Dory huffed. He hadnt come back! She shook her mane and looked out at the sea from where she stood, watching the birds wheel above it not far from the shore. The race forgotten she wandered onto the golden sands, moving her hooves into the sand to hunt for shells.

Swafi stopped and trotted back to Dory. "Dory.. come with me, I want to show you a beautiful secret place." It was a cave. It was hard to get to and you had to go in the sea a little to get there. Korho had shown him.
He wanted to show Dory he loved her and that meant giving them a secret place where they could spend some time alone.

'Okay?' Her tail swished happily as he rejoined her and she reached out, gently nipping him. Dory waited for him to show her the way to this 'secret' place. She hoped it would be an easy place to find as she knew she would forget the way otherwise.

He smiled and led her along the beach till they reached some of the cliffs. He then went in the water a little, turning to make sure Dory was ok, he didn't want to take her somewhere that she would find too difficult.
He raised his head and watched Korho settle down on a branch sticking out of the cliff as if she was on watch.
"Its not far now Dory, just around this corner. Korho is watching out incase our darling friend appears." He smiled hoping somewhat that the fox wouldn't suddenly appear.

Dory followed, keeping her eyes trained on Swafi and repeating occasionally to herself the reason she was following him, in case she drifted away and forgot why he was leading her away. 'I don't think she will just pop up out of nowhere,' she commented, her hooves moving under the sea water, the wavelets gently lapping around her legs.

"You never know, you popped out of no where! I am happy you did as well." He chuckled and continued walking around till he found the cave entrance and was able to get into the dry and out the wet.
"Dory, this is our secret place! Look out and all you can see is water and in here it is peaceful and quiet where we can be all alone and perfectly happy." He smiled and nipped at her.
"What do you think of this place then?" He hoped she would like it. It wasn't much as it was just an empty cave but it was pretty looking out and seeing nothing but the sea and sky. Would be a lovely romantic place at sunset.

Dory shook herself, the water falling in a spray from her legs and underbelly. 'Our secret place?' she echoed, as did her words a little off the cave walls. 'It is quiet. And pretty. But I would think I would be happy anywhere with you.' she said before looking at Swafi. 'But I do like it. Thank you for showing it to me.' If she could remember to find it again, now that would be the test. She didnt voice her worry for she was sure he would grow tired of her always speaking of her bad memory.

He smiled, "I will bring you here a few times, just so you don't forget, it would be a perfect place to have children running around in and..." He stopped looking at Dory, he couldn't recall ever talking about children with her before.
He would like children, but would she? Would she remember she had children? He would help, of course and Korho could aswell.

Dory looked gratefully at Swafi. At least he understood her, even her unspoken fears. 'I would want children but I worry that I might lose them the same way I lost myself. Or Squishy.' her nose wrinkled and she let out a harrumphing sigh. 'But if you are here always then I think they should be safe. And maybe it will be like it was with you. Dory was wonderful. "Yes your heart will never forget your family. Maybe our children could stop you wandering off, we could all work together, it would be nice..." He smiled and rubbed his head on her neck.
"Would you like a family?"

'Maybe..' she said, lost in thought. Her a mother? She wanted that very much - but also couldnt imagine taking on such a responsibility. 'I would,' Dory nodded as she spoke. 'I would like to have your children very much.' she smiled, her nose taking on a purplish hue as she blushed a little. He obviously wanted children. She looked out at the sea, the wavelets gently rolling past the cave entrance.

Swafi smiled so much when she said that yes she did. "I love you Dory." He nudged her gently before joining her looking out at the sea.
It was almost as beautiful as Dory.
No.
Nothing was as beautiful as Dory.

.::A Welcome to Remember::. Remove The white stallion took care as he walked having bells around your legs gave you something of a disadvantage when you may not wish to be seen. He was a lively creature and normally a happy one though for now he was shy and somewhat scared. Though he was a proud creature when it came to showing weaknesses and he would not admit fear not unless it involved running away.
The stream he found glistened in the suns rays, it calmed him somewhat. He was a strange looking creature and he knew it, his wings made from that which grew on the ground which could quite possibly be one of the reasons he didn't fly.
It was time to get out and about, he was a social creature and at last he had stepped out of hiding. The stream seemed to be the right place to meet new creatures. He could at last be the social creature he should have always been. Death to Blondes Ares pondered at what to do for this evening or rather day. His eyes flickered at the sun for a moment before shunning away from its light. It seemed to pound on his dark braids and wings. He shuffled them around to cool them off in the breeze. His hooves sloshed in the slush, he turned scenting water and realized his throat was quite parched he turned to it and stopped adruptly realizing another stallion scent was there. God he hoped it wasn't the territorial type otherwise he might have the incentive to take him down. Haha. He moved forward, being a brave soul for being...social Remove The stallion had lowered his head to drink letting the cool liquid enter his mouth, it was refreshing and what he needed. His ears pricked up though at the sound of someone else. He had obviously chosen a good spot to find someone to maybe become friends with, if he were lucky.
Jazi turned to the direction that the sound came from and headed in that direction until he saw the other stallion, one who looked normal, who had normal wings. He envied him a little but Jazi had to remember he was just special, nothing wrong with him having wings that seemed somewhat odd.
"Hey, I am Jazi!" He spoke cheerfully as there seemed little reason not to. He shifted his wings a little to make them more comfortable but tried to keep his legs still to avoid the bells tinkling. Death to Blondes Ares looked at the stallion, he was the first adult male he had met with wings. But his wings weren't made out of feathers, rather mistletoe they called it. Ares nodded his slightly, this one was rather...perculiar and up front about things. And enthusiastic, perhaps he had not as rough as a life as Ares had had. He gave it a shot, "Hello Jazi, I am Ares." he did not smile though, he rarely smiled and it would not be for a stranger. He rather blinked and went into a slight bow. "Pleasure, I hope." Ares went to the water and arched his neck taking a drink of the cool liquid. He raised his large head looking back to the stallion. He was like himself, white but he had bells and other adorments as well. Remove Jazi nodded in response. Ares seemed a nice name to a stallion such as the one in front of him. However the presence seemed to unease Jazi though he wasn't sure why.
"Do you live around these parts?" He asked cautiously, not wanting to seem that he was pushing his nose where it was not wanted. He was new to these parts and such things were new to him. He had yet to explore so maybe there was a possibility that this male could show him some of the good places around the area or at least tell him where to avoid. Death to Blondes Ares shook his head, "I live way west of here, but I've been North of these parts I believe. The villages are out that away." he motioned with his head. His azure eyes looked the male's he seemed harmless and submissive. That made him okay in his book. He didn't go for aggressive, territorial males. That just made him want to kick there egotistical a** and most of the time...he did. Remove "Village?" The idea of those two legged creatures unnerved him a little, he wasn't use to these things and would much rather be as far away from them as possible.
"Do they hunt us?" His voice shook a little as he spoke, he had heard tales of such things happening and he was curious to whether or not they had any truth in them. Death to Blondes "Yes, village." he replied. "I live on the outskirts of the lands." He watched him with a solem face. He would not lie to the stallion, though he acted like a foal in his voice. So childish, "Some do, two leggers I mean. But from this village you have no worries. They worship us and live hand in hand it seems. Though I do not." Remove Jazi was a little confused as to why they worshipped him and others of his kind but for a second or two he felt special.
"Why don't you?" He hoped his questions weren't annoying or anything but he couldn't help but at least be a little curious. If the two legged creatures worshipped them then it seemed the perfect way to live. How could he not be happy with that? Death to Blondes He shrugged, "I live with a two legger but do not see her much. And I prefer just not to go to the village unless I have to." Their were reasons, he thought of some of them as vile beings like skin walkers or perhaps kalonas but that was a different story. He watched the obviously interested stallion with ease, he usually wasn't so calm but it helped when he was meeting others almost every day. Socializing is good so its not so awkward when meeting another and it does not end up in a violent out burst or awkward silences. Remove Jazi didn't think that was much of an answer but it would do for now, he was the last creature in the world to be able to push for more out of a stranger. He thought about something for a little while and then flung his head back, shaking his mane at the same time.
"Would you show me around? Like the best and worst places to be? I wouldn't want to step on anyones hooves by accident!" He chuckled a little and shuffled his weight about. Stretching his wings a little. He was desperae to go somewhere, staying in one place got boring after a while. Death to Blondes Ares looked to him, "I s'pose. I can show vous where not to go unless vous want to get murdered by kalonas or skin walkers...vous do not seem like the fighter type. Other wise its is mostly free game 'ze land I mean." his accent was thickening. It usually did thicken unless he was among friends and they didn't mind, he was nervous or getting pissed. He was not nervous or peeved so he wondered why he did not. "Do vous have any o'ter plans for 'ze day?" Remove Jazi got a little confused, the other stallion seemed to start talking in a very odd way which he found hard to understand.
"I have no other plans, no. I would love it if you could show me about." He forced a smile onto his face realising that it was going to be a challenge to understand him when he spoke but it would help his patience and he needed help with that sometimes.

.::Time Alone::. Remove The young stallion had left his fathers side for the first time since emerging from the baskets. He had tried to stay close to home as he had a slight disability, something that he seemed to have inherited from his mother, memory problems.
He could remember most things but it took a while to remember the names of things, such as leaves and trees. Names of other Soquili he was fine with but then one of his brothers shared his fathers name.
Today he had decided to take a risk and leave the beach and his family. He was looking for a friend or two to make. His father had been trying to get him to meet with others for what seemed to be ages but it never seemed to happen so at last he was going off on his own, where he didn't know but he would find somewhere and he was certain he would find a friend. Horzezcutey After meeting a lot of people the mare strolled along th river side and out into the ocean. There was a lot going on right now, she had met so many new friends. The mare needed time away. She sighed and she ran her hoof in the river to clean it then examine the others.
Both of her parents looked alike so the family didn't look much different. Besides for Autumn. She had a blue and a brown eye. Something that made her unique, but felt like she was different. Never to fit in was the mare's moddo. How could you? When you looked like her, a deep sigh came from the mare agian before she took a nibble of grass and continued on, maybe a day at the beach would calm her fears.Remove Ahmik had chosen to walk up the side of the river that opens at the sea, it made sense as he would be able to find his way home easy enough from there.
As he walked he watched his reflection in the water and tried to work out what was close to him, what was far from him and what was in front of him just by looking at the reflections in the water. It was in the waters reflections that he noticed the mare, which would have seemed odd maybe that he had no heard her but then his attention was fully on the water and he had trouble concentrating on more then one thing at one time.
When the females reflection came into view he stopped and looked up slowly, his red eyes watching her movements. She was pretty. She was also the first mare he had seen other then his mother and sister.
"Hey." His voice was soft and shy. He didn't realise that other Soquili could look so beautiful, he had believed that they all looked like his mother and father even with all the stories his father had told him. Horzezcutey The mare bewildered by the soft voice turned to face her reflection. "Oh great, your talking to me agian..." The mare dropped her head in denial this was the second time this has happened! First it was Scythe then her reflection...wait. Oh great, sudden relization is why Autumn is a dull girl. The mare looked up and completly froze. Another was standing on the other side of the river at her.
Great, the mare thought to herself as she blushed and tried to hide it. "Er, Hey." She spoke gentle and dropped her head to pray he doesn't leave. Any other would. How silly would it look it you saw someone talking to there reflection? Remove She was lucky that Ahmik had a very short short-term memory so he had forgotten that she had spoken to herself as at that time he was concentrating on the ripples in the water.
He turned to look at her again, oblivious to the fact that she had spoken to her reflection and flicked his ears forward to hear what she was saying. His father had taught him to pay special attention when one was talking to you.
"I am Ahmik. Who are you?" His speech was simple as he had a habit of forgetting what he had already said though his memory had improved drastically since he was younger. Horzezcutey It was good the stallion stayed, otherwise he could have gone and told others. "Me? I'm Autumn." The multi-colored mare smiled. It had been a while sence she had been around another. It felt weird calling to someone across the river.
"it's nice to meet you Ahmik" The mare nodded her head and flicked her tail. The air was refreshing and the sun beated down on the part of her coat which was black. She blinked her blue/brown eyes and smiled. Remove "Autumn?" He repeated the name about twenty times in his head before he was satisfied that he had remembered it.
"It's a beautiful name!" He smiled and flicked his tail a little, "It is nice to meet you too Autumn." He spoke cheerfully after all he had never been known to lie, he was brought up well.
Looking down at the water he attempted to walk in it. He went down the back and entered the water with a splash. He found it hard to stand in the water as it was alot deeper then he expected but slowly he made it to the otherside and clambered up on the side.
"The water is deeper here then down in the sea." He stated before looking at Autumn a little closer now he was nearer. Horzezcutey Autumn smiled and nodded. "Thank you, I love my name and the season too." She watched as the stallion made his way threw the deep water carefully. It would be horrible if the water washed him away, she's heard of it happening but, then agian Autumn was gullible.
"The sea is where I'm heading. Would you like to company me?" Autumn smiled and looked out towards the sea trying to estimate the time it would take from where they were to the delta of the river, then the ocean.
Examining the stallion she tried to not make it noticable that she was looking. Gazing away every now and then. Remove He chuckled, "Sure, I love the sea I live down there with my mother, father, brother and sister!" He was a little excited at going back to the sea especially with a friend. It was his home and he loved it.
"I can show you all the cool places along the beach!" He flicked his head and turned to look at the sea. It was always such a beautiful place and he always loved it. Horzezcutey ((Congratz on Jazi having babies. My IRL sister Ivory_feld. Owns Paris ^^)) Autumn smiled and nodded her head. "So, you come from a family that lives here too? Thats good to hear." The over excited mare nodded. Even though she was planning on going alone. A little company wont be two bad.
"Really, other than places I know? Well, it's always good to see new things. Lets go then" The mare slowly began to trot away. Not wanting it to seem like she was ignoring him she turned back to smile.Remove ((I'm glad she was able to get a breeding!)) Ahmik smiled and trotted after her. He wasn't use to socialising but he kept back a little so not getting too close to her. He was a little worried about personal space, his father had taught him some things but there was only so much you could be told.
"So you have a family as well?" He was curious as well as proud for remembering that she had said something about family. He loved his family they were the best!Horzezcutey ((I've been trying forever with my other mare Nicole and her mate Moki. Nicole is a twin to Paris but, she is purple.)) The mare trotted near him, but at a distance. What is with everything lately. Every stallion she is around has a bubble that they stay in. Autumn ignored that fact and continued on. Moving faster was getting her excited and she was ready to run.
"Yes, I have a Mother, Father, Sister, and brother who I love dearly." The mare smiled thinking about Nicole. She had another who used to take care of her.Remove ((Good luck with them next time!)) He moved faster to keep level with her though he was getting the urge to break into a fast run.
"I have that two! My family live down here!" He chuckled. He loved his family more then he believed words could explain but then he couldn't remember many words.
"I will race you to the sea! Ready... Steady... GO!" He didn't wait for her response he just wanted to run and run and then run in the sea feeling the fresh air on his face and the water attacking his legs. It was the best feeling in the world.Horzezcutey Autumn smiled and jumped into a full run after him. Dipping her head down and straight out to try and pick up speed. "Really? Family, sounds fun. I have not seen mine in a while." He seemed to really love his family and that made her smile. Even though her words while running could have blurred. Before he said go the mare was off.
The waves were aproaching the two flying/speedy mare and stallion. She leaped over and wave and splash! into the water. Remove He laughed as the water splashed against his side. It was so cool and fresh. He just continued to run for a while backwards and forwards before rearing on his hind legs, sending water droplets flying everywhere. This was how life was suppose to be.
"Isn't this just wonderful!" He laughed as he started to run again, the cold wind carresing his face as he ran into it. Yes. Life was perfect by the sea. Horzezcutey The mare ducked her head when the stallion reared to avoid flying water. but, as she finished she too reared to her hind legs and batted at the coming waves. She came down with a thundering splash. It was just like old times, or at least a while ago, that she was runing amoing the waters with Scythe.
"It's a beautifull." The mare exlaimed haltimg once to take it all in. Remove Ahmik smiled as she spoke about its beauty!
"You should follow me. I can show you my parents special place. Father found it!" He loved the cave and had visited it on many occasions. "It is really beautiful!" He hoped she would like to visit it because then she might come and see him. He hadn't any friends and would love to have her come down here. They could always play in the water! Horzezcutey Autumn curiously nodded her head. "special place?" Nobody would have a special place unless it was very special she smiled and followed him with a slow trot swaying around with the light breeze and continuing to watch the waves. Remove He smiled and trotted off towards the cliffs, it wasn't far. As they reached where the cliffs went out into the sea he trotted out into the water looking back and smiling. He didn't go out far, just to the end of the cliff where he dissappeared around the corner.
Just around the corner was a cave that was just above the sea level so it was dry and had the best view anyone could imagine. This was his favourite place.
He didn't say anything to Autumn he just smiled. He loved watching the sea from in here. Horzezcutey Curiousity chased her as she followed the stallion. Up to a cliff around a corner. As soon as she turned the corner there was a cave a bit above the sea's mouth. She trotted towards it and glanced over at Ahmik. A slight smile escaped her muzzle as she looked at the the ocean veiw. It was a perfect time to come out. The sun was about to set.
Keeping her slow trot she entered the cave's mouth and explored the little twists and turns of it's design. Remove Ahmik watched her for a while and then looked back out at the water.
"Father brought mother here when they spoke about having us kids." He couldn't help but smile, he loved his his family more then he could imagine loving anything else.
"What is your family like?" He was curious, she hadn't spoken too much about them. Horzezcutey "My family?" Questioned the mare before thinking. "I dont know much of my sister but, I have a brother name Caullyen and My father, oh my father." She repeated laughing. "My father is the most over-prtective bug you will ever meet. His name is Caultzin." The mare ran into a dead end and turned around. "My mother, Tally. A lot explain her as 'As sweet as pie' " The mare shrugged and exited the cave to stand next to him.
Autumn adored her family she really did but, it was her Teepee that drove her insane. Remove He watched her curiously not quite sure why she didn't seem enthusiastic about her family but he shrugged it off.
"My mother isn't the best of mothers, she means well but her memory is useless. She can rarely remember who we are. Father is amazing though, he spent alot of time teaching me things and I don't spend much time with my brother and sister. I probably should though." He smiled and then lowered his head to the sea letting the water hit up against his face.
He loved the cool water it was always so refreshing and so peaceful, that was probably the reason he loved it so. Horzezcutey Autumn did hd have to admit he loved his family so. "Dont get me wrong" the mare continued. "I love my family. I just dont get to see them a lot" It had been a while before she had seen any sights of her family. Especially her father, she dearly loved her father and would never forget him. Her mother too.
"Really? I'm sorry to hear about your mother..." The mare trailed off and then tred to make the situation happier.
Jumping up into the waves she plunked her entire body into the cold, yet refreshing river.Only to walk out with flat fur and mane. Dropplets running down her side and dripping off. Remove Ahmik followed her into the water, fighting the waves of the sea were always so much fun. He loved to try and swim in them.
"Where do you live? You could show me around!" He smiled, he didn't want her to go yet but he wasn't quite sure on what else to say. He had made a friend and though he wished to tell his father he felt as if for now it would be best to wait and just spent some more time with her, if possible.
