Give me a little more info, like will it be a thread in the OOC room and when someone'll be gone will they post it and for how long, then you'll put it in the first post?

Like more of a notice. And yes they post it first then i edit it... and then i delete the post. Or it can be only PM's
I think the chart should be like this for an example:
Username - Current Status - When/How Long
example 2:
Ren Yumiko Nanatashi - Active On Types of Days - Mon., Fri., Sat., Sun., Holidays, School Events
Example 3:
Ren Yumiko Nanatashi - On Haitus - June 27th-Agust 8
I will likely shorten the text small size since some people have alot to write like i had alot of days.

What are the basics of being a crew member?

Eh, you can have 10 if you want, or you can continue with 2 your choice.
Nothing really all you need to do is make sure people are following the rules of the guild and you can give out 2 stars a week to those you think are worthy for that week. (Like if they always follow the rules, or show good RPing skills.)
That sounds like a good idea. ^^

I have a question.
I would like a pet rat for Role Playing. Soo what should I do? He wouldn't have any supernatural attributes or anything. Just a plain rat as a pet.
