Billy only nodded, sinking back in the water, "Y'tink... I'll see 'er again?" It was unclear exactly who "Her" was, but judging by the sedated puss's puss, she was missed.

And so they sat, for hours after, commiserating in their respective barely coherent ways.
It might not have been hours, but it wasn't long before the pill kicked in and the passage of time ceased to have much meaning to Sid.
