People do crazy things, people have, always will. As I've said before, two gothic kids that had lost their fruit loops WAY back commited suicide so they'd be together in death rather than having to stay alive and have problems... Which in theory wouldn't make sense, except to a person that doesn't have any sense...

This is what I like about AeriSeph, all the twists and turns you can make about it. Whether he killed her out of love, like the two goths, or if he killed her because he was too proud and wanted to finish what he started, like in Rurouni Kenshin when Shishio killed his lover to try and kill Kenshin, it's all in the eyes of the beholder.
Heh, with the new facts in my eyes, have to go with the RK concept. He killed Aeris, despite loving her, because he wanted to finish what he started.



P.S. Read a fanfiction in my early days of AeriSeph. Sephiroth told her he would have to kill her later on, but said that he himself would die later on and he would meet her in the lifestream after his mission was complete. They made love, the next day he killed her while she was praying for holy, and then he let Cloud kill him in the final battle. Convuluted, yes, good story idea, yes, over all.... Gotta read it if you're 18+ or a pervert like me, hehehe.

Yeah I do like to go with information given. Though story wise the two really would never end up together. Due to Sephiroth eventually becoming completely emotionless. That was part of the awsomeness of the villan. He, just loved to torment others. Though Cloud was his favorite little play thing. People these days take everything a bit to far when it comes to little hints. Sure they never intended people to hate those characters for one thing or another. Hating a character though is something we have power over. A character's choice in life, and the path they take is in the hands of the creators and the right owners.

I personally see the points given. Though personallity wise, I can't see them working. I've done some indepth study into psycology, character development, parenting (though I'm not sure if that can apply here), speech comprehinsion, and creative writting. The characters of Aeris and Sephiroth, could work. If we are talking about Sephiroth BEFORE he found out what he is, and if he returned to the way he was 5 years before the original final fantasy 7. In Final Fantasy 7, he is too full of hate to ever love agian. It's a nice concept, but will ever only work amongst fan fics and if time travel becomes possbile beyound the Cloud traveling to Final Fantasy Tactics when he was in the life stream.

Actually Character wise. I think Aeris would just annoy the modern day Sephiroth with her speaking. It's kind of like how Vincent Valentine, though can very well work with Yuffie, and Yuffie does like him, is too oblivious to the fact to ever really care. The Fan Basis, is ok. It's a nice story to dream about, and has many good points. It just comes down to time. At one point it can work. But evil, hate filled, violent sephiroth that wants to end all life. Thats like a piratexninja story. Love between them is against all acts of any god. Not agaisnt you all, not flamming. I just like to state that, right now, I see no character traits to really draw them together.

Well, I don't mean completely change. I just mean, return him to the way he was before he went and lost his fruit loops. Even then, maybe try and get him out of the route of evil. He doesn't have to be a good guy, but Aeris can get Sephiroth to stop being evil, at least in my eyes she can.
And if she can accept him, and I'm sure she can, like I said before, she can just have him a tad cold and stuff. Just try and keep him from his quest to become a god and taking the lives of people in his way.
