Enlightened Ghost Rats_have_rights Thats such a cute cat! Teegys is the only one that wasn't a stray. The rest were found bone skinny around; a crackhouse, side of a street, and from a forest (Tina was left in the woods when this family moved). All didn't have leashes and were bone skinny but now are fat and happy. I'm more of a cat person, tis a sad thing that someone would throw out something as cute as that kitten. aww, I'm glad there are people like you, that take care about them. I dont have pets anymore myself. I used to have a dog and two guinea pigs, but theire dead now... crying I miss them so...I whant a new animal but my parents would get mad at me...and noebody wouldd watch it during the summer Had a gunnie pig aswell, his name was Flea. Pets come and go, but you can still give them a very good life. Wait untill you have more time on your hands before you get another pet, trust me, no one likes coming home from summer camp to a neglected pet. Im sure when you get more free time you'll be a great pet owner! 3nodding

One of my cats just did something gross that most cats do. Has anyones cats ever done a scoot? Ya know, when they sit down and walk with their frount paws and wipe there bum on the rug. My sister and I call it the "Choo Choo". To stop them from doing that we need to chase them across the house with a tissue paper or toilet paper and wipe their bums for them sence they have no thumbs.

I have two Shetland Sheepdogs, Buddy and Shelby, and a cat, Lacey. I did have some fish but they died due to who knows what mysterious illness sad

Rats_have_rights I thought it would be a good idea to make a topic for hippies to post how many pets they have, or post pictures if you have a scanner. The animals I'm caring for right now are: one dog named Olivia, three rats named Rouge, Lotus, and Isabell, five cats named Teegys, Tina, Bonnie, Searra, and Smokey. And one sugar glider named Kyshi. ::hugs:: i have a sugar glider to. her name is baby. i also have a dog named dakota.

Aww, kyshi is getting old, she is about 5 years old. My mom got her some gerber baby food - flavor mango. xd

My mom got her some gerber baby food - flavor mango. xd 5 is old? no wonder her hubby died, i think he was 7...baby is just over 2...she loves gerber food, but i get her glider food from suncoast gliders...it's more balanced and she still loves it (and it doesn't scare her like the crickets)

yeah, kyshi loved crickets and moths. It was gross to watch her eat them but fun to watch her chase them around her cage.

I have four cats, Athena, Freya, Cassanova, and Salem.
I have to get a rat next year for a project in advanced biology, and will definately keep it long after that class.
