the door scene takes place before that happened. where the anime leaves off, the manga still continues.

i personally think that that girl was lucy because i mean in the anime, sure it looks like lucy was killed but i mean, shes a strong girl, it looks to me that she cant possibly die, but, thats just my opinion - -" and when the clock went off come on! that just has to be lucy!!

i did a little research and some backtracking and I've come to this...if its Lucy/Nyuu wouldn't the shadow have short hair? Remember she cut her hair!! 3nodding Also when most of us think its Lucy/Nyuu, we also say that Nana doesn't know its her because of the vectors...well maybe when Lucy/Nyuu lost her horns, it could be possible that she lost her vectors altogether...hmmm...and when Wanta barks he only barked like that when he knew Lucy/Nyuu was coming. But hey this is just a theory and I could be very wrong, but hey it was worth a try 4laugh

As i read in the manga its Nyuu because when Lucy lost her last horn Lucy dissapperad but that does not mean we lose Lucy once Nyuu grows her horns back Lucy is back then after that as i read in some comments hear about wanta only barking to Lucy not Nyu the answer is Wanta bark was because he did not no no the sent because when Lucy was in battle how she was covered in blood so he did not remember the sent so i hope this helps^^

Do note that we were never told how long has passed since the fight. So Lucy may have gotten longer hair

This is just my view on it...that is really is Lucy behind the door.
Because she lost one horn,and you saw at the end,she only used two vectors
(which makes me think one horn for two vectors on a normal diclonious).
but we clearly saw the other one get taken off.
which makes me think that made her basically human (hence Nana not sensing her.since i think diclonious sense the vibrations from the vectors).

Ill just spoil it all for the entire argument since iv been to Japan and actually spoken to the creator of the anime.....Hehe
That last scene was actually supposed to be the tired and worn out Nyu, witch would signal the start of season two to allow for the "evil" company to be taken down. Due to compliactions the second season never got off the floor and so the producers claimed that they would leave it to the fans to decide the mystery person. About several months ago they almost got a season two started bt again they floped, this season two was to show that the shadow person was actually another Declonus that happened to find its way to thier house after fighting Lucy....this point you werent supposed to find out till later in the second season becouse she fallls in love with the main dude and she had been the one to finally kill Lucy....of course she herslef doesn't realize this till later becouse Like Lucy she has amnissia.....BUT!! as I stated before both chances to make a season two flopped.

I believe it was Nyuu. The symbolism of the clock gave it away, if I am correct that is. It could have been a more powerful Lucy, who can hide her powers so no one notices her. Nyuu always loved the clock.. isn't it so hard? @.@ stressed
I can also be ANOTHER diclonious(sp?) trying to take Nana back
