"Which is tempting you more, my blood or my body?" "It's a tie."
I was reading this part in Math class, when I got done with my test. I laughed loudly and EVERYONE looked at me, and I said "What? I read something funny." They just kept staring... eek

I can't remember how exactly this one goes since my friend stole my book, but its at the part where Bella convinces Jake to help her fix the motorcycles
Only a teenage boy would agree to this: deceiving both our parents to build potentially dangerous vehicles using money meant for my college education. Jacob saw nothing wrong with that. He was a gift from the gods.
I crack up every time I read that...

Zombie Tainted Coffee KiraLight I don't remember the exact quote..and I don't have the book anymore but it kinda went like this Bella: You...you don't want me? Edward: No haaha..when I read that I almost burst out laughing in English class... Now that I look at it, it's kind of funny sounding. When I read it though, I thought my heart fell out of mychest. I was sad. T-Twhen i read that...i was shocked

I'm too lazy to get the exact words, but it's something like this: "So, what do you want to do tomorrow? Hiking or the ER?" Jacob. Look it up for a better version. xD

These violent delights have violents ends And in their triumph die, like fire and powder, Which, as they kiss, consume. ~Romeo & Juliet, Act II, Scene VI
"Happy Birthday, Bella!" "Shh!" I hissed, glancing around the lot to make sure no one heard her. The last thing I wanted was some kind of celebration of the black event. ~Alice; Bella
"You might have changed your mind. Most people seem to enjoy things like birthdays and gifts." ~Edward
Alice laughed, and the sound was all silver, a wind chime. ~Bella's description
"This can be easy, or this can be hard, Bella, but one way or the other-" ~Alice
(College was Plan B. I was still hoping for Plan A, but Edward was just so stubborn about leaving me human) ~Bella's description
"I'll admit, I do sort of envy him here," Edward said, drying the tears with a lock of my hair. "She's very pretty." He made a disgusted sound. "I don't envy him the girl--just the ease of the suicide," he clarified in a teasing tone. "You humans have it so easy! All you have to do is throw down one tiny vial of plant extracts. . . ." ~Edward; Bella
Charlie was crazy about Alice. He'd become attached last spring when she'd helped me through my awkward convalescence; Charlie would be forever grateful to her for saving him from the horror of an almost-adult daughter who needed help showering. ~Bella's description
Emmett, Edward's playful bear of a brother, I did miss. He was in many ways just like the big brother I'd always wanted. . .only much, much more terrifying. ~Bella's description
"If I develop this film," I said, toying with the camera in my hands, "will you show up in the picture?" ~Bella
"Sorry about this, Bella," he stage-whispered. "We couldn't rein Alice in." ~Carlisle (Don't you love his name?)
"I have to step out for a second"--he paused to wink conspicuously at Alice--"Don't do anything funny while I'm gone." ~Emmett
I opened the box, hoping for further illumination. But the box was empty. "Um...thanks." Rosalie actually cracked a smile. Jasper laughed. "It's a stereo for your truck," he explained. "Emmett's installing it right now so that you can't return it." Alice was always one step ahead of me. ~Bella; Jasper
"It could happen to anyone." "Could," I repeated. "But it usually just happens to me." ~Carlisle; Bella
I was surprised at how much glass there seemed to be in my arm. I was tempted to glance at the growing pile, just to check the size, but I knew that idea would not be helpful to my no-vomiting strategy. ~Bella's description
I couldn't imagine anyone, deity included, who wouldn't be impressed by Carlisle. ~Bella's description
"Heaven forbid that I should do anything I don't want to do." ~Edward
"Which is tempting you more, my blood or my body?" "It's a tie." ~Bella; Edward
He smiled gently. "Don't worry. You're human--your memory is no more than a sieve. Time heals all wounds for your kind." ~Edward
"Take care of yourself." ~Edward
If I stopped looking for him, it was over. Love, life, meaning. . .over. ~Bella
"It will be as if I'd never existed" ~Bella's memory
OCTOBER ~Pg. 85
NOVEMBER ~Pg. 86
DECEMBER ~Pg. 87
JANUARY ~Pg. 88
Time passes. Even when it seems impossible. Even when each tick of the second hand aches like the pulse of blood behind a bruise. It passes unevenly, in strange lurches and dragging lulls, but pass it does. Even for me. ~Bella's description
But it was ironic, all things considered, that, in the end, I would wind up as a zombie. I hadn't seen that one coming. ~Bella's description
It was depressing to realize that I wasn't the heroine anymore, that my story was over. ~Bella's description
Option one: I was crazy. That was the layman's term for people who heard voices in their heads. Possible. Option two: My subconscious mind was giving me what it thought I wanted. This was wish fulfillment--a momentary relief from pain by embracing the incorrect idea that he cared whether I lieved or died. Projecting what he would have said if A) he were here, and B) he would be in any way bothered by something bad happening to me. Probable. ~Bella's description
I was not allowed to think of him. That was something I tried to be very strict about. Of course I slipped; I was only human. But was I getting better, and so the pain was something I could avoid for days at a time now. The trade-off was the never-ending numbness. Between pain and nothing, I'd chosen nothing. ~Bella's description
"We watched zombies eat people. It was great." ~Bella
And yet, I found I could survive. I was alert, I felt the pain--the aching loss that radiated out from my chest, sending wracking waves of hurt through my limbs and head--but it was manageable. I could live through it. It didn't feel like the pain had weakened over time, rather that I'd grown strong enough to bear it. ~Bella's description
(That's about as far as I got into it. Sorry for not taking out the description posts, but I highly doubt anyone will care.)
