Making his way through the familiar streets that he walked as a kid brought back memories. Brayen couldn't help but meander through them for a while, recalling growing up in the town before he left for his journey.
He called out Caliga for company, the Umbreon trotting along beside him quietly as he pointed out his favorite haunts as a kid. Most of which being the Safari Zone. Brayden paused at the fence to the huge area, smiling with the memories.
"I used to come here all the time," he laughed. "Not legally of course, I'd have to have been a trainer to get in. But.." he walked down the fence a few paces, tugging on the boards before one wiggled.
"They still haven't fixed it," Brayden laughed, pointing out the spot to Cali, who smiled.
"That's how we snuck in. Not the most ingenious plan, but hey, we were eight," he laughed.

"Well, ready to go for another badge?" he asked Cali, who nodded with a smile.
Brayden entered the gym, an was thankfully aware of the fact that there were invisible walls in the building, otherwise he would have run face first into several.
Feeling his way through the gym, he finally made it to the center arena.
"Janine?" he called, hoping that the leader was here. "I'm here to challenge you for your badge!"

'I will do my best,' she communicated mentally to Brayden, who smiled his thanks.
"This battle will be a bit tougher than our previous ones, but I know you can do it!" he called.
"Start out with Psychic, let's not let up," Brayden called to his partner as the Gardevoir charged at the oncoming Golbat. She concentrated, using her energy to blast the bat with a psychic orb.
