I've only seen the anime, but so far the only two men I've seen have been pretty useless. The hair doesn't really matter since it's only for looks (which btw, i want my men with hair! xp ), but if you only have horns and no vectors? What's the point of being called a Diclonius? They might as well just b sweatdrop e called simple mutants and get their horns shaved off or something. domokun

The Diclonius men are weak.But that different in real life.
But then again...*Huge fifty foot Sythe falls out the sky and hits the ground* I have skeith sythe(My epitaph Pc). His sythe is one of the stongest things in the world(alongside dyclonuis vectors and cheese. Beware cheese and the lactose intorlerance that come with it or the diarreh.) No if only I could pick up the sythe more thatn 5 in.*starts to try and pick it up* I could use a hand or a couple of vectors to help me here

.......some people are just so clueless....by the way Im the one who does ALL the work at my place and I live with seven women around my age...only one is older than me and ya know what If not for me those fools would starve, become broke, then homeless, and then probobly be abused.....wow now that i think about it....none of them can cook worth a crap except for that microwave stuff and the youngest one is the only one who even knows how to keep a clean house or do repairs....In short not all men are useless, just the dipshits raised by stupid parents......i need to start teaching these girls some things.... talk2hand

Sweet Orihime they do seem useless and i know nothing about them in the manga [since i cannot find any]. anyways if you base it off the anime you can see that men are useless. but that doesnt change rom reality, men are useless! hehe, right on!

In both the anime and manga the male dicloniouses have horns but they are incredibly small and also they explain their lack of vectors and other neccisary diclonious traits as being the result of inbreeding in their families so they are just watered-down diclonious but they are useful because they are they only way to produce full-blooded reproducing Diclonious offspring and not just silipets.

First of all, no one is useless, as previously stated. Second, not all men are alike, also previously stated. I'm the one who takes care of my daughter and my house. It takes man and woman to make life. No man can do it alone and no woman can do it alone.
Now, as for what the thread was meant to be discussing, I can't remember all too well seeing as I have a head injury, but the males do seem inferior.

If I am reading the manga correctly the original Diclonious men had the power, but since the blood ran thin from years of crossbreeding the male Diclonious have lost the ability to produce vectors, a pure blooded male Diclonious would likely have the ability though, however the females are the only ones that display this ability...
And I pretty much repeated what someone else said, but alas I figured it should be explained again just for the sake of it ^___^;;

Didn't the diclionus that got decapitated say "I am just left with the horns"
So maybe something happened to his vectors?

Well i only seen two men diclonuis' in the anime and they arent full diclonuis...or thats what this site said. They come from a long line of diclonuis ancestory but its been watered down by inter-breeding with humans. It sounds kind of weird but i think that could be reasonable. Oh and it said that is the reason they dont have vectors and only small horns...i dont know about the hair.
Please dont yell at me for this. Im just telling you guys something i read about it....
