"As soon as possible. With the demons returning...I will need help as much as I don't want to admit it. The demons come from the underworld, a.k.a Hell. Tell me...which one do you think is worse: A strong demon that can kill you or a weak demon that has to feed on people's souls?" Leon said as he watched their shocked faces.
"Demon don't belong in this world therefore, their spirit energy will be drained in order to maintain their form...however that only pertains to weak demons. That's why I'll need help. There will be hordes of them and I can't be there to protect everybody from getting their souls eaten and turned into demon food."
Leon seeing that the sun was setting, stood up and stretched, "Well...I still have to see what Kinera and Kenji are capable of..lets get started shall we?"
Kenji's head was spinning out of control with his thoughts, "Demons? Hell? Souls? Spirit energy?...man, what the hell have I gotten myself into?..."

Kinera thought about it for a moment before standing, "Neither belongs here in our world. And maybe the reason why we have these powers is.... well maybe we are suppose to help you out. Think of it as a guarding angel of sorts." She knew the idea had to sound stupid to everyone else but Kinera and her family had always been lucky at staying away from severe injury. "Okay then!" Kinera said suddenly standing up, "Ladies first, that is if Kenji doesn't mind?"

Kenji nodded, "Of course ladies first. I've already learned that lesson once.." He trailed off with embrassment of a recalled memory but shakes it off. "So what's our test? Fight with Shadow?"
Leon smiled, "No. It's different. Come with me.." He walked into the main building and disappered into the darkness of the complex.

"Huh.... okay..." Kinera looked at the ruins before following Leon into the darkness. Kinera could bearly see anything as she walked with one hand outstretched to keep herself from running into anything. What kind of test would this be she wondered, "Mister Leon?"

Leon's voice echoed through out the diaphidated (sp?) building, "This is your test. Find me in this building with everything in your disposal. Including magic."

"Magic? Our magic?" Kinera looked around but little was revealed about where she was. Slowly, keeping one hand outstretched, Kinera made her way to somewhere. After a few steps she bumped into something, "This wont do..." she muttered and took a step back. How do you use magic? Just wish something and see? Kinera sighed, moving her hand to her necklace that her brother had bought for her yesterday. It was the Heart of Silver Light, or at least that's what it was called. "Brightest day or darkest night," Kinera remembered a superhero saying that off of a cartoon before it was taken off air.

"If you want the magic bad enough, it will come to you. Although this is more of an excerise, this will allow you to access it each time your practice..Concentrate and find the magic within you." Leon's voice echoed throughout the room.
Meanwhile, outside, Kenji, Shadow, and Rayl were just...well, chilling.
Shadow sighed and picked up her halbard as she stood up, "Jeez...I don't see the reason why you three have to be tested one at a time...why not just set a task for everybody and evulate from there.."
Kenji looked at Shadow, "I guess he wants an accurate measurement of our 'power'.."
She scoffed, "From that tone, I can tell you don't believe you have the power in you. Is it because you can't feel it or just don't want to believe it?"
He shrugged, "This is something that interests me. If I have it or not, it doesn't make a difference."

"Want it badly enough.. okay..." Kinera knew she had to have fallen into a video game. She took another step and bumped into something, again. "I'm getting real tired of thing, I need a light or something! Kinera thought getting annoyed. She looked down to her hand seeing it looked somewhat paler and glowing. When she moved it though the light, or what ever it was faded away.
"Concentrate... hope a thousand yankee dimes it works again!" Kinera was excited now as she concentrated on making her hand glow again

Kinera's hand glowed a bit brighter then went out again.
"If you can feel the power inside of you, pull the energy out and use it..."

"Pull?" Kinera wasn't sure what Leon was talking about but he was right so far about everything else. Kinera tried again this time though she attempted to "pull" the energy inside of her to concentrate it into a spere between her hands

A small sphere of light formed in the palms of her hands.
"Now, in order to make that light bigger, make a connection between your energy to the sphere. With that you should find me."

Kinera nodded slightly as she watched the sphere intently. She tried to make a connections, unsure of what kind she was aiming to make. "I need to find him so I can prove I can help him fight back these demons..."

The sphere of light grew bigger and bigger until it was the size of a mini soccer.
"Well done Kinera, you found me." Leon stepped out of the shadows beside a decaying bookcase. "We need to work on activiting that power quicker and easier for you though..but that won't be a problem."

I bet there are less than 50 people in the world who have seen it, nontheless understand what it was!"

"It's because I don't feel this power. Mr. Leon may be able to feel it, but I don't so I'm not going to get my hopes up about it." Kenji stood up and walked over to the sword. Feeling curious for some unknown reason, he gripped the handle and a series of shocks racked his body for a few seconds before disappearing. "Wha...was that...?" He said breathing heavily. On top of the main building a shape was being outline in gold before fully showing itself.
