I agree. She has NO personality and is just like one of those charachters that everyone hates because all the guys (in the manga and real life) like her... I wouldn't know, but I think Excel is. Poor thing, she's so neglected...

Now that i think about this (and read later versions of the manga) I still think Ropponmatsu 1 is the best. But, if you read the manga (specifically volume 11), something veeeery funny happens to Elgala's shirt... koff koff. wink

Elgala for sure, she's so sweet and she's always trying make the best out of a bad situation. Miwa(Shiouji's mom) is a pretty hilarious character too.
