Arch nodded his head in a slight bow to Tate as he took her hand and planted a light kiss on the back of it.
"Ah donnah beleive yeh doh. The nahme's Arch Lannen." He said, also nodding to Grant. He figured he hadn't used his real name in any formal standing recently, so it should be safe.
"Ahn yeh'd be the membeh ohf the Six, ahm ah raihgt?"

Clair bristled as Tate greeted Arch, but it disguised well into another glare at Katherine, something expected of her. "Much honored by your compliment, councilman." She gave Grant one of her more charming smiles. She turned to Arch, hiding any familiarity on her face. "Fancy shades."
She noticed Miran from the corner of her eye, but didn't recognize him.

Glances around a bit, noticing a familiar face or too and then noticed Claire and judging from her attire, it was her party after all, so being a gentleman decided to make his way over to her, setting his drink down and walking up to clair to make an introduction. Nothing big or fancy, just a hello.

Grant nodded, "I would be, one of the pretty ones for that matter," he joked. "Arch Lannen, hm? haven't heard of you before, are you new in the city?"

"Ah ahm, ahs iht were." Arch said, casting a glance at Miran, and not recognizing him. "Jus stahpehd ihn, ahn 'eahrd thea were a good parteh goihn ahn, soh ah pulled sohme strihngs ahn gaht invaihtehd." He shrugged. "Ah couhld ne'er resist a ghud parteh."

Blitz had locked himself in one of the first floor bathrooms. The party was a bit fancier than he had originally expected and he needed to change up his plan a bit. He reached out the window and grabbed a bag he had planted there earlier just in case. Inside the bag was a suit and tie, along with some black hair dye. He applied dye and put on his costume. (A normal black and white tuxedo, and a pair of glasses for an added look of sophistication.) After a quick look in the mirror, he tossed the bag back out the window and joined the rest of the party with renewed confidence. Ready to bullshit the night away with the bigshots of the city.

Grant shrugged, taking a sip from a glass of champagne. "What strings did you pull, if you don't mind me asking?"

"heh, movie folk are as bad as politicians." Grant chuckled, and then paused as he noticed Lewis Creedy walking through the ballroom doors. His attention shifted keeping an eye on Creedy as he moved into the party.
Tate nodded, "Oh I will." She glanced at the dance floor and held out a hand, "care for a spin, Arch Lannen? I'm dying to know what movie folks we both know, and if the conversation gets boring, at least we're dancing and haven't wasted time." She chuckled with a sweet smile.
