Yea, Kusa only really has an unsaid alliance between the Mist really. Otherwise, we're pretty nuetral. Besides, we're not uberly powerful right now. We have 4 high ranking ninjas (including myself), 2 Genins and 8 Academy students. (Yay for the Academy!)
I can't stand unorganized things. >_<

'Mods are important in the Battle System since they affect a lot of things like Skills etc. To determine mods, you get your stat, take 10 away from it and divide the result by two, rounding down. For example let's say your Intelligence is 25 and you want to determine the mod so you can see how many Skill Points you can get. 25 - 10 = 15 15/2 = 7.5 7.5 round down = 7 So your mod would be +7. '
The formula for determining mods is [stat minus 10] divided by 2. Aka [stat-10]/2.
And you round down.
If you Int is 25, you would put 25 as the stat... and there's where all the numbers come from...

If my dodge roll is the same as the opponent's attack roll, does that mean I dodge the attack?

I don't think so but you should ask Kenk. Maybe there is a 1/2 damage thing or something, but I doubt it...

Alright, let me get all this straight using these stats:
LV. 0 Hp: 9 Cp: 10 Strength: 7 [-1] Dexterity: 6 [-2] Constitution: 8 [-1] Intelligence: 11 [0] Wisdom: 12 [+1] Charisma: 8 [-1] Chakra: 10 [0] Dodge Bonus: 9 Base Attack Bonus: 0 Attack Melee: -1 Attack Ranged: -2 Base Save Bonus: 0 Fort: -1 Rex: -2 Will: +1
Leveling Up Instructions 1Hp + 1 Hp per constitution modifier you have. 1 + Con Mod Right? Since my con mod is negative I only recieve +1 Hp.
1Cp + 1Cp per chakra modifier you have. 1 + Chak Mod, right? Since I have 0, I only recieve +1?
3 Ability points. I just add 3 points to wherever. I got this part.
1 Skill point + 1 skill point per intelligence modifier you have. 1 + Int Mod, right? So, I'll only get one extra skill point.
Your base attack will be increased by +1 Yea, got this part.
Your base saves will increase depending on the level. Refer to the saving throws are for more information. I'll look at that.
You might receive extra attacks per round depending on your level. When do I start recieving the extra attacks?
And then, do I add my ability points on FIRST before I start figuring those Hp and Cp points?

The extra attacks is when it goes to +6/+1, then +11/+6/+1 etc. It's in the base attack post ^^ Base saves is just half your level. And you have one more Ability Point to distribute for your dude's stats~ But isn't Cp 3 + chk mod? Which would mean yours would be 3.

You don't... unfortunately, you never do. It's only Hp, Cp and Skill Points that you can change how much you gain.
