Akizu Nana all the way, she has an adorable voice in both Japanese and English...then she shows people not to mess with her...oh yes.  U ROCK!THT IS SOOO TRUE(im realy seriouse!not kidding!)!!!!!!!!!!!!

lucy i tink is the best neutral but.............Kouta rox more lol he pretty kl but 1 ting tat sux NO vectors BUT IF NO OTHA CHOICE THEN LUCY OFCOURS xp

I would say Lucy, because she smart enough to realize how the world can be and kills people who deserve to be killed or she kills those who endanger her freedom

If I wanted to be a killer : Mariko.
But I choose Nana, because I love her haircut (as mine ^^), she's able to block vectors (I think it's a nice skill), I like her personality too. It's the first time, I saw a cute character with so short hair.

Besides the fact that I am a male...
Lucy.Powerful vectors,tall(like me...I wouldn't shink too much if I picked here),LONG hair,fact,smart,AND her voice in the English version pwns...
