Illis blushed as deep as it was possible for him and opened his eyes slightly to gaze at Dalamar, surprised that this was happening, but happy nontheless.

Dalamar held the kiss for a few moments longer then gently pulled away, lightly caressing Illis' neck. He smiled and shifted slightly, propping himself up on his elbow.

Illis continued to gaze at him with slightly sparkling eyes."What was that for?" he asked quietly, smiling slightly.

Illis' stomach did a backflip and he blushed again,"Really?" he looked away again, still smiling lightly.

Dalamar slowly brought his gaze back to Illis and nodded, shy and sheepish once again.

Illis giggled,"I wanted to kiss you too...you just beat me to it,"he grinned and brushed his hair out of his eyes.

"You did?" Dalamar asks as he sits up and draws his knees to his chest, hugging them.

"Mhm,"Illis answered, nodding and twirling the fur on his tail around his finger. His cheeks were still a little pink, and a soft purr was building up in his throat.

Dalamar rests his chin on his knees in an attempt to hide his blush but it didn't do much good since his whole face was bright red.

"It's ok. You just have kind of a funny affect on me. I..I can't seem to function normally around you. You make me all shy and nervous and tongue-tied.." He blinked and hurriedly stopped talking, thinking he had said too much.

Illis blushed and sat up, running his fingers through his hair,"I-I do?" he found himself not thinking rationally and hoping that what Dalamar just said happened wasn't a bad thing.
