I'm torn between the two. Ralph is more of a "duh" idiot whereas Homer's more of an idiotic idiot if you know what I mean. Ralph essentially knows how things work whereas Homer doesn't seem to have a clue about anything.

i must say i truly agree with you it really is hard to say

his whole character has always been based on his stupidity
whereas homer used to be more angry than stupid plus he is clearly a genius but he just doesn't know it

Ralph is pretty stupid. And Homer is always so confused. But i gotta say that neither of them I think is dumb enough. Barney is just as dumb. " "Honey Im hom--AAH!" NO, WAIT! That Hillbilly guy is! Like when they had to test the wall around the lake is idiot proof. HA!
