Well that ruined the moment....thanks a lot....stupid title readers.....
ANYWAYS! The Chuunin exams will be hosted by Otogakure on 4/30/07!
This event is sure to be tricky...so be ready to listen to ALL instruction, and you better be ready to piece some things together. Remember that little dose of WISDOM from my last announcement? if you don't....REMEMBER IT!
I will be posting the event before 4/30, so if you read these announcements, Kudos to you.
Well, I wish you all luck in the exams this year....SEE YOU THERE!

Okay I have been seeing a lot of noobish mistakes as of late, both roleplaying and OOC wise. So I am going to address a few of them and simple solutions any moron could follow. So, here were go.
1) IC vs. OOC: First of all, IC is also called 'In Character' or when you are roleplaying as you character(s). This is not to be combined with OOC through normal text. To speak in OOC, you are to use some sort of bracket e.g. {} [] () Inside these brackets you may speak your mind about the roleplay,not to slander, criticize, mock, or just be plain mean to some one. MODS will also use the OOC brackets to convey information to the average user.
2)When roleplaying, try to refrain from using the emoticons....I mean come on this is a roleplay for Christ's sake....if you can't not even at least convey how your character is feeling in a few short words...then what are you doing here? Simply, please do not use emoticons unless in the OOC subforum or once in a while in an OOC part of a post.
3)Please do not post random things in an RP area that have nothing to do with the Topic. It just creates more work for MODS to explain why they should not do that and delete posts that interrupt the RP flow.
4)Whatever village you are in, follow that MODS or Kages rules are. Each Kage is a MOD and has the power to ban you. And do not go against their judgment, the Crew are trusted by Tosh to make the right choices and as Crew we make the most logical and reasonable decisions possible. Plus it is our job to keep the villages and the Guild running smoothly.
5) And finally, anything Tosh_Crimson; The_Broken_Hearted_Lover; and Shadows-keep say goes. No if ands or buts about it. Tosh is the Captain and Shadow and Broken are the VC's. If they do something in RP then it is most likely for the good of the storyline so do not get pissed off at them. Plus, Tosh likes them better probably more than the rest of us so arguing with them is kind of pointless. Anyway that is what I had to say. Thank you for your time.
EDIT: This is Broken. Tosh Chose me and Shadow as VC's cause he could trust us the most. THats why he gave me the postion caus ehe knew i would make people listne to the Rules Not because im dating him if any one thinks that i get perks cause of that i will Put a hurtin own on you GOT IT. And Shadow and Tosh have been freinds forever so they know each other well. So he chose us as VC's cause we are the people he can trust the most.

So he chose us as VC's cause we are the people he can trust the most. that and i dont feel the need for more than 2 vice capt. ninja i love all my crew members equally.... well i do love Shadow as a friend more than others but thats just cuz ive known him my whole life and Broken is a diff kinda love heart but yeah.... any who all my crew are my friends and i loves them and I thank them for doing a great job helping me run my guild thx guys round of applause for you guys. *CLAPS*

Slight comment.......
I must admit, I was almost one of those people Broken was gonna put a hurt on...heh...but you know? the more time with these guys ya spend, you realize how much work they've put into their positions and you really can tell that they truly deserve it. So show some respect y'all....Peace!

Alright folks!! Testing for the chuunin exams (Stage 1) begins now! Head into the chuunin exam Subforum ASAP! All test will be void unless I recieve them by 9:30 PM EST on 4/30/07

I will be closing (with Tosh's permission of course) the Jutsu Approval area after the deadline of the written exams has passed. This way, no one can create a jutsu while in a battle to help them out in a position where they could not normally or already should be able to get out of.
