Riffe P.S. I just realized that it was you that suggested I not tell her on the dance floor! Don't Yaaargh me! Sorry, I didn't realize there was more to come. I thought you meant that you'd decided not to tell her your feelings at all. Hence the "Yaaaargh." Having now seen the rest of what happened at the dance: Good job! Eye contact and small touches are good places to start. Writing her that note's a good start too. I think it'd be better to tell her in person but go with what you're comfortable with. smile

Guys are always trying to touch girls. This isn't going to make you special in her mind. My advise would be to naturally be as close to her as possible, and prove yourself trustworthy by NOT touching her. After a while, if she feels comfortable around you, she'll touch you. And staring her down during a slow dance?? Umm.. probably not a good idea either. That's just my opinion though... the fact that you made her jump doesn't sound good at all. You may even gets points by apologizing later in the event that you actually weirded her out and made her nervous. Like "Sorry if I made you nervous, I'm just so comfortable when I'm with you."

1.Glimare- They really aren't "going out", but they do like each other. And e-mailing really won't work, they never check it and don't have their own. They do texting mostly. I might do that when I get a my brother's cell phone when he leaves on his mission.
2. Itesa- Go ahead and Yaaargh!, I just realized I forgot a part of the story. I ended up not giving her the note cause I ticked her sister off. sweatdrop
3. Kittylin- You make me sound like some sort of harrasser. You just don't get it, but it's hard for me to describe it. It wasn't that kind of jump, either. It was more of a nervous jump. It was the good kind of jump.

i have a problem like that. i met this girl during our temple celebration practice. every one said she liked me and i liked her to so she drew me this picture then i was sure she liked me plus she told me. any way things have been kind of ... u know how it's like. any way i don't want to go farther then just being friends who like each other so what should i do?

I am in love with a girl who goes to my branch, and i've told her that....but she told me she didnt wanna go further than friends....so yeah...thats as far as we've gone...and unless she decides she wants to be more than friends, i'm happy to be 'just friends'..........

okeydokey...i'm gonna go finish the Goddes of Fate tourney in Kingdom Hearts II AGAIN!!!!! lol then i'm gonna play Budokai 3.....so I'll be on like later tonight...probably around 11pm EST

Riffe There is a youth dance this Saturday, which is as I said, the main time that I ever get to spend time with her. What would be a good way to see if she likes me or maybe hint that I like her without being very blunt or obvious? hmmm, the best way to see if she likes you is to tell her you like her, and see what she says.......as for a way to hint it to her without being blunt/obvious....i dont really know.....in my case, I was too shy/nervous to tell the girl i love that i love her....but I ended up telling her anyways since another friend of mine told me she would tell her if I didn't.......lol so I did..... but yeah...don't know if I was any help or not.....hope so, but sometimes i'm not

talk to her or dance with her i mean im chubby but im funny so it basically makes up for it dont be shy though inless its the shyness that slowly creeps onto a person
