. n_~
Nergal: *so not amused by the though of some weird plant thing taking root in him again, no* <_<

I also have a question! ^.^
I think that the Primordials.. there's only one of each of them, right? not two universes, etc?
What about the Domains of Destruction? Are there two of each of THEM? Is there a male Greed out there somewhere that Phaedra should eb concerned about? (lordy. They would fight like crazy. XD)

Thabara Question~! World Tree - it got mentioned a few times, and according to (Norse and other) mythology it's what connects the Heavens, Earth and Underworld, so naturally I'm curious about anything you might have to tell about its incarnation in the Edelverse. n_~ Nergal: *so not amused by the though of some weird plant thing taking root in him again, no* <_<In original conception it is of Gaia, and withered as she did. It was the connecting force between all those aspects, and also....through her role as queen, was connected to the greatest blood and mana of the Twin Crown (unmentionable relations and all that). The death of the World Tree accounts for the disruptions and weakening of the magic of the world, as her mana and the Crown's were no longer the veins of all.....the tapestry started to, and has continued to, unweave. The xylem and phloem were dust, so magic has been wild and barely managed by the immortals and mortals alike, who do what they can to try to tame, control, regulate and use it. As far as the Underworld, the roots of the world tree and paths of its branches and veins were also some of the safest and most sacred routes to the Underworld, used by those close to the workings of all (druids and the like) who were most concerned with cycles, one-ness with the mana of the world and all that. (as creation, destruction, the cycles of woman hood, and the worship and keeping of memorys, ritual and the dead are all heavily in such religions). This is all, as I said, the original conception. To be implemented at all now, I need Ourania's and your input as the players of characters most affected.

*gets hit over the head by an idea* OwO Reminder to self - sybils, oracles.
Hm, fascinating~ Would definitely be interested in messing with that. I'm pretty much up for anything, and it might give me something to play with/plot with once done with quest and everything. 3nodding
A suggestion: I noticed that the morph stage happens pretty fast (I've been "Whut, ALREADY?" many many times), so I figured it might be a good idea to up the posting requirements to reach that stage. 3nodding The requirements for youth and deity seem alright to me, but morph really happens way too fast imho. Also, it might take some stress off you, that you won't have to do another piece of art so soon after doing the gem art? =o
Plz do not forget 'bout answering Sosi's question, I'm interested too. n_n;

The domains of Destruction are planned to be one shots. Destruction himself fulfills the 1st role of them, the others fulfill the second.

Bwarr! Two questions.
The Ageless Immortals that've been released so far, the deer and the flooxes, about what intelligence/communication ability have they got?
I know god/mortal spawn has been talked about, but I was wondering if it's pretty much the same for god/aoide spawn? *figures so, particularly since Rio is just a morph god, but wanted to ask*

They cannot speak. They have their own yips and growls like a fox language. The deer are like very very smart horses. Basic problem solving and learning, deductive reasoning is .....very basic. so like 3-6 year old kids. They don't make any noise. They communicate through body language. Aoide/god offspring is the same as mortal/god for purposes of not making me insane. it would make more sense that it produce ageless immortals or aoide, but if you want that, get them reviewed by me, and you would have to come by art elsewhere (except aoide. Aoide come only from this shop).

*notes* Also, are they the easily-killed variety, or does there need to be special circumstance? *not planning on doing hers in, certainly, but is curious*
I would be interested in ageless, if possible? *assumes Perri would be as well* The art-thing is not a problem, of course.

*pops up with another question!* Will it ever be possible to custom aoidei? Or, well, any other method of acquiring them. XD

I have a question/scenario
If an owner of one of these pets wants another picture.. say for a photo album (or for remembering a flashback in a journal)... could there be a price to pay like 100k or something of the sort that would allow them to receive that picture??

The Deer and flooxes should be considered like mermaids or elves or what not. Normal weapons can harm them, but they can take more damage then normal mortal creatures can. But they can be killed by them, no special means of murder necessary. Both should be considered fairly resistant to just elemental exposure. With the flooxes, the rarer the floox the stronger/more resistant it is. The star flooxes can survive in the vacuum of space, though need to return to atmosphere to gulp for breath like sea turtles.

Meepfur *pops up with another question!* Will it ever be possible to custom aoidei? Or, well, any other method of acquiring them. XD Ideally, yes. They are meant to be able to be purchased some day through the in-shop shop.......however, even hiring on help I find myself personally swamped. I will hopefully talk this over with Reyna and Asahi, and should they desire it, open slots in the in-shop shop of their own for custom aoide, items and such (especially since they are good at the clothes and items shindig).

Unfortunately, most of the artists are very busy, so straight up flat pricing for journal art would be difficult. Essentially that would be like taking art commissions, just it is of characters the artists are already familiar with and it is in-house. I could see it plausibly working through the planned in-shop store (it used to be open before the thread re-design) by limiting the pixel space so that artists could complete them in a timely manner and have a defined amount of detail they would be putting into the pieces. Similar to pChat commissions or oekaki commissions. As it stands, the in-shop store would offer extra character portraits (as before), ageless immortals, clothing and jewelry items to modify the cert image, custom aoide, possible other graphics such as journal/event images as you suggest. I cannot, however, give price estimates as there are now happily three artists at edelsteine, and we'll have to discuss the in-shop store's existence to begin with

Question!
I was just wondering what sorts of abilities Aoidei have. Can then possibly compel or skry? That sort of thing. Or do they not possess any special abilities?
