You know what sucks...Haveing friends that constainly bash her and call her a mary-sue all the time when she's your favortie charcter and they don't even watch or read the seires!!! scream
They told me to sit some where else at lunch for likeing Sakura and SakuSasu and for not being a yaoi fan...(Its cute...But I just never get into it...I'm not against it or anything in real life...)

I deal with these on a regular basis. Ive actually changed a few of their hating ways. Some of them. But there has been a few. It annoys me to no end. Seeing as she is my favorite character. As it was said above by I cant remember who, but the person made a VERY valid point. The fact that Sakura's abilities grow as her emotions do, is very feminine. If you look at it, Girls are geared towards emotions. Guys are geared towoards power. Not saying they arent emotional, but I know If I FEEL strongly enough for something, Im going to grow expensially to make sure I get it. And thats what Sakura did. She focused her mind and what she felt she wanted. And she wants Sasuke back. And she has always wanted to be stronger. Even in the Chuunin exams. She looked up to Naruto for being strong. Sasuke for being strong. She was going to drop the Chuunin exams for a little bit because she felt weak compared to everyone. And the fact that Tsunade took her under and helped her was amazing. I believe that the irony is that during the Chuunin exams, Iruka pointed out that Sakura's weak point was her Taijutsu, and now, after being with Tsunade she is an EXPERT at it. Quite Ironic.
The Shallow thing gets me. I never thought she was shallow. Not even during the Sasuke-kun times. She's smart. The smartest girl in her class. She may have ACTED shallow, to look like she didnt like Naruto and to concied herself to his liking. But everyone saw the Inner Sakura, and that is the true her. Which isnt Shallow. She is strong, and knows when to turn off the Sasuke drive for a little bit. Exspecially on a mission, where it counts. All Im saying is that she wasnt ever shallow, and probably will never be. In fact I see her and one of the most truthfull, smartest, down to earth characters on the show. But that is just my opinion.
And as for people hating her for her pink hair. -laughs- they only wish it. Thats all I can say. Thats them trying to find any reason WHAT SO EVER to hate her. And from what I have seen, and its one that Ive come across a few times, its because they [[The person that hates Sakura]] are too in love with A character coughcoughsasukecoughcough to even step back and look at what a good character she is. I cant say thats everyone's reason for hating her for her hair, but 90 percent of the time. Thats the reason that I have come across.
Her attitude. -laughs again- most girls at that. I cant say that I particuarly like Hinata for example, for her shyness, but thats just one thing. I think she is strong, and a dynamic character. Like Sakura. So if Baffles me to see people hate Sakura and not Hinata or TenTen. Attitude is something that can change. Sakura, as seen, and as I predicted is a dynamic character and I love Kishi for that.
But the one thing that has occured to me in the last couple of months is that, people dont actually think, or whats the word that im looking for...well, ah comprehend...12 years old. At 12 I had the biggest crush on this one guy. I mean, I was like, In love with him. And my first love, I look back now, and god was I annoying. And thats what girls do for love. And as I am able to look back now. I am mature and can admit how annoying I was. As Sakura has matured post time skip. And thats what I love about Kishi, He becomes that character to add a human touch to each of them. A kind of "what would I do in that situation". Which is perfect for Sakura.
She has to be my favorite character just because I can relate to her and her feelings towards all of that. Not the whole being in love with a guy that wants to kill someone. Though, I did date someone kind of like that. Sad, I must admit. And again, Sakura tends to his needs because she knows what he went through and wants to help him. And if thats annoying. Then Im a lost cause to this Sakura movement.
So Im going to stop my incredibly long rant, because believe me when I say...There is more...And in fear that Im going to start repeating others, and maybe even myself, for all of you. I shall stop. But think about it. I place my opinion on her as a POV thing. Like Sasuke, Like Naruto. Like Anti-Sakura-ers should. But hey what do I know. -shrugs- My god. Amen.
You mind if I use this as comeback when people use those retarded reasons to hate Sakura?

okay. i read all four pages of rants and it got me in the mood, so heres mine.
irritation. ugh. (i do realize im about to be repeating a lot of people, but ohwell..) anyway .. wth is up with everyone calling her a whore? i mean, i understand that the rabid sasuke fangirls have a problem with her because she likes him, and i understand that (some) narusasu shippers have a problem with her because shes "in the way" .. i guess im not comprehending how that makes her a whore.
if sakura wasnt in the series .. the series would have already ended. naruto would have gone into a bring-sasuke-back induced coma and sasuke .. well, i don't think sasuke would still be here if it weren't for sakura. [repetitive-ness] she is essentially .. the "glue" that holds everyone together. [/repetitive-ness]
i have to say that the shallowness comment .. that just makes me want to laugh. people have the nerve to hate her because she has pink hair (they wish they had pink hair..) and then call her shallow too .. uhm, can we say hypocrite? in the first few episodes, she may have came across as shallow and annoying to some people, but seriously .. how else do 12 year olds know how to act when it comes to crushes? and ohmigod, she's freaking 12. id like to meet the person who randomly walks around calling 12 year olds whores. thats just ridiculous.
weakness is not even an issue when it comes to sakura. apparently sakura-bashers stoped reading/watching before the time-skip. that's all i have to say on that issue.
-sigh-
the only explanation must be that theres an entirely different version of naruto that we are all oblivious to .. and in it sasuke is randomly smexed by naruto and his weird fangirl army (and enjoys it all), while off in a side story, sakura is standing on a street corner somewhere and helping with the next icha icha book.
otherwise, i dont see any fuel behind the sakura-bashing fire..

They're stuck in the past, Pelly Melly. A lot of Sakura bashers I see are usually NaruSasu/NaruHina/other pairings concerning Naruto or Sasuke fans. <<; To me, hating a character because he or she obstructs your pairing is stupid and ignorant.

Not mentioning the name I hate Sakura. She's completely useless up until shippuden. All she does is go "Sasuke!! Ahhhh!! Sasuke!!" If she REALLY cared about him she would at least ATTEMPT to do something during fights. She needs to quit being so obsessive about Sasuke, take the hint that he hates her guts, and work on being more of a ninja and less of a fangirl. I saw this on the fourms Sasuke doesn't HATE Sakura's guts i know she was a obsessive fangirl, But now she matured A LOT and she does help in fights! Really when i saw this post I got VERY pissed
