The Bottom Bazaar The Bottom Bazaar isn't always found. About 1 hour before the Bazaar arrives, you could randomly find a Token on the World Map. To enter the Bazaar you need to give the Token to Fearghus at the entrance.
Some of the items can change as you visit the bazaar, for example the wigs, backgrounds, scarves and boots rotate, you don't always see all of them for sale. Also, the prices oscillate, here I'll list the lowest and highest that I know of (average price should be four times its selling price, anyway). Not all the shops appear at once, for example you might find only the stall, or the tent and the stall, etc.
